Counter Attack Chapter 94

Two days after Chi has come back from his business trip, Yu has received another anonymous message again.

The content of the message was about the same as the last one, that was to let Yu control his son, stop letting him harass other men.

Yu's heart has just recovered from the shock, now it's all ruined because of this message. She didn't dare to tell Yuan, she knew his temper well, once he knew about this incident, he will definitely pick a fight with Chi. What if this harassment text, just because of something that didn't happen at all, making the whole family break apart, it's really not worth it.

So she called Yue Yue in during the weekend. 

Yue Yue is still the same, whether good or bad mood she is in, she would always have a smile on her face whenever she sees Yu.

'Yue Yue, tell me honestly, how are you and Chi now?'

Yue Yue's heart thumped, her tone was a bit unnatural.

'Just how we have always been.'

Yu sounded a bit anxious, 'There's nothing going on between you two?'

Yue Yue answered precariously, 'Auntie, did Chi say anything to you?'

'No, ever since you guys came back, I haven't seen him yet.'

Yue Yue was more cautious now, 'Auntie, rest assured, we're always in good terms. Everyone has their own temper, I didn't expect Chi to give in to me every time too. My mom always told me, if I were to be too needy when I'm dating, there will be a huge difference after marriage. Yu took a sip of the tea, she felt much better.

'As expected from you, it's no wonder that my son chose you over so many other girls, you're such a clever girl.'

Yu smiled embarrassingly.

Yu then added, 'Let's choose a date and register your marriage.'

Yue Yue's heart exploded, she almost let go of the teacup in her hands, but she still composed herself and probed, 'Isn't that a bit too fast?'

'No!' Yu took Yue Yue hands' into her smilingly, 'I've chosen you to be my daughter-in-law.'

At night, Chi booked a room in a restaurant, he invited some of his friends to introduce them to Wu.

'This is Mr.Wong, CEO of a photoelectric technology company.

Mr. Wong stood up and shook hands with Wu, and handed him a name card, 'Our company specializes in developing technology for LED displays, call me if there's something you need.'

Wu smiled politely, 'Do enlighten me if I'm lacking.'

'Please don't say this,' Mr. Wong laughed light-heartedly, 'Chi's uncle was my mentor, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have set up this company. You're Chi's friend that makes you also my friend, in the future, we will be in the same industry, there will be plenty of chances to cooperate together.'

Another slim and tall guy stood up and offered Wu a drink, he looks and sounds highly educated.

'I'm the manager of a trading company, our company mainly focuses on LED and display boards,  feel free to come by our office.'

Wu received his name card and took a look, 'Your company is very well-known in this industry! I was doing research online two days before, I saw your company's information so I took some time to read more about your company.'

The manager smiled shyly, 'Our company started earlier than anyone else so we got a great head start, but the competition is real for these two years, there are some companies growing at a very fast speed. For example, Xunda trading company, there's the boss right there sitting right opposite you.'

Wu then stood up and clinked glasses with the person and simply asked a few questions.

Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time, Wu had drunk a lot of wine, his face was totally red and he couldn't even walk in a straight line. He still couldn't believe what had just happened. In the past, he always used to go around for meetings just for a project, back then everyone just shut their doors. Now he just had a new idea, he even suggested an outrageous project, everyone was chasing after him to provide collaborations.

He couldn't really take in the changes in life right now, they're too much for him to digest.

Chi was about to start the engine, Wu, who was sitting in the seat next to him, dropped his head onto his arm, not letting him start the engine. Chi used his sharp chin and rub it against Wu's shiny head, huge hands caressing his cheeks, 'Why? You drank too much?'

Wu just stayed at that position, not replying.

Chi's defined lips rubbed against Wu's ear, blowing hot air into his ear then spreading across his head. Wu shook his shoulders, suddenly he twisted Chi's arm forcefully, Wu crashed his head into Chi's, sparks almost came out from the hit.

Wu isn't as bulky and muscular as Chi, but his head was rather hard.

Not only he had hurt Chi's head, he still grabbed onto Chi's collar and asked him, 'Why are you treating me like this?'

Chi didn't reply, he just stared at him like this quietly.

Wu felt like he had drunk a whole tub of vinegar instead of wine, sourness keep rising up from his throat, he wasn't sure why. He got the man, he also got his heart, he said everything he should say, he did every bad thing he should do... He didn't even get any karma, the bastard was still living happily!

What's not to be happy about?

There were so many emotions flowing out of him, he couldn't describe the feeling too, he could only hit Chi's chest in the end, shouted at him, 'My head hurts.'

Chi grabbed onto the back of WU's head, pulling his face towards him.

'Who's fault to blame on then?'

He retorted, 'Blame on you!'

I would live a happy life if it wasn't for you!

If it was Chi in the past, he would've started punching him, who acts like this? Is it my fault now to treat you well? Go ask around, if I were to praise someone, who doesn't feel so happy that they couldn't sleep at night? You really want me to hit you, step on you, you're happier that way?

He pushed his head onto his thighs, biting onto it, making him curse with every bite he takes, making him lose his sense, Chi's car has also arrived at the front of his apartment.

The door wasn't opened by unlocking and twisting the knob, it was kicked open. Wu was pushed against the wall right after they had stepped into the house, breathing heavily with the roughness of metal, a callous hand trailed along from his waist and upwards, overbearing yet gentle.

'Your nipples are this swollen already?' Chi asked deliberately.

Wu let out a whimper, biting hard on Chi's neck.

The temperature in the room has reached its peak, then there came a ring.

Actually, he knew that this moment was coming, ever since he got in the car he knew damn well, he couldn't stay here for the night. The sin that he had committed, he has to bear the consequence himself, Wu has mentally prepared himself before this.

Chi went to the balcony and picked up the call.

Wu took out a sachet of powder from his pocket, it was used to kill snakes, he knew Jealous wouldn't eat those, so he dared to throw it into the trash bin in the bathroom.

He didn't make any sound during the whole process until Chi has returned from his phone call, Wu was still in the original position.

'My mom is coming later,' Chi announced.

Wu didn't say much, he buttoned up his shirt and strode towards the door.

Chi felt a sharp pain in his heart, he grabbed Wu by his arm and pulled him in for a hug.

'I will definitely pay back for those I've owed you.'

Wu was startled, then walked away.

20 minutes later, Yue Yue has arrived, she planted a kiss right at the spot where Wu has kissed just now.

Chi doesn't have much reaction, he just walked straight to the bathroom.

The words 'I've chosen you to be my daughter-in-law' from Yu has boosted Yue Yue's confidence as well as arrogance, Jealous was chilling not far from her, looking at her idly, it almost seems like it's challenging her. Yue Yue's body has totally cooled down, he walked slowly towards Jealous, she squatted down and took out a sparrow from her bag and threw it towards Jealous.

'Eat it,' she commanded gently.

Jealous was shaking its tail, it didn't even smell it once, it looks very proud and cocky.

It doesn't want any?! Yue Yue hold her temper in and tried to make Jealous eat the sparrow.

'I just caught it, it's so yummy.'

Jealous still doesn't give two shits, no matter how delicious that thing is, it won't eat it if it wasn't being fed by Wu or Chi.

The plan didn't work well, Yue Yue was feeling indignant, she felt she needed to think of some other ways... As she was contemplating, the bathroom door knob suddenly twisted, Yue Yue hurriedly stuffed the sparrow back into her bag, sat on the bed and acted as if nothing has happened.

In the middle of the night, when Chi was fast asleep, Yue Yue sneakily went to the bathroom and threw the sparrow into the toilet, she had to flush for over 10 times to flush it down.

Even though Chi was sleeping he still is very alert about his surroundings, every movement in the bathroom have tugged onto his nerves.

The next morning, he went to the bathroom and have a look, he looked down into the bin, a sachet of powder was sitting insdie there.
