After the plan has failed, Yue Yue couldn't smile anymore whenever she sees Yu.

'Auntie, actually, I'm really afraid of snakes, I didn't say it because I didn't want to upset Chi. I love animals too, I had cats and dogs before too, I know how it felt like when my pet dies. Yue Yue took out her medical reports from her bag, there are records of doctor's analysis of her phobia.

Chi has followed the doctor out, there's only Shuai in the ward looking after him, although he was brought back home by Guo with force, Shuai can't sleep at all. Now he has two huge black under eye circles, he can't stop yawning.

Wu strained his throat and called out his name, 'Shuai.'

Shuai suddenly recharged with energy, he immediately rushed to Wu's bedside.

'You're awake? How do you feel? Uncomfortable? Do you want to drink some water? Do I need to call the doctor?'

Wu's hand, which has a lot of different tubes sticking out, grabbed onto Shuai's.

Wu knitted his two brows together, looking very indignant.

'His snake hurt me, why should I compensate him? If he didn't hesitate to kill the snake, will my ribs get fractured?'

Shuai placed the straw into Wu's mouth, 'Quickly drink your water!'

Wu hurt his neck and throat, so it hurts a lot when he tries to swallow, he has to take a small break in between gulps.

'Shuai, you're still the best, I've heard everything you said to me in the car. Do you know? Whenever you're by my side, my heart is assured.'

Unfortunately, Chi has heard this sentence when he arrived at the doorstep of the ward.

Shuai felt a sudden chilliness behind him, he knew someone has come.

Chi walks to the front of the bed without saying anything, stood there and stared at Shuai. In less than 3 minutes, Shuai's determination and his sanity has collapsed, he placed the cup on the nightstand and bolted out of the ward.

Wu still has the straw in his mouth, he just stared right into Chi's eyes.

Chi is also staring right back at him.

The staring competition lasts for a minute, Wu finally couldn't take it anymore.

'Come on!'

Chi doesn't say anything.

'I haven't finished drinking it,' Wu added.

Chi finally said, 'What for you drink it? I'll thirst you for a while so that you know what to say and what not to say the next time.' Here come's the jealousy, he's obviously picking on the most trivial matter.

Wu has his own methods too, he reached out to take the cup by himself, then he deliberately acted as if he has inflicted his wound.

'Stay put!' As expected.

The next second, the cup is delivered to him, he placed the straw into the water, a stream of water flowed into his mouth, completely moisturizing his dry tongue. After a while, he took another sip, swallowed it as if it's a ball of fire, then rests for a while... Chi's hand has been in the same position for the past 10 minutes now.

Finally, Wu showed extreme satisfaction.

Seeing Wu has to suffer from pain even when drinking water, the anger in Chi has already subsided.

'Is your neck okay?' Chi asked.

Wu said, 'It's not as painful anymore.'

'Your chest?'

'I'm not feeling any pain, but it's a bit stuffy, it feels like there's something wrapped around it.'

Chi grabbed Wu's hand, looking absolutely heart broken.

'You fractured your ribs, the doctors bandaged around your chest.'

Wu said hatefully, 'But it's not as painful as my balls.'

Chi's playful smile finally showed, 'Let me see if it's falling out.'

Then his hand crept into the blanket, traveling towards Wu's groin area, Wu isn't physically well now, he can't really move around much, so he can only let Chi take advantage of him now.

'Oh no,' Chi looks troubled, 'There's a lump there.'

Wu shouted with much effort needed, 'Get lost!'

Chi snickered, 'Why not remove them? It's so ugly seeing the lump there.'

Wu frowned, there's fighting spirit in his eyes.

'I'm still fine and very much alive!'

Chi laughed at the sight of Wu, his laughter has chased away every trouble that he had.
