Counter Attack Chapter 181

It was evening time, Lian brought the expert around to have local cuisines, then he accompanied the expert to walk around as well, enjoying the night view of the city. By the time he got back home, it was already midnight, it was activity time for the brats, Shuo was rather energetic, he was laying on the floor of the living room while playing with his two pythons.

 Once Lian stepped into the house, Shuo's expression collapsed.

'What did you do?'

Lian ignored him and headed back to his room to change.

Shuo followed behind him furiously, staring at Shuo slowly removing his shirt, revealing his tight figure from a distance, it felt as if he has a barrier in his gaze.

'Did you invite Casbin over?"

Lian simply replied, 'Yes.'

'What are you fucking thinking?' Shuo was raging, 'Are you really my brother?'

Lian slipped into some casual sweatpants, leaving the upper half of his body bare, his perfectly toned chest was facing Shuo's face directly.

'Am I your brother or not, there's no direct relation to whether I help him or not. It depends on the relationship with that person to decide whether to help them with trivial matters, it is about your moral when it comes to major issues, no matter how much hatred or prejudice you have of him, please don't target that hate towards his sick mother.'

'Who are you talking about?' Shuo was annoyed, 'I'm mad at you because you kept this from me!'

Lian didn't say anything, he walked out with a straight face to get some water.

Shuo blocked his way in front of the water dispenser, he continued his lecture to Lian.

'Wo are you calling immoral? Are you sure I'm immoral but you're not selfish? How serious is this? You're acting like it's a secret mission! No matter how much I act like a hooligan, I wouldn't stop you from finding a cure for his mother!'

Lian shoved Shuo to the side and continue filling his glass with water.

Shuo snatched the glass over, coldly interrogated Lian.

'Inside your heart, do you see me as a heartless person?'

Lian snatched the glass back from Shuo's hand, he downed the whole glass within two gulps, then he placed the glass down, turned away and walked towards the couch.

Shuo was still hot on his trails.

'You didn't pick up my calls, didn't reply to my messages, then ended up shutting off your phone. Who are you avoiding? Are you avoiding me? You're afraid that I would destroy everything? Am I that unethical? Lian, you must give me a response today, if not I wouldn't let this matter rest.'

Lian quietly pulled the drawer open.

'You're not talking, right? If you continue acting like this I'm going to call for Mom, I need to let him know that his son is fending off his brother to help some stranger out there.'

Pak!

Lian just shut Shuo's mouth with tape.

Shuo was so exasperated that his eyes were bulging, he flew a few swings towards Lian.

Lian just stood up and returned to his room, totally ignoring Shuo's existence.

Shuo tried to peel off the tape but Lian had pushed down too hard, this tape is stickier than usual. When Shuo peeled the tape down from his mouth, it literally felt as if his mouth and lips are coming off as well. Just as he reached the edges of his mouth, he felt immense pain so he ran to the front of Lian's room and kicked on the door forcefully.

Lian didn't bother him, he was playing computer games calmly.

After kicking meaninglessly for a while, he then laid back down on the carpet in the living room, staring at the ceiling, hatred was building up inside him.

After roughly 2 hours, Lian felt like there were no more movements outside the room, so he opened the door and went out to have a look.

Shuo fell asleep on the carpet.

After so many days, it was the first time he fell asleep at night because his mouth was sealed and he couldn't talk, he was feeling so bored, plus he had just used up so much energy, his eyelids finally closed.

Lian quietly observed Shuo who was sleeping on the floor, he was in a fetal position with a phyton in his arms, just like how he usually slept when he was young.

There's a saying, people who sleep in a position like this are feeling insecure.

Lian bent down to carry Shuo, moving him back to his room.

Only when Shuo is sleeping, Lian's heart can regain the peacefulness. He applied some oil on Shuo's lips, after waiting for the glue to dissolve, the tape could be easily peeled off.

He gently rubbed away the residue around his lips.

Shuo groaned in his sleep.

'Chi.'

Lian's gentle gaze suddenly went cold again.

The next morning, Casbin went to attend to Wu's mother, Shuo followed along as well.

When Casbin was doing his diagnosis and planning for treatment, Shuo stayed on the car, he didn't go down to disrupt. He then sent Chi a message, telling him that Lian found a doctor for Wu's mother.

By the time Lian and Casbin walked out chatting happily, Shuo reckoned that the situation is safe for now then he went out of the car.

Wu was walking the two down, then he spotted Shuo from afar.

Then, Lian sent Casbin back to his hotel but Shuo stayed behind.

Wu hesitated for a moment, but he still walked towards Shuo.

'How's your mother's condition?' Shuo asked concernedly.

Wu nodded, 'Pretty good.'

'Glad to hear that,' Shuo gave Wu a pat on his shoulder, 'I was afraid I might say something to hurt you, then someone would blame me again.'

'You're thinking too much,' Wu smiled warmly.

Shuo sighed, 'You have such a good life, just after a few days I've written the word on the vibrator, Chi have already found out you're colour-blind already.'

'Ignorance is bliss,' Wu replied.

'Right,' Shuo couldn't help but agree with it, 'Chi even told me off for this matter.'

'Don't put it too harshly,' Wu consoled Shuo, 'He acts all tough on the outside but inside, he's a softie, he may but his words very roughly but he didn't really mean it.'

'Don't analyze his character for me, I know him better than you do,' Shuo chuckled, 'I told him to say he doesn't love me, he can't even say it, can you tell how soft he is?'

Wu's expression didn't change, 'If it was me, I couldn't bear to reject someone who loves me sincerely as well.'

'Stop it,' Shuo said, 'Don't group me with 'sincere', I'm just a little overbearing.'

'You shouldn't brush away your efforts as well, I know how hard it was over the years, I knew you didn't betray Chi back then, you just had your own reasons,' Wu said.

Wu teasingly smiled, 'You're such benevolent, I don't mind you continue washing my crimes away, but this isn't going to stop me from framing you again. I wouldn't be thankful or sympathetic, you can be Mother Theresa all you like, I'll just be my snake, we will not disrupt each other's life.

'How are you a snake?' Wu really started acting out as Mother Theresa, 'You already knew about me and Yue Yue, but you didn't tell Chi, how kind are you to do that?'

Shuo shrugged, 'I'm just giving you a chance to confess to Chi about this. My advice is to say it as soon as possible, when he's still interested in you, when he gives in to all of your tantrums, hurry and say it. By the time he is really deep in love with you, you will end up with the same ending as me.'

'Thanks for your reminder,' Wu said.

Shuo smiled but said nothing, he hailed a cab and rode it back home.

Wu quietly stared at the leaving cab, Shuo's snobby back view is getting further and further.

After work, Wu didn't go straight home, but he went to a mall.

It's already November and winter is approaching.

It's the time where thermal clothing goes to sales.

This time around, Wu didn't dilly dally and walked straight to the men's clothing section. He chose the best wool knitted pants, he didn't even look at the price tag and paid for it at the counter.

At night when Chi went back to his house, he ground-shockingly found Wu at home.

He was sitting in front of his desk making sugar sculptures, his eyes never left the sculptures and were so focused on blowing them.

He had already made a few hundreds of them, they were just lying around the ground, he has made sculptures for almost all the snakes they own, he was just short of Jealous'.

Wu has made a lot of them today but he has thrown them all away, he hasn't made a sculpture that he is satisfied with, because Jealous is so gorgeous.

'Why aren't you sleeping at your house?' Chi asked.

Wu replied, 'My sisters are back, they brought their children along, there isn't any spot left for me to sleep so my mother chased me out of the house.'

'Have you eaten?' Chi asked.

Wu nodded, 'I've eaten a few buns and a bowl of porridge.'

'Let me weight you, see how much you've eaten.'

Then Chi pinched on Wu's waist on both sides with his huge hands, he just picked Wu up like a baby and he never let him go, he bit on Wu's ear and said, 'Five buns, one bowl of porridge, with another half plate of salted vegetables, am I right?'

Wu was shocked, 'You're a genius!'

Chi smirked sinisterly, he then pulled Wu up by his belt and carried him over his shoulders to the bathroom.

After showering, Wu let Chi try on the new pants he just bought.

Chi took a look at it and said, 'This is perfect.'

Wu asked, 'Where is the one I bought for you last year? The one that couldn't fit your dick.'

Chi pulled it out from under his pillow.

'Let me try, I'll take it if it suits me.'

Chi immediately rejected, 'I can buy you a new one if you want, why should you wear my leftovers?' Actually, he didn't want to give it to Wu.

Wu said while trying it on, 'This pant is in mint condition, why can't I wear it?'

After putting it on, he stood up and pulled on the pants, this quality is not bad as well, it's really elastic, Chi has thicker thighs than Wu, but after Chi wore it for 3 months it still fit Wu perfectly fine.

'It's good, but it's kinda long,' Wu mumbled to himself, then he buttoned up the pants and said, 'Fully fitted.'

Chi has been entertained by this series of cute actions by Wu, his claws reached out to one of Wu's legs, letting Wu fall right into his arms, 'Why must you wear the clothes I've worn before?'

'The clothes you've worn are much warmer,' Wu said.

Chi immediately sealed Wu's tempting lips.

After a moment of touchy action, Wu hurried Chi, 'Go try on the pants I bought you.'

Chi didn't want to try it on, because he wanted to go straight down to business with Wu, he needs to remove the pants are trying it on. But he can't say no to Wu's anticipating eyes, so he had to just suppress his monster and slip into the pants.

Wu then took a look at Chi's phone while he was busy wearing the pants.

Chi never deletes his messages, the message that Shuo sent him is still there, he has seen it already.

By the time Chi is done putting it on, Wu had already placed his phone back.

Chi's long legs were standing right in front of Wu, the outline of his quads was so contoured, they were being tightly wrapped by the pants, Wu was salivating at the sight of them.

He wrapped the pair of legs with his arms and shouted, 'God!'

Chi was being teased by Wu so badly, he kicked several times on Wu's butt.

'You're asking for it huh?'

Wu then hugged the legs again, he hugged them even more tightly and pleaded, 'May God bless me.'

Then he was pinned down onto the bed by Chi and received a 'special treatment'.

After a round of quickfire, Wu and Chi laid against the bed headrest having a smoke break.

'I saw the message Shuo sent to you,' Wu said, 'why aren't you mad at me?"

'Why should I?' Chi blew a cloud of smoke into Wu's face, 'You never begged him to look for a doctor, he just volunteered to do that, and why should I be mad when such a good doctor is treating your mother?'

Wu blew the smoke in his mouth onto Chi's face as well.

'You're so generous to me.'

Chi simply said, 'I'm not generous, it's all about logic.'

Wu took another puff, 'Yeah, you're very logical to me.'

'You wish I'm not that logical?' Chi glared at Wu with squinted eyes.

He knew Shuo's words doesn't mean much, but Wu just doesn't want to tell about him and Yue Yue, he was scared that Chi forgives him and also Chi doesn't. It felt like he has stepped into his own trap, he would rather die than surrender.

'Just spit it out, I'm finishing my cigarette, you won't have the chance after this.'

Wu just pulled out the cigarette from Chi's mouth and took two huge puffs, then exhaled into Chi's mouth, intoxicating both of them.
