Counter Attack Chapter 118

In the past few days of recuperating his poor butt, Wu has been missing Shuai dearly.

He hasn't seen him for the past half a month, his phone has been shut off, he is not entirely comfortable in moving around, plus Chi wouldn't let him too. Wu has a chauffeur to pick him to work, there's still a spy who is used to keep him under supervision at all times, even during meetings he would send his secretary in his behalf, he strictly isn't allowed to leave the room at all.

One day, this spy is just very curious, so he asked Wu, 'Mr. Wu, did you just finish removing your hemorrhage?'

Wu's face immediately turned pitch black, Chi you bastard! How could he tell others this kind of things? If it were to spread around the office, how am I going to face my workers?

'Didn't I call you to go back first?' Wu said.

Chi reached out his hands out of the car window, pinched on the part in the middle of Wu's brow, 'You reek of sweat, I'll bring you to a hot spring place.'

Wu laughed inside, not sure if you're trying to clean yourself or me.

'I want to go back home for tonight, my mom misses me,' Wu said.

Actually, he's just missing Shuai, he wants to see how Shuai's doing right now.

After a moment of silence, Chi spoke.

'Fine, hop on, I'll send you back.'

'No need,' Wu said, 'I can drive there myself.'

Chi grabbed his arm, 'Did you forget that you left your car at my house?'

Wu still wanted to say something, but then he was pulled into the car from the window, a man with the height of 5 foot 8 laid horizontally across the car, he didn't even have the time to turn himself around, he has been embraced by Chi's strong arms.

The window has been rolled up, there isn't a single strand of light in the car, the ambience is super tense and thrilling.

Chi threw a glare down at Wu from above, just by the look, Wu could the sense of hunger. Wu suddenly thought of something: Holy fuck, he's certainly not thinking of a war in the wild?

'My mom sleeps in early if I'm back late, my mom is going to freak out,' Wu said.

The clinic's door is tightly shut, the supermarket beside it is still open, Wu then headed inside to ask.

'Madam, I ask you, did Doctor Shuai went out for consultations recently?'

The woman said while counting the bills, 'No, I haven't seen him for a while now.'

Wu's heart sank, where did Shuai go? He sent someone to find Shuai in his home a few days ago, but the neighbours all said the same thing, they hadn't seen Shuai for the past few days.

As he was thinking, the madam's son said something.

He straightened his ears and listened to every movement outside, there are light and swift footsteps, Shuai has entered the clinic already, he will soon come into the bedroom, right? Wu thought so. But after a while, the footsteps stopped.

He hid behind the door frame and took a peek, someone was sitting on the chair which Shuai normally sits, there isn't any light source in the room, the lights aren't switched on so he couldn't really see the person's face, but Wu has thought it was Shuai.

He actually sneaked back in the middle of the night? He doesn't switch on the light too?

Wu tiptoed towards the person, just when they're a metre apart, he then dashed towards and wrapped his arms around the person.

He exclaimed, 'I finally caught you!'

The second he hugged the person, Wu sensed something fishy. What the... did you go to the gym for the past two weeks? How did he get so bulky and muscular? His breathing even got deeper?

A few seconds later, a chillingly deep voice rang.

'You rejected me for two nights, just to wait for him here, then you jump onto him to give him a hug....right?'
