Counter Attack Chapter 122

That day, Wu lied to Chi that his mother was ill just to see Shuai. Chi figured that Wu was so busy with his work, he hardly has any time to visit his mother, he also hasn't visited his mother for a while now, so the next day Chi went to Wu's house.

While she was saying, she took out a small handkerchief and wiped away her tears.

'But my son didn't suffer a lot! At first, his dad kept saying that he wanted a son, but he didn't finish the room for our son. To raise up our three children, we both have to work on the farm for the whole day, so Wu was raised up like a calf. We didn't really restrict him much even until he went to work, he made himself a path.'

Wu's mother then continued with her story for a long time, Chi didn't think that she was annoying or what, he just listened to her until he felt she was tired of talking, then he stepped out of the house.

After Chi has left, she again started to look through the cupboard once more, then the photo was right in the crack between two drawers.

'I couldn't find it when I wanted to, now it popped out once he left...'

In the end, after an hour, Chi came back again.

'I forgot something just now, this, your son bought this jacket for you, he told me to deliver it to you. Is it fitting for you? If not, I can let him change another one.' Chi handed over the jacket that he had just bought.

Then, when he returned home at night, he was busy preparing himself mentally for a fight.

He planned to, firstly, confront Chi until he was ashamed of himself until he was regretful of what he did, then he will himself confess his past deeds, it sort of will make him look as if he was really forgiving and very responsible.

By the time Chi came back, it was really late, Wu sat in front of the study desk, his back was straight as an arrow, the contours of his side profiles showed how serious he looks.

'Have you eaten?' Chi asked.

Wu replied coldly, 'No.'

He thought Chi would ask: 'Why didn't you eat?' Then he would scream back at Chi's face: 'Do I have the fucking appetite to eat?' After that, shots are fired, the fight would begin...

Who would have thought that Chi would drop a bag full of food in front of Wu, 'Just right, I just bought some food downstairs, fresh out of the oven, eat.'

Wu mumbled internally: 'Why, out of all times, do you have to buy this right now? Are you doing this on purpose so I would shut up?'

'I don't want to,' he rejected straightforwardly.

Chi opened the bags of food, Wu caught a waft of the smell of the meat in the air.

Wu quietly gulped down a mouthful of saliva, the last meal he had was with Shuai, he was so engrossed by Shuai's story that he didn't even eat much...

But still, he pushed the bag away, he kept this tone tough, 'I don't have the appetite.'

How could Chi not know what was running inside Wu's mind? He also wanted to give his side of explanation, but seeing Wu's ego is almost ruining himself, he then decided to let him go for now.

'We can talk after you eat,' Chi said.

Wu glanced at Chi, then laughed internally: 'Since you have prepared for some scolding, then I'll have to fill my tummy before I start my lecture.'

Wu was still sitting in front of the desk, in his same position as before, his face was so tense, he was waiting for Chi to start the conversation.

In the end, Chi went straight onto the bed, he was laying against the head of the bed, quietly smoking.

Wu took a peek at him, he almost got a nosebleed.

Chi was wearing other than a brief, one of his legs are slightly bent and another is lying straight on the bed. The contours of his 8-packs are defined, the monster hiding in between his legs could be seen very clearly, he has so much hair down there that most of it are crawling out of the hem of his brief. The protuding veins on his necks and his Adam's apple rolling up and down, his sexy lips slowly split apart and a jet of smoke rushed out.

After a while, when Chi finally finished his cigarette, he then spoke.

'What are you doing?'

Chi then jumped down of the bed, under Wu's glaring, he literally moved him from the desk onto the bed, Wu was sitting cross-legged throughout the whole moving part. Wu's hand flew across angrily, luckily it was caught by Chi's fast-moving hand.

'Stop this nonsense,' Chi took out a few cotton undergarments, 'Try these on.'

These undergarments were bought together with Wu's mother's jacket. When he saw Wu's mother's jacket was getting quite torn around its collar, he then felt like he needed to buy her one. Then he thought of Wu was trying to be a fashionista, he was still wearing a windbreaker when it's almost winter time, then he bought them for Wu.

Wu's heart was fluttering non-stop, why must you buy this at this timing! It wasn't easy to kindle the fire inside, now it is being put off by your affection card!
