Counter Attack Chapter 111

The fifth day...

Shuai felt like he's about to be executed, Wu is the gun holder, whether the bullet Chi will drill into his head, it all depends on Wu's grip.

And whether he could control this hand or not, it depends on today.

It's another sleepless night again, Wu's heart is like the glass window in Chi's office, shattered into pieces.

When Shuai saw Wu, he couldn't help but feel terrified, his face is fading into a light beige tone, there are endless layers of eyebags underneath his eyes, his lips are purple, his gaze has lost its vibrancy, in summary, there isn't a part of his face that looks normal. Seeing Wu in such a state, Shuai actually felt happy and pleasant, looks like something great is about to happen today.

'Da Wei, how's life for the past two days?' he gave Wu a strong slap on the shoulder.

Wu almost fell down on the floor after receiving such a huge blow, when he finally got a grip of himself,  Shuai gave another deadly blow on Wu's weak heart, 'The best day of our lives is getting closer, let's go have a nice dinner today!'

In fact, the 'best day' that Shuai is referring to, for the both of them, isn't the best day at all.

Wu's expression distorted, he forced a smile on his face.

'Yeah, we should celebrate it.'

The more Wu smile like this, having more of his energy sucked out, the merrier Shuai is, he's all getting hyped up. The two sat down together, on the surface they may seem to be laughing and smiling, look like they don't care about life anymore, deep down the nerves in their hearts are super tensed up.

'Chi didn't harass you for the past few days, did he?' Wu probed.

Shuai said happily, 'No!'

Wu really couldn't force himself to smile anymore, he could only maintain an expressionless face.

'It's good.'

'Hahaha...' Shuai is laughing rather light-heartedly, 'At first, I thought Chi would change his mind, but after having a chat with Guo, I find that I'm worrying over nothing.'

'What did you guys talked about?'

After saying that, Wu really wanted to give himself a slap in his mouth. Fucking idiot!

'What else can we talk about? Chatting about their past! I found that I grew some interest for Wang Shuo, in past I knew him to be very good-looking, he got some skills up on his sleeves too. Now that I know, this man is a total dream man!'

Shuai leaned in closer to Wu and continued to praise Shuo, 'Do you know? He's super talented, besides keeping snakes, he knew how to play every musical instrument. He started singing when he's in high school, he even composed a few songs for Chi.'

This whole lot of bullshit just stabbed Wu right into his spine. He can fall asleep in a musical performance and he also took Yaw Ming (not the basketball player) as his singing inspiration, don't even talk about scores, he can sing out of tune even if it's some old and shitty ass songs.

Shuai continued to pour salt on Wu's wound, every sentence that he says it's a huge impact to Wu.

'Plus, his body is like goals, he's already a representative for the country when he's only in high school, he looks super hot when he does sports! Tsk tsk...just by listening to Guo's description, I'm already drooling. I've also heard that whoever had sex with him, will always think of him whenever the person's having sex with another person, always.'

Wu's gaze is turning dark, he couldn't conceal the despise in his eyes.

'Are you just making things up?'

Shuai continued to his story again, 'After Guo had slept with him, he is still thinking back to it after 6 years, you think, Chi slept with him for 3 years, isn't he going to remember it forever? Who can get rid of this tumor that has been living inside him for so long? Can you? You sure can't, just by looking at your small frame, you definitely can't.'

Wu exclaimed, 'I don't care either!'

Seeing this guy is about to explode, Shuai become more rampant and decided to probe deeper into his weak spot.

'Plus, that guy has some huge balls, I heard he started keeping venomous snakes since he was little, he even got bitten 8 or 9 times, he almost died twice, but he doesn't even care! He just continued to keep them! I love his spirit, he doesn't bow down to anything! Do you see how fierce Chi is? Shuo also cheated on him with someone else. Do you dare to? You sure don't, you don't even dare to be with him, don't even say about betraying.'

Wu's face has turned purple, 'That's because I look down on him!'

'Yes yes yes, you look down on him,' Shuai grinned, 'I'm just joking, why are you being so serious?'

'Who's being serious?' Wu is red from his head down, 'Where did you see that I'm being serious?'

Shuai laughed internally, I'm not blind. Just be angrier, I don't need to do shit, you can just burn yourself to death.

'You see, we're talking about it happily, but how did it end up like this?' Shuai acted feign, 'Wu, I think that your attitude is a bit off today! Why? What happened?'

Wu scoffed, 'I'm feeling euphoric today.'

Shuai continued to talk for a while until he knew Wu's face has turned as black as the base of a pot, he then gladly left.

8 o'clock at night, Wu dragged his fragile body into the bed, to let himself sleep past this awful night, he has consumed 4 sleeping pills. As he laid on his bed, he fell asleep after a while, he even had a dream.

He dreamt about him and Chi laying on the bed in the clinic, Chi told him, 'The things that I've promised you, I will definitely make it happen.'

After he said that, Wu woke up again, the sky is still dark, the clock on the wall showed it's 11 o'clock.

Wu really wanted to kill himself now.

Why can't I wake up one hour later?

Suddenly, he recalled the night when Chi spilled all his guts out to Wu, he also went through that time like this, he didn't even realize, but then when he saw it's already past 12 o'clock, he then became more assured. That day was Shuo's birthday, Chi got himself dead drunk because of him, the words that he said, it's still fresh in Wu's mind.

One hour, if there's no traffic on the way there, to Chi's furthest apartment from here, he needs to drive 30 minutes, by then he just needs to suffer through another half an hour, all of his troubles will be gone.

But how?

Books, movies, TV... he surely can't make it, he doesn't have the energy to clean his room, he feels annoyed if he day-dream... After much consideration, he only has the choice to stick his hands into his pants. If he's lucky enough, he can do it twice, then half an hour is up. But looking at his condition today, it's a blessing if he could make himself stand.

Wu closed his eyes, started to think of women's huge butts twisting and turning in front of him.

Ladies, ladies...Wu chanted in his mind. The thing in his hand is as good as dead, he's mildly irritated now, his movements are getting more forceful and clumsy, he didn't make himself comfortable but made him felt worse instead.

....after having an internal conflict for a while, Wu loosen his shoulders, he thought: Just for one last time, I have no relation to Chi after tonight anyway.

After thinking like this, he pulled back Chi into his mind again, the thing in his hand immediately livened up.

Slowly, lightly, recalling back the moments of them kissing, losing himself in his memories.

'I've also heard that whoever had sex with him, will always think of him whenever the person's having sex with another person, always.'

'Who can get rid of this tumor that has been living inside him for so long? Can you?

These two sentence popped up suddenly and messed up Wu's tempo, he wanted to chase those thoughts away, but everything just goes against him.

'If he appeared in front of me, I'll fucking rape him, fuck him until he lost his breath!'

In his mind, he's starting to imagine the scene of Chi and Shuo having sex as if he really did see it happened before, Chi's passionate gaze, his deep breathing, calling Shuo's name, loud and clear in his ears.

The thing in Wu's hand immediately became flaccid.

Just like the principles that he had before, under tremendous mental stress, all of that has become nothing. Sorrow, pain, indignant, annoy...every bit of emotion has overflown, drowning his hurting chest, it's getting more and more overwhelming.

Finally, everything erupted.

It's 11.30 pm at night, Wu gritted his teeth and crawled out of bed, his eyes are burning in fire, he dashed straight to the door. He screamed inside: I don't care if you know how to compose songs, I don't care if your balls are big, I don't care if anyone likes to fuck with you! He's mine, fuck off will ya!

He swung the door open, then he suddenly rooted to the ground.

An overpowering silhouette stood in front of the door, a razor-sharp jawline, straight and strong brows, smiling ever so gently.

'I thought you're going to come out only at 11:59, looks like I've overestimated your determination.'

Wu was stunned for a moment, then he suddenly growled and threw himself into Chi's arms, biting down onto his shoulder. He refused to let go even though he smelt blood and his teeth are stained with blood.

Chi just hugged Wu and let him bite all he wants.

After a while, Wu cried so hard that he couldn't even bite down properly, streams of hot tears rolled down and into Chi's collar.

At this point, he suddenly felt guilty and resentful.

Why did I do this to force him to my side? He's just a bit slow, a bit close-minded, a bit stubborn, if only I put in a little more effort to coax and convince him, he would probably give in to his heart. Now, it felt that I just skinned him alive, how can he take it well?
