Counter Attack Chapter 93

The next morning, Wu has lost it again.

The reason is very simple, he would touch his hair when he wakes up, he was worried that his hair will be a mess after all those had happened last night. It's worse when he touches his head, it's like magic, he can only feel his scalp, not a single strand of hair is on his head. Wu hurriedly rushed to the bathroom and look into the mirror, he was dumbfounded.

He has got rid of the nickname 'Baldy' for merely 2 months, now he has returned gloriously. 

Shuai was also shocked when he saw the sight, 'You messaged me that you have changed a new hairstyle, I even woke up earlier today, I was so excited to see it. If I knew this would happen, I would've slept in longer.'

Wu was furious, 'I really did cut a new hairstyle, I was admiring it last night, but now when I woke up today everything was gone. It's the first time I'm so satisfied with my hairstyle! I'm scared of putting in a single bit of pressure on it, I didn't even wet my hair when I shower! It's all gone in a fucking night! I wasted all my money!!'

Shuai hid a smile, 'Who shaved it then? Ghost?'

'If it's ghost it would be a small patch, does this seem small to you?'

Shuai explained very professionally, 'You could go bald on any part of your body when you have alopecia areata.'

Wu cried, 'I could still fucking smell the shaving cream!'

It's infuriating when Wu thought of this matter, how could he not know who is the culprit? He was soundly asleep last night, he was still contemplating his life in the middle of the night, then he couldn't fight against fatigue anymore, he didn't wake up once after he had fallen asleep. He felt something weird in some instances, he thought that it was because his new hair so he didn't care about it.

Who would have thought he will became like this?!

He was still calming down, the culprit made it to the front door.

In fact, Chi hasn't left yet, he just went ou to do some business, his luggage is still here.

Wu strode towards Chi, interrogating him with fire burning in his eyes.

'Why did you shave my head?'

Chi said reasonably, 'I like this hairstyle on you.'

Wu was heated, 'You like it but I don't! Who gives you rights to shave my head? Do I style my hair just to let you see?'

Wu placed his palm on top of Wu's head, said steadily.

'Indeed, it's for my pleasure only.'

Wu was staring with bulging eyes, Shuai was smirking away: I say, you should be laughing now! Only for his pleasure? Isn't it obvious that he's smitten by you?

Chi dragged Wu into the car, he wanted to eat breakfast with him.

In the car, Wu was still in a bad mood. He is playing with Jealous, he didn't even look at Chi.

Chi glanced over at Wu, simply commented, 'You have a huge temper.'

I retorted back in my mind: My temper is good enough! I would've slapped the person if it wasn't for you! But considering now we're in a cold war, I don't have the energy to pick a fight with you, I'll just act deaf.

The only person that Chi would try hard to please is none other than the arrogant bald guy right next to him.

The car stopped right in front of a barber's, Chi walked down and let them shave him head, there was no more hair left on it. After stepping back into the car, Baldy Wu saw Baldy Chi, all the dispute that he had have disappeared, his lips were no longer pouting, he even smiled.

The two went into a restaurant with matching heads.

'Give me two bowls of beef noodles,' Chi said.

The server asked, 'Do you want some beef?'

Are you joking? How is that called beef noodles if there isn't any beef? If you really don't eat it why don't you order a vegan noodles?

Wu commented, 'Why don't you ask if we want some noodles?'

The server was quite humorous, 'Secularise much?'

Wu threw a hateful glance over at Chi.

The meal was rather enjoyable, Wu even discussed his plan of starting a company with Chi. He thought LED lights and display screens would be a trend in the future, plus he studied electronics, he learnt some about this industry while he was back working in the company, he wanted to be in the industry and start a manufacturing company.

Chi was playing with the newly made sculpture, simply said, 'This idea is not bad, even the government is starting to explore this industry, you can consider it.'

After getting affirmation from Chi, it has boosted Wu's confidence.

After finishing the last bit of noodles and sipping two spoonfuls of soup, and was about to leave. But then when they're paying the bill, Wu found out Chi was holding onto something in his hands, his curiosity was aroused.

'What is that in your hands?'

Chi didn't say anything, but there's a hidden mock deep in his eyes.

Wu snatched it over when Chi was down in his guards, he thought that he had found something precious, but when he got it and took a look at it, his whole face turned green. How he wanted to throw that two big balls onto the ground and crush it with his soles.

Chi noticed Wu's reaction, he was very much pleased.

'How did you know that these are yours?'

Wu's face was as black as the bottom of a pan, he punched on Chi's abdomen twice.

Chi continued, 'You also thinks that the size is a bit too big?'

Wu finally exploded, 'Baldy Chi, are you enough with your jokes? Stop saying that every now and then!' He motioned to throw that thing onto the ground.

'If you really crush my precious balls, I will really pluck out the two of yours.'

'....'

On the way back, Wu didn't say anything again. When they reached the clinic, he was pulled back when he was about to leave the car. He turned around annoyingly, there was a card in between his fingers, just at the side of his face.

'This is my card, you can use the money in it.'

Wu said coldly, 'I don't want it, you can give it to whoever you like.'

'The card holder is you, who else can I give it to?'

Wu's expression changed, but his tone was as stiff.

'I wouldn't need it anyway, just cancel it.'

Chi was serious, 'What are you using to start a company? Take it, use it when you need it, doesn't matter if you use it or not.' Then he stuffed it into Wu's pocket.

Wu was going to take it out, but Chi grabbed his arm before he could do so.

'I was just joking with you just now, your balls are as small as your tolerance.'

Wu was frowning and glaring at him furiously, but every anger he had has dissipated when Chi's hand grabbed him by the back of his head.

'Go in, I'm off to work.'

Watching his car getting further, every emotion came flowing into Wu's heart.

After considering several buyers, Wu finally sold that clutch of snakes, the market this year was not bad, in total he has earned around $600k. He was really pleased with this plan, not only he hooked on the person, he also managed to open up a business pathway for himself.

Even though he has been busying with his own things, Wu still remembered Chi's bunch of snakes.

He spent a lot of time and effort in contacting the vendor of rare breeds of snakes, they met up in a restaurant to have a talk in private.

'There's none left,' the vendor said, 'There was a big customer who bought the whole clutch.'

Wu explained, 'I'm not here to buy your hatchlings, I'm here for the females.'

'Females?' The vendor frowned.

Wu nodded, 'I really liked the hatchlings you sold me last time, I wanted to buy the mother, help me to contact that keeper, let him get me the female one.'

Thevendor immediately shook his head, 'How can I? That's a military camp. Who knows how many patrolling guards are there? Can you just take out anything you wanted from there?'

Wu asked, 'Then how did you get those hatchlings out from there?'

'That is different!' The vendor was being cautious, 'Honestly speaking, those snakes that he was watching over for isn't even from the military camp itself, he was looking after for someone, those snakes are in exact numbers, they can't afford to lose one.'

Wu knew perfectly well, but he still acted like he was shocked.

'What's going on?' Wu tapped on the table twice, then stopped, 'Why not this? I'll find some similar snakes, change it for the ones inside there. You see, he won't even notice the snakes were swapped, the numbers are exact.'

The vendor shook his head, 'I think you just give up, those snakes are so rare, where are you going to find those?'

'If I managed to find them?' Wu was very confident.

The vendor snickered, 'If you really did find them, why even bother changing them? What difference does it make?'

The vendor thought Wu was talking nonsense, he didn't put his words into his heart, he drank a lot of wine, ate a lot of dishes, but he still gave the same answer: Don't even bother, this matter is impossible!

Wu took out two stacks of cash and placed in on the table.

'There are hundreds of them inside, I just take out one of them, who can tell them apart? Plus, snakes often shed their skins, so what if they found out? The breed is still the same, the price is still the same, if not you want to test for DNA?'

The vendor took a look at the stack of money, his lips moved but nothing came out from it.

Wu then put another stack on the table, pushing it all towards the vendor.

'I can definitely find the snakes, you just need to help me contact that person, the rest I'll take care of it.'

The vendor thought of it for a while, eventually, he gave up.

'I'll try.'
