After that slap, Chi hasn't talked to Wu for 3 consecutive days.

The two live their own lives a usual, go to work, go home, eat, sleep, just without talking and no sex.

Chi wasn't trying to teach Wu a lesson or to make him reflect on his mistakes. The internal war in his head has never ceased, it was as rough as it was when he didn't have the courage to see Wu's face after slapping him. This thousand-year-old rock doesn't budge even with an axe or hammer, but with a single pitiful gaze from someone can actually make it vulnerable.

But comparing to Chi's internal struggle, Wu was rather easy, he doesn't care if Chi doesn't bother him, he was rather happy that his life is quiet now. Not sure if it's because of what Shuo has hinted to him, Wu actually expect Chi to reconcile with him a little later, extending this miserable life a little longer. 

But sadly, Chi couldn't hold it anymore.

For three days, he couldn't touch the silky smooth skin that has been rubbing against his hands, his upright manhood couldn't release, he couldn't have a good time before going to work, he couldn't have a naked dinner after work, the camera has been put away for a long time, the boxers in the cabinet has long never been touch, how can he continue to live like this?!

The most important point, he went to visit Wu's mother today, she was missing his son.

So, Chi has tinkered on the pipe in the bathroom. 

When Wu was showering, the water temperature kept alternating between hot and cold, when it's cold it's like showering in ice water, when it's hot it feels like it can scald your skin. Normally whenever something is broken in the house Chi would be the one fixing it, Wu didn't bother to fix it because he can't fix it well.

But he didn't want to make the first move to talk to Chi so he just has to do it on his own.

He removed the cover of the heater, he realized the temperature detector seems a little off, so he stuck Chi's toothbrush into it and poked around, then he kind of cleaned it and put it back to its original place.

He has a good feeling about this, he placed the cover back on and continued showering.

Yes, the temperature seems right.

'Ah!!'

Within 10 seconds, Wu has been scalded by the hot water, he quickly dashed towards the door, hesitating for a while, he cracked the door open to a thin line and his huge eyes were peering out of the bathroom.

Chi was sitting on the sofa playing his games, radiating an overpowering aura.

Wu cleared his throat, but didn't speak, he turned around and the bathroom is already turning into a steam room, he can even steam some buns in here. So he turned his head back towards the door, said bitterly, 'The heater has spoilt.'

After a long while, Chi then stood up from the sofa, walked towards the bathroom steadily. He first turned the valve off and started fixing the heater, he could fix it in a minute but he was trying to drag the time.

Wu was a little worried, he walked towards it and had a look.

Chi glanced over his shoulders, Wu was just squatting beside him with his bare body.

Wu wasn't trying to seduce him, he has bubbles all over his body, he couldn't wear his clothes. Plus, he wants to know how Chi fixes it so next time when something like this happens he can fix it by himself.

Just as he was thinking about it, the valve was opened again and the water temperature has changed back to normal.

Wu looked at Chi, seemingly wanted to say something.

Chi pressed him down into the water, washing his hair and butt as if nothing has happened.

Wu's tensed muscles were then relaxed, as expected, Shuo was overly praising Chi, 7 days? It's just the third day, Chi has already forgiven him so quickly.

There's an indescribable feeling inside him.

Chi thought Wu was still thinking about that slap, so he carefully rubbed on his butt cheeks, asked, 'Does it still hurt?'

Wu awkwardly replied, 'No.'

Chi didn't say anything much.

Wu suddenly asked, 'Why didn't you ask me why I ran to Guo's house that night?'

Chi kept quiet.

Wu added, 'Why don't you get angry with me? Why didn't you chase me out or teach me a lesson?'

Chi totally took Wu's questioning as his attempt at coquetting, he thought Wu wanted to hear him say 'I didn't bear to' or 'It hurts my heart', or something like that. But he couldn't make himself to say it, he just showed his words with actions, gingerly showering him with kisses...

Wu realized, Chi really has no limit on tolerance when it comes to him, he's so calm, no matter what happened, he could keep quiet and solve everything with a dick.

Before sleeping, Chi noticed that Wu's lips have been curving upwards but it doesn't seem like he's smiling at all.

'Why aren't you sleeping yet?' Chi cupped Wu's cheeks.

Wu turned his head to Chi, looking at him with big googly eyes.

'I'm imagining the way you nag.'

Chi immediately replied, 'Shuo went to find you?'

After 7 years, just by the word 'nag' reminds him of the guy, this kind of chemistry is so terrifying, it makes Wu starting to believe everything Shuo has said.

'I've told you already,' Chi made it very clear, 'What's in my mind is the incident, not him. If I don't like you, I can just kick you out of the door right now, without any reason.'

After so much Chi has said, Wu can only hear the word 'like'.

It feels like, he has never heard Chi say the word 'love'.

'I believe in you.'

Wu smiled, he hooked his arms around Chi's neck and continue making love.

For the next few days, Chi found out Wu has changed.

He didn't refuse to wake up anymore, he doesn't need Chi to place his hand on Wu's butt to wake him up, but he jumped out of the bed energetically; he wasn't as stingy as before, Chi told him to pay his phone bills and Wu paid $5000 at one go, this literally made Chi shut his mouth; he wasn't picky about his food anymore, he eats really bland and lightly seasoned food, he didn't even touch chilli; he wasn't as close to Jealous anymore, he hardly catches birds when he goes out, you can hardly ever hear him call Er Bao...

The most important part is, he doesn't ask where Chi has up to all night anymore, he doesn't care if Chi returns home late or early.

Every night when Chi comes home, all he sees is this face smiling brightly, he wouldn't pick a fight just because of something minor, his cooperation on the bed was also superb. No matter how overboard Chi's request is, Wu just followed along, no matter how embarrassing the words that Chi wants to hear, Wu can just say it without thinking twice...

Chi used to think that Wu is like a donkey, it will only move when you hit on its butt. Now he thinks that he's a turtle, he stuck his head out for a few days and went into his shell again.

Wu also realized that Chi has changed as well, it felt like all of his tempers was gone, Chi was becoming calmer and more and more forgiving to himself. He always tells Wu to go back to visit his mother, but what has he been doing all along, Wu has no idea.

It's another labour extensive night.

The next morning, Wu's body felt like it was falling apart, but when he hears the alarm, he still forced himself to sit up but he soon was being pushed back down by Chi.

'Sleep longer.'

'No,' Wu rubbed his eyes, 'It's Thursday today, I need to send you off to work.'

'I don't need you to send me off, just sleep.'

Chi took a day off and slept with Wu in his arms for the entire morning.

After having lunch, Chi said, 'I have a reunion with my high school friends tonight.'

Wu nodded.

The most action that Wu did was nod recently.

Chi added, 'It will be too late when I come back, you can go to your mom's house to spend the night.'

Wu still nodded.

Chi looked at him and asked, 'You're not happy?'

'No!' Wu looks like he's more excited than Chi is, 'It's nice to reunite with your old classmates! The friendship in high school is most sincere, don't ever forget about them, you might have a hard time finding new friends after that.'

Chi didn't say anything else, he went back to his room and changed an outfit.

Wu went back to the office, Lin told him, 'Just now Mr. Wang called, saying he changed his wallpaper, so he wants to change the lights that he got.'

'Did he say which design does he want?' Wu asked.

Lin shook his head, 'He told you to decide.'

Wu thought for a while, wrote a list for Lin.

'Take these from the warehouse.'

Lin nodded, walking towards the warehouse.

Wu stood up again, 'Wait, I better go along with you, did Shuo give you the keys?'

'Yeah,' Lin nodded, 'Ever since the renovation last time, I didn't have the chance to give it back to him.'

It was 4 in the afternoon, Lin brought Wu to visit Shuo's house, the building itself was rather old, all of the apartments in there were all larger than 300 square feet so most of the people living in this building were rich.

After going in, Lin and two other workers were discussing how to assemble and where to place the lights.

Wu was walking around the apartment alone, it doesn't look like he touched any part of the apartment, all of the furniture was neatly placed, which is an indication that Shuo lived here for a while now. Wu looked out to the veranda, the headquarters of Ministry of Finance was just not far away from here, which also means that in this 6 years, without stepping out of the house, Shuo could see Chi going and leaving work every day. 

Wu moved away from the window, he sat down on the sofa and scanned across the room.

The decorations and furnishing were all styles from 6 or 7 years back, he could tell that Shuo's family was rather well off at that point of time, a huge LED TV hanging on the wall, there's a DVD player below it.

There were a few video recorder and cameras which were a few generations back, all of them were locked inside a glass shelf, Wu spotted them easily. I see Chi had this kind of fetishes 6 years back.

Wu walked over to the shelf and tried to pull it open, but he couldn't, it was locked up.

He knew exactly that this was a trap set by Shuo, Wu still dived right into it mindlessly.

He couldn't help it, the attraction is too much.

He tried putting in Chi's name, birth date, Shuo's name, their names, he even tried Guo's name... none of it was correct.

Wu was about to give up when he had an idea, he put it Chi's and Guo's name in.

Then, it unlocked!

Wu couldn't help but to scoff, you're thinking about 2 people at a time, you're not afraid of dying from brain damage.

Then he took out the camera and recorder, as expected he saw stacks of photos and DVDs.

But none of it was as dirty as Wu has expected, most of it was the photos of the three together, the most ope photo taken was just Chi hugging Shuo, kissing him, even though it was really showy but it looks sweet.

Then, he slotted the DVD into the player.

Soon, Chi and Shuo appeared on the screen.

Wu was taken aback, the visual impact too big, this was taken on the first year of them dating, that's when Chi was only 17 or 18 years old, he was a totally different person now. Even though he already has the dominating aura back then, but there isn't a single hint of gloom and sadness from him, that positivity radiating from him is blinding Wu.

He has never imagined that Chi would show such bright and clean smile.

He could never imagine how pure and young Shuo looks back then as well, the look when he was buried in a pool of snakes, playing with snakes was really warming.

Then the video was cut to a beach, Guo was handling the recorder, even though the distance was a little far too back, Wu was still seeing Chi hugging Shuo's head, the scene of two of them admiring the sea.

Guo whistled, then shouted, 'Hey, show some R rated scenes.'

Then Wu saw Shuo's shirt was floating on the sea so he skipped this part.

Then, Guo was in the shot now, the videographer was Shuo. What shocked Wu the most are the fact that Chi could sing, and he sings well, Guo could actually dance too, and he dance moves were very agile. Two young men, singing and dancing to the camera, looks like they're having fun.
