Counter Attack Chapter 162

Before Shuai could put all of his efforts into the bottle, Wu started searching through the fridge, he only saw two bottles of beer so he took the beer and downed it.

Based on Wu's posture when drinking the beer, it doesn't seem like he was trying to 'produce' urine, but more like he was feeling down.

'What's wrong, Wei?'

Wu burped and looked at Shuai weirdly, 'What do you mean?'

'I see that you have something on your mind!' Shuai said.

Wu sketchily said, 'Didn't I just say? I need to fill up that bottle.'

Shuai wasn't feeling assured so he probed, 'Has the Shuo left?'

Wu's gaze went blank for a moment before replying, 'Not sure.'

'You went to the hospital to visit him? How was he? Is he super average?'

Wu remained quiet for a while then said, 'He's fine.'

'If you keep things in, your sex drive will be affected, your sperm count will decrease as well, it will affect your future planning,' Doc Shuai said.

Wu's expression changed, he finally spoke, 'I'll just say these for the sake of my eldest son.'

Shuai scoffed, he's so naive. Wu described the day where he saw Chi's car in the hospital to Shuai, he also emphasized on the series of unusual stuff that Chi did that day; he didn't care about the time on the couple watch, he was being overly gentle at home, he got up and smoked in the middle of the night...

Shuai said, 'Is there any mistake?'

'What mistake?' Wu snickered, 'I asked around, he didn't step into his office once that day, from when I saw him at the hospital till 12 am, he has always been at the hospital, I also suspected that he saw me but I didn't dare to reveal myself, so he was being so nice to me at home.'

'This doesn't sound like Chi!' Shuai said objectively, 'If Chi really cared for Shuo, he wants to visit him, he will just go in with his conscience clear, even if he was really guilty, he won't let you see him through too.'

Wu let that sink it, it seems plausible as well.

'You didn't ask him?' Shuai asked.

Wu shook his head, 'Why should I, I just acted like I didn't know.'

Shuai gave a friendly reminder, 'A lot of misunderstanding starts like this, as it accumulates and you don't solve it, the trust you have will be gone by then too, you can check him out too, didn't he went to his old house to keep his things? Just right you're not by his side, if they were to do something secretly, they would've done it by now.'

Wu's heart dropped a little, 'Really? What if I really catch them red-handed?'

'Then just marry someone then!' Wu suddenly slammed on the table, 'It would be best if I could them on the bed, then I'll just register my marriage tomorrow.' Then he walked straight towards the door.

Shuai went after him, 'Hey, your pee.'

Wu smiled while looking back, 'No, it's yours.'

He drove straight towards the outskirts, he even drove the wrong way, he spent a long time to finally get back on the right route. Wu couldn't help but think, 'Shit, if there isn't any "new discovery", wouldn't I just wasted my fuel!' Even though that's what he thinks, actually deep down Chi's position is still standing strong. He felt that no matter how ridiculous Chi is, he is still a man! If he's a man he wouldn't do such secretive business! So from all the time before he stepped out of the car, his mind was at ease. He was waddling through the road towards the pond, Wu wasn't really familiar with this place, it always rains during summer plus the sky is pitch black, he has stepped into a lot of muddy puddles, his steps are getting heavier as he walks. Then, a familiar voice could be heard from a distance.

'Your lips still tastes the same after all those years,' Shuo said.

Chi didn't say anything, he was just smoking quietly.

Wu stood at a distance, witnessing the two sat side by side, the pond, the lotus, the willow, the breeze...what a perfect ambience, the perfect scenery. Wu returned back to his car, walking straight into the puddles that he stepped into just now, he mocked himself: 'Serves you right!' Then he started the car engine quietly, it's alright...my fuel hasn't gone to a waste. It's not late, not at all, I haven't sunken into the pit, I have always been clear, this man can't be trusted, I didn't really put in much of my feelings... Just as he was thinking about this, the tears within him couldn't contain anymore, all of it just poured out in an instant, he couldn't stop it anymore. Wu slammed on the brake and leaned his body against the steering wheel and cried. He was a straight guy, the moment when he agreed to get laid by someone, he has already given all of him, Wu just realised this now, now he got scammed by someone all of a sudden. But it's all good, when your heart has been trampled over and over countless times, it's tough enough. He wiped away his tears, continued his way home. Chi, remember this, I won't let you go so easily!

Gang noticed that the time isn't early anymore, he called Chi, 'We should leave soon?'

Chi didn't reply, he just hung up.

Shuo said, 'You can leave.'

'We're leaving,' Chi said, 'There's nothing in there for you to sleep on anymore.'

'I've spent some nights here, I've never slept on the bed that you shared with countless of butts.'

Chi didn't say anything, he just walked out himself.

Shuo suddenly spoke again, 'Chi, you've asked me why I've been away for so long, but you never asked me why I've done it with Guo.'

Chi looked over at the pond, there's a silhouette of a scrawny and lonely man on the pond.

It's 2.40 am in the morning, Shuai heard his doorbell rang, he walked towards the door sleepily. He was thinking: Who might it be ringing on my doorbell in the middle of the night? Could it be Wu, did he see something and was trying to find comfort here? He looked out of the viewing hole, he felt the face was familiar but couldn't remember who was it.

'Who is it?' Shuai asked.

The person outside said, 'I'm here to visit the park.'

Park? What park? Guo's snake park? Didn't Guo place them somewhere else? Why are they still coming to my place? Shuai opened the door curiously.

Shuo placed his hand on Shuai's shoulder while walking in, 'I have nowhere to go, I'll spend the night here.'

By the time Shuai realised who was the man who just invaded his house, Shuo has already removed his shoes and laid on the bed.

'Hey...I say...what is going on?' Shuai was confused, I'm not friends with you, you just knocked on my door in the middle of the night, didn't say shit and lay on my bed after taking off your shoes, what the fuck? Why are you even sleeping on my bed?

'I like you,' Shuo said.

Shuai gritted his teeth, I fucking like Daniel Wu, do I look like I sleep on his bed?

'Fuck, scoot over, leave me a space to sleep.'

Wu didn't go home either, he spent the night at Guo's place, there's no need to feel puzzled, Guo felt more clueless than you do, he opened the door happily in the middle of the night, it was Shuai but rather his apprentice showed up.

'What's happening? Are you trying to sacrifice yourself for your teacher?' Guo asked.

Wu's head dropped against Guo's should, then said lazily, 'Something like that.'

Hey, I mean, what's happening? Guo stretched his arms out, he didn't even want to touch Wu at all, what if Shuai was spying on him from somewhere?

Wu didn't care about that, he plopped his body into Guo's extra large bed and fell asleep. While hw was asleep, he even removed his clothes down to his underwear, then propped his butt up high facing to Guo as has been 'fasting' for days.

Guo recalled the pink dot he saw on the camera, the fire just started burning inside of him. If it wasn't for Shuai's nudes inside his mind, Guo might not be able to hold it in.

To wilt down the fire inside him, Guo went to make himself a cup of tea. While he was pouring the water, he accidentally bumped into the essential oil that Shuai got last time, it was rolling on the countertop, Guo's heart was pumping so fast he quickly reached out to grab it. But there was two bumps on the corner of the countertop, the bottle changed it direction, went straight down towards the floor.

It shattered! The oil splattered all over the floor!

Wu said annoyingly, 'What are you doing?'

'Nothing, you can rest,' then he walked straight out of the room.

'It's 4 in the morning...where is he going?' Wu thought to himself.

Driving from his home to Shuai's, it's just well over half an hour, he might reach there by 430 am, based on Shuai's routine, he should be in deep sleep now, it wouldn't be great if I just went without notice? But Guo really wants to see the two curly locks when Shuai was soundly asleep. The two curly locks does the trick to kick the scene of Wu's butt out of his mind, so he headed straight to his house.
