In the movie, Zhou Qingfeng was called Victor Hugo. He received a hint to steal from the Catclaw Bar, stayed in Katrina’s house, and used his ‘As Quick as Lightning’ ability to kill the man who tried to rob him in public. He then started to fight against the police until the cataclysm happened.

As the police, government officials, military, and businessmen all disappeared, with the assistance of Lena Fox, Victor Hugo got the robotic dog DogMeat. He then started his plan of survival in Wasteland. The movie ended at the scene where he saved hundreds of people trapped in the subway tunnel.

It was just the first part of the movie! There was no information regarding the director, the actors, the filming company or anything that a film was supposed to have. Only one phrase showed up at the end: Let’s see how far Victor Hugo can go in the Wasteland, so stay tuned for his next adventure.

The fans in the US soon found out quite a few people who looked like Zhou Qingfeng. Males who were aged eighteen, with a height of 180 cm, possessing a strong and sturdy body, tough-looking yet handsome. The fans started to filter them.
