“Mr. Hugo, there is no doubt that our Lord Zetas appreciates your talent. But since you’re going to become one of the government officials of the Republic of New York, you need to work for Lord Zetas. We must hold a ceremony for this.”

Jos was a trusted subordinate of Los Zetas. He took the risk to come and talk to Zhou Qingfeng. At the end of the conversation, he pointed to the ‘Z’ tattooed on his forehead and said, “Only the person trusted by Lord Zetas could get this sign. Congratulations, Mr. Hugo. Lord Zetas decided to give you this sign. It’s an honor for you!”

Jos smiled happily as he talked, whereas Zhou Qingfeng was the complete opposite. His original thought was to brush them off and just wait for the seven days to pass. He would leave as soon as he infiltrated the NYPD Headquarters and procured the equipment he wanted.

However, the filthy Mexican was planning to tattoo a ‘Z’ on his forehead. It was a freaking shame and disgrace. Only crazy people would willingly have that sign tattooed on their foreheads! At that point, blue veins appeared on Zhou Qingfeng’s forehead. He clenched his fists tight and breathed heavily. He looked like he was about to kill the laughing ‘Minister of Foreign Affairs’ in front of him.

Jos from Zetas remained smiley. However, if one looked closer, one could see that his eyelids were twitching nonstop, and the muscles of his were slightly trembling. The four bodyguards behind him became tense, holding their rifles with both hands, ready to fight.

Butcher was sitting idly at the corner of the room while trimming his nails. As he heard what Jos said and saw Zhou Qingfeng’s reaction, he slowly moved his hand and palmed his holster. Katrina, who was behind Zhou Qingfeng, pulled on his shirt and whispered, “Hold on.”

“Why do we need bicycles?!” The mad Zhou Qingfeng turned around all of a sudden and yelled at Katrina. Everyone in the room was shocked. At the same time, they were wondering what he was talking about.

Katrina looked very confused. “I didn’t say bicycle?”

“Sorry, my mistake!” Zhou Qingfeng said in a low voice. Following that was another shout, “What?! We need more supplies of ammunition?”

Katrina was confused at first, but very soon she reacted. She directed a cold glare at Zhou Qingfeng.

As Zhou Qingfeng turned to Jos, he saw how Jos was also freaked out by his sudden shout. The so-called Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of New York quickly said, “Mr Hugo, Mr Hugo. The request of this lady wasn’t that bad, we could do something about it.”

“Really? That’s awesome.” Zhou Qingfeng instantly changed his facial expression and said with a smile, “First, get us a few heavy armored vehicles. We also need rocket launchers and anti-tank missiles. We don’t really need that much, just five hundred of them will do. Oh yeah, we also need a truck of ammunition.”

Jos started sweating as he heard Zhou Qingfeng’s request. He quickly waved his hand and said, “Mr. Hugo, unfortunately, we can’t fulfill your request. It’s too ridiculous.”

“You can’t even do this and you’re thinking of building the Republic of New York? Are you just going to rely on a few pieces of rifles to rule the world? You can’t even get out of Manhattan! During the past few days, Jos had helped Zetas recruit any armed personnel in Manhattan. He had experienced a lot of difficulties from those thugs and villains. The moment he met Zhou Qingfeng, he thought that the young Zhou Qingfeng would not be as hard to deal with. As Zhou Qingfeng shook hands with him, this thought was only reinforced.

However, as Zhou Qingfeng kept on changing his mind, Jos realized he met the worst rascal. He was just acting! Even though Jos knew it was fake, he had no choice but to try to explain, “Mr. Hugo, the Republic of New York is actually more powerful than you think, we’re able to—”

“Powerful? Because of the trash behind you?” Zhou Qingfeng raised his head and glanced at the bodyguards. The four bodyguards immediately attempted to look fierce and domineering. Without delay, Zhou Qingfeng’s hand reached his thigh, pulled out his gun and fired.

‘As quick as lightning’!

Bang bang bang bang! Four shots in a row. The ‘Naturally Gifted’ ability had cultivated Zhou Qingfeng’s sense of using guns. He pulled the trigger and fired four shots in just one second. The four bodyguards did not even have time to react. All of them were shot in the forehead and died.

It was simply amazing and godly!

No one saw how and when Zhou Qingfeng pulled his gun out, fired and put it back to its holster. Even the nearest person to Zhou Qingfeng, Katrina, did not see it. She only heard the gunshots, and immediately after that, the bodyguards standing opposite them started to fall to the ground!

It was the second time the ferocious lady saw Zhou Qingfeng use the skill, and it was extremely cool! Extremely domineering! Extremely mighty! A thought came to Katrina’s mind—it felt safe to stay behind him. She felt very grateful for it!

Jos did not see clearly Zhou Qingfeng’s movements too. He saw a blur all of a sudden as a strong wind blew onto him. Following that was the sound of gunshots and people falling to the ground.

Jos turned around, his mouth gaping so big it could fit an egg. He heard the sound of a gunshot, but it was actually four shots! He then only realized why the members of Zetas who were good at guns were afraid of Zhou Qingfeng. The speed of pulling the gun out itself could already be shocking for everyone in the world.

“Mr. Jos, you still think you’re powerful?” Zhou Qingfeng proudly raised his head and snorted with disdain. Zhou Qingfeng thought it was a good chance to suppress the opponent.

Sure enough, the originally confident Jos suffered a great blow. He could not face Zhou Qingfeng directly. He endured, however, straightening his back and beginning to stammer, “Mr. Hugo, you alone cannot fight us as a country.”

“What a joke. Why would I be afraid of a country formed by a bunch of drug dealers? If you dare to get a rise out of me, I’ll kill your bulls**t president. Do you see this pretty lady here? She’s known as the Phantom Woman, Katrina Riven. She’s the top assassin in the world.

“Did you see Mr. Ivanovic? He’s a peerless soldier from the Ukraine War. He had been through the war and went back bloody from all the corpses he’s killed. People gave him a fearful name—the Butcher.”

“And me, I’m…. Let me think about it.

“I’m the founder of the Armed Nun Society. I’m the guardian of the society, the embodiment of courage and justice. I’m an approved saint by the Church! Didn’t you hear about me? Don’t you read the newspaper? You’re so ignorant! Even I am intimidated by the power I’m holding!”

Again, Zhou Qingfeng proudly raised his head and showed his cold and elegant face!
