The U.S. military was interested in DogMeat because it was equipped with a biochemical brain that had incredible attacking power. Its biggest advantage was its agility. It was simply unpredictable.

DogMeat’s powerful propulsion and its medium-sized body allowed it to launch an attack at extreme speed. In addition, it was equipped with electronic eyes. Coupled with its highly intelligent computer, it can choose to activate its ‘attack’ mode or even its ‘evade’ mode.

There’s nothing to be afraid of if DogMeat was hit by an ordinary blow; it had considerably strong armor. Unless a large-caliber, heavy machine gun was used, attacks would not be a threat for DogMeat. It was such an efficient killing machine, and today would be the first time it shows its true potential.

DogMeat dashed forwards at Zhou Qingfeng’s order. The other people only treated it as an ordinary dog. However, they realized that it was extremely frightening when it revealed its canine teeth.

In fact, Lena Fox had underestimated its ability, otherwise, she would have definitely made the dog her own escort. She realized that she had made a terrible mistake when she saw how DogMeat dashed towards the students.

DogMeat threw itself forwards in the blink of an eye. Its canine teeth demonstrated a strong bite as it bit off half of its opponent’s neck in a single bite. Everyone at the scene was screaming in fear the moment they saw blood splashing all over the place.

Its first attack was a success. DogMeat then stepped over the corpse as it leaped forward once again. Its highly intelligent computer had precisely calculated the force and direction required. Hence, it was able to dash towards another student with ease.

DogMeat did not use its canine teeth this time around. Instead, it stretched its leg lightly and stepped on its target’s neck. A sharp blade hurled out of its paw. It was able to slit its opponent’s throat with ease.

In the fraction of a second, DogMeat had moved rapidly among several armed students. Its unparalleled speed allowed it to prevent others from attacking it. Several lives of the armed students had been terminated before they had time to find out what killed them.

There were dozens of students surrounding the mobile command vehicle. The students in front of the vehicle were being attacked, but the students behind it did not receive any warning at all. They only saw the other students who had previously surrounded the vehicle run away in fear. Some fell to the ground as they were petrified by the bloody scene, some even fainted on the spot.

The remaining armed students finally realized that they were under attack when they saw that the situation turning more chaotic. They decided to shoot in all directions after watching the collapse of their own teammates.

However, their gunshots did not hit DogMeat. Instead, their own teammates were the ones who got shot. It had caused even more chaos on their side. Some students decided to drop their gun and ran away after DogMeat killed half of their teammates, while others simply knelt down and surrendered.

It killed seven people in twelve seconds!

Lena Fox could not help but tremble slightly due to the intense stench and scary corpses. She could not calm the fear in her heart.

Zhou Qingfeng then asked her to turn around as he lowered his voice and spoke, “You have to get used of it. I’m didn’t feel well too when I first killed somebody. But, I guarantee that you’ll see corpses piling up like a mountain within the next two to three days.”

Lena Fox did not only turn around. She even closed her eyes as she tried to endure the uncomfortable feeling. She then said, “Is this the reason you insisted on getting the dog despite having to take such a huge risk?”

“You’re right. DogMeat doesn’t use firearms, but no one will be stronger than it in closed quarter combats. Furthermore, it’s smart. It can even be used to install landmines. My chances of survival would be much higher with it.”

Zhou Qingfeng was extremely satisfied with DogMeat’s debut performance. He took out a handkerchief and wiped its mouth that was stained with flesh and blood. He then gave it a pat and said, “Well done, you silly dog!”

DogMeat barked. It continued to protest against the name, ‘Silly Dog’. It was, however, extremely well-behaved and it spinned around its master. Thanks to its obedient look, DogMeat did not seem like a dog which had just killed seven people.

Tony Parker was only a dreg in David Lawrence’s team. However, he had always been the main force of their operations because of his fearless, but obedient DogMeat. Therefore, no one could replace him.

To deal with DogMeat, you could either block its attacking path by shooting it from a short distance, or use a mighty weapon to destroy it in one single blow from a long distance. DogMeat’s injuries during the later stages were all caused by the suicide missions Tony Parker kept sending him on.

DogMeat was used to dealing with several students who had not even killed a single person before. Its approach was simply overkill. However, it yielded excellent results. It had provided the students of Columbia University with unforgettable memories.

Victor Hugo and his vicious dog would certainly be famous from now on. Fame was a good thing in the Wasteland - many troubles could be avoided.

At that moment, a loud noise could be heard. It turned out that the law student, who was still standing on the roof of the vehicle, had fallen due to the debility in his legs. He did not dare utter anything even though he felt enormous pain. He could only endure and try to escape from Zhou Qingfeng.

However, the kid screamed as he saw Zhou Qingfeng slowly approach him, “Wait a minute, Mr. Hugo. I’m an outstanding law student. I’ve gotten my lawyer license. I can work for you and solve any legal problem, if you ever have any at all.”

Bang…!

Zhou Qingfeng killed the bastard without much hesitation. He even said disdainfully as he watched the corpse fall down, “A lawyer who’s all talk was the most useless piece of sh*t in the movie, ‘Wasteland’. They only wasted food and caused trouble.”

The students who collapsed on the ground burst into tears instantly once they saw Zhou Qingfeng kill a person without much hesitation. It seemed like they were having nervous breakdowns.

“Get up, I need some part-time slaves. I’ll let you guys go if you work for me,” Zhou Qingfeng kicked the students. He first ordered them to tidy up the abandoned weapons. He then asked them to find a few trucks to put the staff and equipment of Babylon’s Smartlab in.

DogMeat required parts, energy, and maintenance. Professionals were needed for those tasks. Therefore, the staff of Babylon’s Smartlab needed to be taken away.

Zhou Qingfeng also needed to have some bio-pharmaceutical experts to configure and improve NTZ-49 for him. Fortunately, Columbia University had the relevant experts as well.

Is there anyone who disagrees with me?

There were indeed people who disagreed with him! However, it would not be too big of a problem. Zhou Qingfeng would just stun them and take them along with him. He was pretty sure that they would be grateful for what he had done later.
