Zhou Qingfeng ended up winning the 'boasting contest'. The people from the Strategy Committee were embarrassed. They were even forced to listen to the story about the 'Trick of Beacon-fire' and the tour simply ended.

Zhou Qingfeng's accommodation was at the Four Seasons Hotels next to the Miami beach. A luxurious and large impressive mansion was already prepared for him. There were around twenty people following Zhou Qingfeng; they were the experts of negotiation.

Once they were settled, Clooney immediately commanded his men to search and check the room out. After they found a few tapping devices, he immediately reported to the headquarters of Enclave, especially about the things he saw at the aircraft storage.

Raymond, Zhou Qingfeng's assistant, brought his negotiation team and contacted the people from the Strategy Committee. The transport aircraft that carried the M270 multiple launch rocket system would arrive very soon and the meeting would start very soon. Both organizations were registering the amount of resources and crew; everyone was busy working.

“Mr. Hugo, we don't have enough people here. I'm afraid we can't finish the trade in a short time.” Raymond saw the number of aircraft on the list. The amount of people he had were not enough to deal with all the aircraft.

Meanwhile, Zhou Qingfeng sat on the couch in front of the French window and watched the night view. DogMeat was lying next to his leg like it was just a normal dog. When he heard what Raymond said, he laughed and said, “You don't have to be that serious. I'm planning to complete this trade.”

“We're just showing the M270 multiple launch rocket system to the Cubans and there will be nothing else coming. There are three things you need to do.”

“First, find out where the Cubans put their aircraft and fuel. Find out the locations and positions of the guards. We're eventually going to kill them and rob those aircraft.”

“Second, figure out the location of the pilots and ground staff. We need them to drive those aircraft. Also, bring along the skilled and professional staff. They're gonna be useful.”

“Third, plan the departure and arrival at Nassau airport. If Nassau Airport couldn't fit all the aircraft, think of other places. If not, bring those aircraft to Leeward Airport at Guantanamo.”

“Focus on those three things. I'll let you know what to do next. Also, don't tell the people from the Enclave, they are not our friends. We're serious about this trade, we just need to be quick at this crucial moment.”

Raymond was a little astonished when Zhou Qingfeng told him the truth. After a few moments, he nodded his head and thought, Well, this is the Mr. Hugo I know! I thought he'd changed for a second.

After Raymond left, Ellie and Eileen came in hurriedly. Ellie shouted, “Victor! Can you please, please help?”

“What's the matter?” Zhou Qingfeng asked. Both of them were always laughing and happy; they were optimists. However, they were crying now. “Who did this to you?”

“Can you please save this guy, the one who was against us in the shooting contest. If you can't save him, all his family members are going to die.” Ellie grabbed and shook Zhou Qingfeng's arm. Eileen was holding Zhou Qingfeng's other hand and begging him.

“The marksman with the Mosin-Nagant under Jose?”

“Yes, yes, yes! Him.”

“What's the matter with him?”

“Because he didn't win the contest last night, his right eye was stabbed and both his arms were disabled. He and his family were thrown onto the street; they are struggling. Victor, you're the only one who could save them now.”

Zhou Qingfeng arrived at Miami in the afternoon. After the tour in the airport and having settled down in the hotel, it was already night time. The order of society in Miami had mostly recovered, thus Ellie and Eileen went to the beach with their guards. Then, they saw a family outside the hotel begging for food.

“His right eye was blinded and both arms were disabled. I don't think…..” Zhou Qingfeng felt sorry and bad for him but he did not want to keep someone who could not do anything. However, the sisters kept on begging. Thus, he decided to look at Li Cha.

Soon, Li Cha and his family showed up before Zhou Qingfeng. Before this, Li Cha was a confident and smart man. Right now, the man standing in front of Zhou Qingfeng was completely different. His right eye was covered in gauze and both his hands were covered with bandages. He was hunched and his body was shaking.

Clearly, Li Cha was beaten and thrown out by Jose. When Zhou Qingfeng hesitated, Li Cha kneeled in front of him all of a sudden and cried out loud, “Mr. Hugo! Please give me a chance. I'll still be a good shooter when I recover. I swear to God, I'll be loyal to you.”

Li Cha was still carrying his Mosin-Nagant on his back; Li Cha still kept it as it was one of his most important items. Zhou Qingfeng felt bad for this man, but he still doubted him, “You only have one eye, are you sure you can still shoot?”

“Yes,” Li Cha said with confidence. He grabbed the sniper rifle from his back, released the bandages of his arms and held the Mosin-Nagant with his fingers covered in blood. He wanted to prove himself to Zhou Qingfeng.

The old and rusty Mosin-Nagant was in the same situation as its owner. The sighting scope was shattered, the buttstock was broken. The sniper rifle was barely connected by an iron wire.

“Is this still working?” Zhou Qingfeng asked.

“I'm sure it is.” Li Cha was firm.

There was a huge balcony in Zhou Qingfeng's mansion. Li Cha was holding his sniper rifle and aiming at a dustbin three hundred meters away, “I'm aiming at the glass bottle next to the dustbin.”

Li Cha's fingers were severely injured. While he used his muscles, his entire palm deformed. He already took three minutes but he was still aiming. Soon, he started to sweat and even his rifle was shaking. He could not aim at the target.

Li Cha was under huge pressure; he panicked. As the sight scope was already broken, he had no choice but to aim at the target three hundred meters away with just mechanical sight. He had been aiming for quite a while but he had no confidence to hit the target.

Ellie and Eileen were hugging each other. They knew that if Li Cha missed, his entire family would not be able to stay and they could not survive.

After around five minutes, Li Cha's son suddenly walked forwards. He tugged at his father's clothes and said, “Dad, let me give it a shot.”

Li Cha's son was only around ten years old; he was young but looked kind of strong. He requested to take his father's responsibility. Li Cha turned to Zhou Qingfeng. Once Zhou Qingfeng nodded his head, Li Cha handed the Mosin-Nagant to his son and said, “Don't panic, just treat it like practice, like what I taught you. You can do it.”

Li Cha's son nodded his head and lifted the Mosin-Nagant. He aimed at the target for a few moments and fired. Following the sound of the gunshot, the bullet hit the top of the dustbin; it did not hit the glass bottle.

The kid's face immediately turned pale and the entire suite was dead silent. Li Cha cried and comforted his son, “It's alright son. You did well, you really did!”

“But I missed it!” The kid cried. He turned around and spoke softly to Zhou Qingfeng, “Sir, can you give me two more chances? This is broken, it's hard to aim.”

The ball was in Zhou Qingfeng's hand again. Everyone in the suite was nervous; they were all staring at him. Zhou Qingfeng smiled and said to Eileen, “Take my M107A1 out. I don't think I'm talented at sniping. So a rifle sniper belongs to a good sniper.”
