The conversation with David Lawrence was not a pleasant one. David was mad and he left the radio After a few moments, Angie's voice could be heard in the wireless radio, “Hey! Victor, how are you doing over there?”

“Hey! I'm in the Caribbean. I've become the hero of Bahamas, just like your father.” It was much more pleasant to talk to this girl than to her father. Zhou Qingfeng felt relaxed when he spoke to Angie. Her voice was so nice to listen to.

After they chatted for a while, Zhou Qingfeng still reminded Angie that she had to leave New York in seven days, “Bring everything you need. Bring your parents, bring those who are close to you, and go to a place that's has a low population.”

“You told me this before you left New York the last time, I don't understand why,” Angie was confused.

Zhou Qingfeng could not give her a good explanation, “Angie, trust me, I'm not gonna hurt you.”

Clearly, Angie did not understand Zhou Qingfeng. Thus, the conversation ended up badly again. Zhou Qingfeng was pretty upset with the result. Actually, he has already given her a lot of information. He would not even remind her if he did not care about her.

When Zhou Qingfeng was about to turn the wireless radio off, another voice said, “Hey, Victor, you little b*stard. When are you coming back to New York?”

Zhou Qingfeng was surprised when he heard the voice, “Hey, Rachel, how are you doing?”

Rachel was still mad at him. She replied, “It's terrible here. The chastity underwear is killing me. It's so tight and there's no way I can get it off me.”

“Uhh…., how about the breathability?” Zhou Qingfeng asked.

“The breathability? It's not that bad.” Rachel replied. Soon, she shouted, “It's not about the breathability! it's about….., my dignity. You, come back right now and take this sh*t off me.”

“I'm sorry, I can't go back.”

“Can't you come back to visit? It won't take long for you to fly here. The Kennedy Airport was already ruined by you but we have a few other airports that you could use.”

“Seriously, I can't go back.”

“Then, what should I do? Stay with this embarrassing underwear for the rest of my life? My husband, David, doesn't even touch me anymore, I suspect he's already seeing some other woman.”

“Maybe you can come and find me. Listen, leave New York by this week and don't go to any big cities.”

“Weren't you talking about this with David? But David didn't want to listen to any of your nonsense.”

“It's not nonsense. I'm serious.”

Zhou Qingfeng really liked Rachel and thus, he warned her. However, it turned out worse. Rachel only cared about the chastity underwear; she was not interested in other stuff.

Finally, the call ended embarrassingly. Zhou Qingfeng sighed as he had already done what he could; he had tried his best to convince the Lawrence family to get out of New York.

While Zhou Qingfeng worried about the Lawrence family, another organization approached, 'The Cuba North American Strategy Committee'. It was an organization created by the Cubans in Florida; they were trying to build a country in Florida.

After Katrina occupied Nassau, she started to trade with this organization. The Polarlys Legion was planning on buying all the aircraft, ships, pilots, materials for logistics, any other industrial equipment, and professionals. Thus, Raymond and his team were sent to talk to them.

Zhou Qingfeng would not mind as long as he could earn something. Therefore, he allowed Katrina to trade with them. However, the only requirement was for it to be done quickly; they must leave Florida before the nuclear war.

Unfortunately, it was not a smooth trade. The Cubans were smart. They knew the stuff that they had was valuable and thus, the trade took quite a while.

This organization was trying to mediate the tension between the National Liberation Front and the San Diego Military Alliance. As the Polarlys Legion was part of Bahamas and had an alliance with the San Diego Military Alliance, Zhou Qingfeng was stuck in between.

Zhou Qingfeng was speechless. When the nuclear war came, a place like Florida would definitely be attacked and it was expected that only less than ten percent of the people would survive, if they were lucky. On the other hand, places like Nassau was much safer because it was in a remote area.

If it was not for the resources, Zhou Qingfeng would not even talk to the people from this Strategy Committee. Building a country in Florida; the Cubans are crazy!

“Mr. Hugo, we hope that the Polarlys Legion could initiate the battle with the Liberation Front immediately. Otherwise, we'll have to forcibly intervene to stop it.” A man named Jose came to Guantanamo as a mediator. He gathered everyone and was trying to stop the fight.

The brown-skinned Jose looked around fifty years old. Imagine a boring lecturer without any facial expression who talks like a robot. When he looked at Zhou Qingfeng, he looked really proud.

“What do you mean? Stop fighting? We're fighting now,” Zhou Qingfeng said sarcastically while looking at Jose funny. For Zhou Qingfeng, the mediation was just a waste of time.

“We hope that the Polarlys Legion could return everything, including the people who were captured and weapons, to General Santos,” said Jose, the mediator.

Santos was also in the boring meeting. He looked like an old dog that had lost all its fur. He sat next to Jose and glared at Zhou Qingfeng, “You have to pay for my loss, we're gonna do the war reparations.”

“Did I get that wrong? The loser is asking for compensation?” Zhou Qingfeng was laughing while looking at Santos.

Even the people from the Alliance thought it was ridiculous. Mirta instantly stood up, “This whole thing is just meaningless. If you really want to mediate, please show us more realistic suggestions.”

Jose laughed and said, “Well, the Strategy Committee is the strongest force in the entire Bahamas. We're managing the order in this place. Anyone who refuses to obey will be punished.”

When those threatening words came up, it was obvious that they were trying to pressure everyone. In fact, this Strategy Committee in Florida was in conflict with Enclave and indeed, it was the strongest force among the four organizations, excluding the Brotherhood of Steel.

The Polarlys Legion had the lowest amount of soldiers and people, the Alliance had the worst weapons and armors, and the Liberation Front had the lowest morale at the moment. On the other hand, the Strategy Committee was good overall.

It was already so close to the nuclear war and Zhou Qingfeng wanted to ensure that everything went according to plan. He immediately requested to end the meeting and said that he would think about it. Soon, Zhou Qingfeng went to Clooney, “The Cubans in Florida are way too aggressive. Would you be interested in doing something about it?”

Enclave was currently against the Cubans in Florida. When Zhou Qingfeng suggested that, Clooney totally agreed with him, “Mr. Hugo, honestly, you're the best alliance we've ever had. Tell me, how do you wanna do it? Land on Miami?”

Zhou Qingfeng thought, Well, that's if I can't wait to die. I'd get as far as possible from the big cities. Zhou Qingfeng suggested, “We sell some weapons to those Cubans. What do you say?”

Clooney was confused and suspicious because Zhou Qingfeng's idea made it sound like he was supporting the enemy.
