When the woman with the black hijab left the living room, she was excited and nervous. She felt as if her brain had been activated; many ideas came up in her mind. She was inspired by Zhou Qingfeng That could be the only possible way to solve their problem with food - attack Havana.

From the information that they had, the National Liberation Front focused on defending Havana. There were several military naval ships guarding the outer sea of Havana and there were thousands of revolutionary guards protecting the interior.

Other than Polarlys Legion, nobody else could organize large-scale shipping. If they assaulted from the Batanova Bay, thirty kilometers away from the back of Havana, the enemy will not be able to predict that.

With these exciting thoughts, the woman quickly walked towards the headquarters of the Guantanamo military base. The moment she appeared, the people in the headquarters immediately had serious faces and looked at her with respect. When she arrived at the office, she saw her husband's assistant standing at the door, smiling at her awkwardly.

“What's that jerk doing in there?” The woman realized something. The door of the office was thick and sound-proof. She opened the door and saw her husband sitting behind a big table. A male secretary was holding a report while reading it out loud.

“That's Monday's report, today's already Thursday. You're so bad at this,” the woman walked closer and slapped the report off the male secretary. “Federo, what were you doing? I can smell perfume, you were fooling around with ladies, didn't you?”

General Federo was a 190cm, strong and huge man. With strong and powerful arms, especially with his full beard, he totally looked like a leader.

“Oh dear, Mirta. I'm working.” Federo quickly walked out and put his arm around his wife's shoulder.

However, the woman with the black hijab pushed his arm away and took out a pistol from her purse. She raised the pistol and fired a few shots at the ceiling. Right after she fired, all the guards who were outside rushed towards the office and two naked women screamed and came out from behind a cabinet.

Everyone saw the two naked women and General Federo was embarrassed. The woman continued calmly, “Federo, if you wanna fool around with women don't do it here. I won't stop you. You're in the office and you should do your job.”

“Do you know how bad our situation is at the moment? Tons of people are starving and the riot could happen at any time. The other leaders within the alliance are doubting your ability, we could be killed any time!” Mirta screamed and released the pistol. She turned to the guards around her, “What are you doing here? Get outta here.”

The rest of the people instantly rushed out of the room and disappeared. Federo and his wife, Mirta remained in the office. Mirta glared at Federo for a few seconds and walked towards a wall to calm herself down.

She was standing next to a map of Cuba hanging on the wall. Mirta said with a deep voice, “I just talked to Victor Hugo from the Polarlys Legion, he can solve our problem with food.”

“Oh…?” Federo could finally escape the awkwardness, “How is he going to do that?”

“His Polarlys could bypass the Bahamas and go into Guantanamo. The nuclear-powered Polarlys could drag a few ships and we can send our men there.”

Mirta grabbed a laser pointer and pointed at the Batanova Bay at the back of Havana. General Federo was amazed, “We could send twenty thousand soldiers over there. That's a great idea, we can beat their ass.”

“No, the people from the Liberation Front aren't as easy to handle as you think. We're just gonna grab their food and survive the next six months, to get through the most difficult time.” Mirta's thoughts were more realistic, “Of course, we could build a little base at the beachhead and make them feel uncomfortable.”

“That's such a great idea, awesome! I'm willing to conduct this battle in person, we could turn the tables around.” Federo clapped his hands excitedly and shouted, “So what are we waiting for? What does he want from us, we'll give him everything he wants!”

“Victor Hugo is asking for too much, he's asking for almost everything that we have on hand at the moment.”

Mirta told Federo what Zhou Qingfeng asked for.

When he heard that the Polarlys Legion not only wanted a huge amount of aircraft and ships, but also half of the food grabbed, General Federo remained silent and appeared a little mad, “We sacrifice our people and he'll be taking half of the advantage we get?”

After a second thought, he was frustrated, “Just give him what he wants, we don't use those aircraft or ships anyway. They require professionals to handle and maintain. Also, they require a huge amount of fuel, and we don't even have enough fuel for ourselves.”

“Federo, are you an idiot? We can't use those aircraft and ships but if the enemies got them, they could be a treat to us. By that time, the entire Caribbean would have to listen to him.” Clearly, Mirta thought further than her husband, Federo.

However, Federo shrugged his shoulders and said, “Then what should we do? He'd be fine even without those aircraft and ships. But we won't be able to survive the next few months. And by that time, we'd need to give away those aircraft and ships anyway.”

Heavy breathing could be heard from the wireless radio, one of the female guards replied, “He…., he's so great! Oh…, no, no, I mean he's being good here.”

Mirta did not suspect anything. After another thirty minutes, she ordered the two female guards, “Get some food and drinks for him, whether we like it or not, he's our customer.”

The female guard stammered, “He's sucking our milk, no, no….., I mean we gave him a glass of milk.”

Mirta thought the sound at the other side of the wireless radio was familiar but she did not give it thought. After another two hours, when she was going to call and ask about the situation, Zhou Qingfeng broke into her office. When Mirta saw the two female guards' messy clothes and blushed faces, she snapped, “I told you to watch him, why is he here?!”

Zhou Qingfeng sat in front of the office table with a satisfied facial expression, “Don't blame them, they were warming up my frozen heart with their warm and tender bodies. Now, I'm willing to talk about the conversation we had earlier.”

Mirta was so mad when she saw the way Zhou Qingfeng acted. She glared at him and thought, “You little b*stard, you mean after you took advantage of us?!”
