The people gathered when they heard about a duel. The people of the south part of the United States, the Latins, loved this kind of event. A duel was a rare event, they would not miss it.

Santos looked at the crowd of people around him, he could not run at all. He could only stare at Zhou Qingfeng who challenged him.

“Mr. Santos, I've killed your son, huh? Ah…, I remembered, there was a little, cute guy.

I killed and dumped him into the sea. How sad…. No one was even willing to get his corpse out of the sea.”

“But that's what a brave man would end up as. It wasn't a shame that your son had to die. His death was great, honored, and without regret. He's a man who died like a real man.”

“However, this is between you and me. Why do we need to involve these innocent people? Why don't we use the simplest, quickest, and most honorable way to solve this problem? Stand up and duel with me.”

The crowd of people surrounding them cheered when Zhou Qingfeng spoke.

The veins popped in Santos' neck, he started breathing heavily but he could not speak properly because he was old. He pointed at Zhou Qingfeng with a red face, “You're shameless, mean,..... shameless, you….”

Santos thought, Did you think it's gonna work out so easily? This is related to the entire Bahamas, Cuba, and even the future of the United States. You're asking to solve everything with a duel? Who do you think you are?

As Santos cursed, the Cubans around them started to laugh at him because he was rejecting the duel between two men. Clearly, the audience would not be happy if the duel was not going to happen.

As for Zhou Qingfeng, he did not plan on letting Santos back to Nassau but he did not want to change the commander of Bahamas, who was the commander of the Liberation Front, Santos. It was because Santos was a really bad commander, Zhou Qingfeng would not want someone better to replace him.

“Mr. Santos, I understand that you're old, weak, and you can't fight with a young, strong man like me. Your son couldn't, and of course, so can't you. So, you could ask someone to duel with me instead. How does that sound?”

Once again, Santos was pissed off when Zhou Qingfeng said that and the people around started cheering. Humble, merciful, brave, fair. Zhou Qingfeng was like the perfect gentleman. Everyone started to look at him differently.

When Santos heard that he could ask someone else to replace him, he changed his mind. He could not accept the fact that his son was killed by Zhou Qingfeng and he could not even find the corpse. He wanted to get his revenge so badly. He shouted, “Carlos, you're gonna have a duel with him. Kill him.”

A middle-aged man behind Santos stood up. He had only one eye, was gloomy, and did not stand out in a crowd; he looked completely ordinary. However, the way he walked was stable, you could see that he was more than his appearance.

When this middle-aged man, Carlos walked out, the people around started to whisper and talk to each other.

“Is this the 'Lone Wolf', Carlos? I heard that he's a first-rate killer.”

“Is he the most famous killer, 'Lone Wolf', in the Caribbean? I heard he's good with the revolver. Nobody could beat him in a short-distance battle.”

“That guy used to be attacked by more than ten policemen at once. He killed all the policemen and only sacrificed one eye, he's one real, scary man.”

“Mr. Hugo is in trouble. I bet he didn't expect a first-rate killer from Santos.”

As the people discussed, Carlos came closer to Zhou Qingfeng. He said sarcastically, “Young man, how would you like to die?”

“Uhh…., naturally?” Zhou Qingfeng did not like the way Carlos looked at him. It was like a snake staring at its prey. He gave Zhou Qingfeng a cold and sticky feeling which made Zhou Qingfeng very uncomfortable.

“Hahaha…, you're expecting to die naturally after you decided on a duel?” Carlos stood around five meters away from Zhou Qingfeng. He put his hand on his holster and said, “It won't be very long.”

“Uhh…. wait, don't we need a judge? We'll need someone to command,” said Zhou Qingfeng.

“I'll be the judge.” Santos stood up. He stared at Zhou Qingfeng with his angry, red eyes that the blood nearly burst out from his eyes.

Zhou Qingfeng immediately snapped, “Go away! You're supposed to be the one who duels with me. What if you cheat? It's a fair battle between two men and you can't ruin it.”

If Santos could, he would rush towards Zhou Qingfeng and beat the hell out of him. All of a sudden, a woman's voice rose, “Can I say something?”

The people around them opened up a path, Mirta slowly walked in, still wearing her black hijab. She stared at Zhou Qingfeng and whispered, “You're the commander of the Polarlys Legion, are you sure you wanna do this?”

“Yes, I am.”

Mirta thought Zhou Qingfeng was just messing around. However, this thing was actually getting carried away!

“Do you know about that man standing there? He's called the 'Lone Wolf', Carlos, the most famous killer in the entire Caribbean. He's not someone you can easily deal with. You had better think twice, there's no way you could win this.”

Finally, Mirta said with her lowest voice, “This is my place, I could stop the duel. Leave Santos alone, we have people at the Liberation Front too. We can't simply kill him. Also, just do what you're supposed to.”

For Mirta, Zhou Qingfeng should not be having a duel. He should really be attacking Nassau soon. Clearly, she thought Zhou Qingfeng did not take it seriously and all their hard work would go to waste. How can a commander do this?

Zhou Qingfeng might not be a good commander because he was new. However, he liked to fight, he was brave, cruel, and experienced. “I think I can win this.”

The men under Santos started laughing when they heard what Zhou Qingfeng said. The audience around them supported Carlos. Carlos smiled and remained silent. He stared at Zhou Qingfeng like he was staring at a dead body. He was very confident.

Mirta wished she could slap Zhou Qingfeng and shout at him because of all the trouble Zhou Qingfeng had created. She raised her voice and asked again, “Are you really gonna do this?”

“Of course, I brought this up!” Zhou Qingfeng was very calm. However, the people around still thought he was going to lose. For the people, they thought Zhou Qingfeng should really focus on it. He should at least show some seriousness and readiness. Right now, Zhou Qingfeng looked like a dumb, young man who had no idea what was going on.

“You're ridiculous! You're gonna ruin our plan.” Mirta was also pissed off, she turned around and walked away. She hoped Zhou Qingfeng would change this stupid idea of a duel.

However, Zhou Qingfeng was not planning to stop. He randomly picked a person from the crowd to be the judge. A stone would be thrown up n the air, the participants would fire as soon as it touched the ground. It was a simple game.

Meanwhile, Mirta had already walked a few steps and in her mind, she was hoping it was a joke. Suddenly, the people watching the duel exclaimed and all of them looked up. Clearly, the stone was up in the air. Following that, the stone fell and touched the ground.

At that instant, a sound of a gunshot rose. Mirta freaked out and stopped moving. Even her blood stopped flowing for a few seconds. She did not dare to turn around. She was cursing Zhou Qingfeng in her mind. The San Diego Military Alliance would be gone if Zhou Qingfeng was dead.

Once again, the people around exclaimed, ….., Who won the duel?
