Zhou Qingfeng belonged to the first organization who ever visited the Strategy Committee. The moment he showed up at the town hall, there was even a 21-gun salute to welcome him. Zhou Qingfeng got a little excited. Hahaha! The feeling of being a president!

Zhou Qingfeng walked into the town hall and saw people holding wine glasses everywhere. The electricity supply of the city has not recovered; they used a diesel-powered generator to power the entire town hall. As soon as Zhou Qingfeng showed up, the people from the Strategy Committee approached him and started to introduce themselves. There were even more people at the airport that afternoon.

These Cubans saw the two half-naked female guards and the four Asian maids behind Zhou Qingfeng. They gave the women weird looks like they were waiting for something to happen.

“Wow, so this is Mr. Hugo! So many ladies are coming with him. Look at them, busty, sexy, slutty. I'm pretty sure Commander Carnell would be interested.”

“I prefer the four Asian maids. Even though they aren't tall, but look at them, they have nice bodies.”

“There's gonna be a show tonight. I'm just not sure if Mr. Hugo is ready to give those women away.”

Most of the Cubans in the Strategy Committee were uncultured because the elites disappeared after the cataclysm. The reason they still acted normally was because they were facing the Enclave. Most of them tried to bribe Commander Carnell but none of them could do what Zhou Qingfeng did - have tons of gold bars to spend.

“Ahh…., Mr. Hugo, welcome!” Mr. Jose wore a suit and came nearer to Zhou Qingfeng. He glanced at the women behind Zhou Qingfeng and frowned. Mr. Jose brought a few women with him too.

The women behind Jose were of different ages. They looked terrified by the people around them and uncomfortable. Their ages were between ten to thirty, there were even a few pregnant girl who looked around twenty. That said, they all had a common feature, they were good-looking.

“Oh wow…” Zhou Qingfeng saw the women behind Jose and instantly realized what Jose was trying to do. He had the same idea as Zhou Qingfeng; they were both trying to flatter Commander Carnell.

The past two days have been tough for Jose. In order to get back his position, he was giving it his all. Undoubtedly, Jose was astonished when he saw the women behind Zhou Qingfeng. He saw the two half-naked 'guards' with bikinis and four good-looking Asians. He cursed in his mind.

Victor Hugo, you shameless b*stard. I have never seen these women with you. You must have gotten some information and they are the presents you have prepared for Mr. Carnell. You're trying to steal my thunder again. Damn you! Jose was confounded. The women Zhou Qingfeng prepared were much better than the ones he had prepared.

“Mr. Jose, you look sick, are you not feeling well?” Zhou Qingfeng laughed and asked.

Jose's face looked hideous when he was angry. There was this trend going on in the Strategy Committee recently where members competed for their reputation. Jose prepared the women and wanted to make Carnell happy but he did not expect that Zhou Qingfeng thought the same way.

“Are these five ladies your maids? They're really special, there's even a pregnant lady. Hahaha!” Zhou Qingfeng burst out laughing. As soon as Zhou Qingfeng laughed, the girls and women behind Jose were frightened and started to cry.

“They're a family: a mother and her four daughters. They are lonely and pitiful. The youngest daughter is only thirteen years old and the eldest daughter is twenty-one. Their mother is only thirty-eight. Anyway, they're all good looking.”

“I found them at the refugee camp and I thought they should be taken care by someone better, like our kind and generous Commander Carnell.” Jose simply meant that the five women he picked were actually not bad. He was sure that Carnell would be happy with them.

Initially, Zhou Qingfeng thought five of them did this voluntarily. However, when he heard about their past from Jose and saw how pitiful and lonely they looked, Zhou Qingfeng felt bad for them. “I'm sorry, I was being an a**hole. I'd like to apologize for laughing.”

Zhou Qingfeng slightly bent over and sincerely apologized to the five women behind Jose.

The people were stunned when they saw Zhou Qingfeng apologizing and Jose did not expect that Zhou Qingfeng would actually apologize to the women. On the other hand, those women were touched when they saw Zhou Qingfeng being such a gentleman. The mother even begged Zhou Qingfeng, “Please help us, please get us out of here.”

As soon as the woman spoke, Jose was outraged. He turned around and said coldly, “You're my slaves now, don't mess with me. Otherwise, you'll know the consequences. As for this kid in front of you, he's not a savior and isn't kind at all. He can't and doesn't have the rights to save you.”

After scolding the women, Jose turned back and smiled at Zhou Qingfeng, “Am I right, my dear Commander Victor Hugo? This is our place and you can't do whatever you want.”

Zhou Qingfeng held in his anger, took a deep breath, and said, “That's right, you're totally right, I can't do anything,” he turned to the mother and apologized again, “I'm sorry, I can't really help.”

Five of them started crying again when Zhou Qingfeng left with his guards and maids. Jose on the other hand was laughing. He liked to see Zhou Qingfeng getting embarrassed. Seeing Zhou Qingfeng leaving, the people in the town hall started to discuss again.

“I heard that this young commander from the Polarlys Legion was cool? The way he acted wasn't cool at all.”

“Jose was right, this is our place. He couldn't do anything even if he was cool.”

“Just wait and see, I bet tonight he's going to have to give up those quadruplets to our Commander Carnell. After Commander Carnell gets sick of those women, then he might give them to us.”

The leaders of the Strategy Committee only became leaders after the cataclysm. Before this, they were just a bunch of nasty and hideous men who got high when talking about women. Meanwhile, everyone in the town hall discussed and compared the women brought by Zhou Qingfeng and Jose.

When Commander Carnell showed up, he found out that everyone around him was talking and whispering to each other. He asked one of his guards, “What are they talking about?”

McGrady was standing next to Carnell. Soon, he found out what was going on, “Commander, everyone is discussing and comparing the women.”

“Ah…, where are they?” Commander Carnell got a little excited when he heard about women.

“Victor Hugo brought two good-looking female guards, they were hot and sexy. Besides, there were four identical looking maids around him, they were soft and gentle Asians. I think he's trying to show off, I'm pretty sure of that!”

Commander Carnell got even more excited when McGrady said that, “Beautiful women, Mr. Hugo must really love them, huh? McGrady, find a way to make Mr. Hugo bet with me, I'm interested in his women.”

“Yes, Commander Carnell. I'll be right back.” McGrady nodded his head and thought, Tonight is gonna be a fun night!
