In the living room, the woman with the black hijab glared at Zhou Qingfeng for a few seconds. The female guards around the woman let go of the other customers, slowly walked towards Zhou Qingfeng, and encircled him. Raymond started to worry and said helplessly, “Mr. Hugo, what should we do now?”

“You're asking me? You should ask this lady, what should we do?” Zhou Qingfeng remained calm while looking at the woman with the black hijab a few meters away. He was even judging her body and wondering how she got such a nice body.

The woman with the black hijab snorted, waved her hands, and shouted, “The rest of you, get out of here.”

Everyone kept quiet and listened to her; even Raymond went out of the room. Zhou Qingfeng was the only one left. The woman with the black hijab slowly approached him and asked, “So, you're that Victor Hugo, huh? I don't care what you are in other places, if you fail to give me a solution I'm satisfied with, you'll regret for your recklessness and impolite manner.”

Zhou Qingfeng laughed and said, “From what I know, eighty-five percent of the food in Cuba was imported through the Havana port. It has already been almost three months since the cataclysm. The food at Guantanamo military base should have already finished and your men should be starving right now.”

Clearly, Zhou Qingfeng was on point, the woman snorted again and said, “It's kind of like the secret everyone knows - every place lacks food at the moment.”

It was already 2030 but food was still one of the biggest issues for most of the countries around the world. Imagine the situation when eighty-five percent of the food from China was imported. The price of food will be so much higher and the citizens would have already started a revolution!

Meanwhile, Cuba has been relying on imported food for many years. It was not just Cuba, there were many countries in Latin America that have extremely rich resources and soil but their agricultural industries were not able to survive. That was somehow funny, but also pathetic.

“The food didn't disappear, they just weren't moved to somewhere they were supposed to be. Tell me a number, how much do you need?” Zhou Qingfeng replaced his smile with a serious face.

The woman remained silent for a few moments and spoke, “Twenty thousand tons. We'd need at least twenty thousand tons of food to last for six months.”

“You got me, it's way out of my capability.” Zhou Qingfeng continued calmly, “But based on the number, I'm guessing your situation is extremely terrible at the moment. Are the people dying already? Or is the basis of your government falling apart already?”

She did not answer his questions, she asked him instead, “So, are you able to get us the amount of food we want? If you can't, stop wasting my time.”

Zhou Qingfeng put his hand out, pressed his armband computer and a virtual screen popped out. When she saw that it was a map, she ordered her guards to bring over a couch and a bottle of Tequila with two glasses.

“Want some cigar? The authentic handmade Cuba cigar. Before this, Cuba's economy completely depended on chewing gums and cigars. Now, they're worthless.” The woman took a little wooden box with a fancy-looking cigar in it. She took another cigar out for herself and started smoking with her other hand holding the wine glass.

However, Zhou Qingfeng was not interested in neither alcohol nor cigar. He pointed at Florida on the map and said, “This place is very close to here and it's occupied by your people, the Cubans. They might have a lot of food.”

“The Cubans over there aren't with us. They're trying to build a new country in Florida, they wouldn't care about us.” The woman with the black hijab complained, “And the people from the National Liberation Front are blocking the way to Florida. We've tried to send people to get some food but they were either killed or captured.”

“Is there anywhere else around here that has food?” Zhou Qingfeng asked.

“Yeah, the National Liberation Front. They are holding the oil refinery to produce gasoline and diesel. Due to the fuel deficiency, they will never run out of business. Thus, they aren't lacking anything,” said the woman.

“Where did they store their food?”

“Havana, the best port in Cuba, and also the headquarters of the National Liberation Front.”

“Why don't you send a troop to attack Havana from here?” Zhou Qingfeng pointed at the rear of Havana, the gulf of Batabano.

Cuba was a long island and its capital, Havana was located at the straits of the sea. There was another bay thirty kilometers away from the rear of Havana. When Zhou Qingfeng told her his idea, the woman was lost in thought. Soon, she realized that it was actually a pretty good idea. She was getting excited and started to breathe a little heavier.

“We aren't able to reach that far, we have to borrow your nuclear-powered ship. It's the only ship that could travel without the worry about fuel. It's indeed a very smart idea.” The woman was amazed.

Zhou Qingfeng was also amazed by himself, “Yeah, I really think my idea is great. You can put your men on several ships and the Polarlys will be dragging the ships to the bay. Then, you can get your food from the National Liberation Front. Finally, Polarlys will drag your ships back here.”

When the woman heard such a complicated plan, she frowned and said, “Can't we just do it in one go? Do we need several ships? Your Polarlys could give my men a ride there.”

“No, no, then my Polarlys will be at risk!” Zhou Qingfeng laughed and said.

The woman's face immediately sank, she was speechless and glared at Zhou Qingfeng.

“What do you think of my idea?” Zhou Qingfeng asked again.

The woman paused for a while and continued, “Well, it's workable.”

“So now, let's talk about the price.” Zhou Qingfeng stretched his body and said, “I want all the C-130J transportation planes in your hand, the V-22 Osprey vertical flying aircraft, SH-60 series helicopters, and finally, the dock landing ship, Anchorage.”

“What?!” The woman snapped when she heard Zhou Qingfeng, “You're daydreaming, you're just in charge of transport. Our people will be the one fighting for the food, what's your right to take so many things from us?”

“Even if I don't take them, they're just gonna stay there and rust, won't they?” Before the woman could speak, Zhou Qingfeng continued, “That's just part of what we're asking. The food you get, we want half of it.”

The woman instantly stood up and snapped, “You b*stard, how dare you for asking for so much? Are you crazy or something? I really think you need to get your mind cleared.”

Looking at the woman leaving, Zhou Qingfeng chuckled, “Hey! Where are you going? You haven't even told me your name.”

“I'll talk to you when you get your mind cleared and by then, you'll know my name.” The woman with the black hijab left the living room. While she walked out of the room, she ordered the guards, “Watch him, from now on, he's not allowed to leave this room until he has his mind cleared.”
