Chapter 135: Heavenly Flame Boots

“Pada!”

I threw the Heavenly Flame Boots on the table and the appraiser had a shocked look as he kept saying while sighing, “I never thought that someone could get armour like this, it really isn’t bad…..”

As expected, his next words were, “Appraisal fee 1500, no counter offers!”

I didn’t plan on giving a counter offer.  I didn’t have the same charm as the little beauty Ling Xue, so my counter offer would be ignored anyway.

After trading over 1500 gold coins, my bag was empty again.  The Heavenly Flame Boots lit up before revealing their true appearance, a pair of mighty war boots with a golden glow.

I couldn’t help being surprised.  Such powerful defense, it was worthy of being a piece of level 60 Dark Gold Equipment and it even added 3% agility.  This was useful to my side Job as an archer since the higher my agility was, the greater my accuracy and crit rate was!

The only regret was that the level requirement was too high, I still needed 10 more levels before I could equip them.  I would throw them in the warehouse first.  My defense would shoot up once I could equip them and when the first player reached level 60, the system would change the map again, opening up the two super level main cities that would become the permanent bases of the players!  Sunset City was only a transitional second grade main city.

After coming out of the appraiser, I went to put the Heavenly Flame Boots away.

At this time, Ling Xue’s voice came from the team channel, “Little fool, stop lazing around and recruit people at the south gate with me.  I’m already there!”

I gave a laugh and quickly headed to Sunset City’s south gate.

After a few minutes, I only saw a few people walking around.  Ling Xue was in the center looking a bit depressed because after she called out that Xue Yue was accepting people, only the surrounding players came to join.  However, most of the players were only around level 35, which is not what we needed.

Ling Xue said in a helpless voice, “What to do?  It’s this late, we can’t get any experts.  Could it be that all the experts went to sleep?”

I couldn’t help smiling, “A true expert would only sleep in the morning, we’re not advertising well enough.  Let your big sister send out a system announcement to tell all the players in Sunset City that our Xue Yue is accepting people at all four gates!”

Ling Xue gave a nod.  After a few minutes, Ling Yue had sent a system announcement that rang out through Sunset City.

System announcement (Player Gentle Breeze Embracing the Moon says): Good evening everyone, I am Gentle Breeze Embracing the Moon and I’ve established the first guild Xue Yue in Sunset City.  I hope that high level players will join and fill up our quota for now.  Xue Yue is only accepting high level players that are level 40 or up.  Please join us and build China’s first guild together.  I believe that Xue Yue will become the strongest guild in China and the strongest guild in the entire world!  We are recruiting people at all four gates of Sunset City, friends that want to join, please come within the hour!

I said, “It doesn’t seem like it’s that quite blood inciting, rather it’s quite polite.”

Ling Xue said, “Big sister is very proper with her words!”

As soon as her voice fell, there were quite a few players that had used City Return Scrolls to come back, players that were covered in high grade equipment!

A level 45 swordsman came in front of me and asked, “Are there equipment requirements?”

I said, “It should be one or two Silver Equipment, otherwise it would be too poor……”

The other side said, “I have Bronze Equipment, is that fine?”

“Alright, then come!”

It was clear that Ling Xue’s business was several times better than mine.  All the male players went over to the little beauty with wide eyes as they shouted, “It really is Gentle Breeze Flying Snow!  Damn, so beautiful!  If my girlfriend was like this, how great that would be……”

I raised my hand, “This classmate, you aren’t even level 30!  You shouldn’t be joining in the fun, go and level up!”

Ling Xue’s smile was like a flower as she brought in level 40 players one by one.  I just idled around, being responsible for protecting her, otherwise someone might have stolen this little beauty away.

In less than an hour, Ling Xue and I received close to five hundred players here.  Ling Yue and the other four people she brought to recruit people had around the same result.

In the following hour, there were less players that came.  After all, there were only so many players above level 40 in Sunset City and it couldn’t take us wildly recruiting players like this.

Opening up the guild page, we found that they were 2407 people and they were all players that were level 40 or above!

I immediately opened Sunset City’s level rankings and found that there were only 4728 level 40 and above players in Sunset City!

I happily said in the team chat, “Ling Yue, do you know?  There are only around 4700 level 40 and above players in Sunset City and over half of them are in our Xue Yue!  Moreover, Sword Flame’s over three hundred level 40 and above players haven’t joined yet!”

Ling Yue happily said, “Great!  Our Xue Yue will be in charge of Sunset City in the future!  Un, we will go and celebrate our Xue Yue’s formation after we log off!  It’s my treat!”

Almost at the same time, the people of Xue Yue Studio all cheered.  Everyone was happy that Ling Yue was treating them!

At this time, I received a message which was from Flying Fire, “Boss Bookworm, you said that you would invite our brothers when Xue Yue was formed, but now that Xue Yue has been formed, you’ve forgotten us brothers……”

So I said to Ling Xue, “Ling Xue, Flying Fire Link City’s people are waiting in Gentle Breeze Forest for us to invite them.  I met them before, they’re a good group of people and they’ve fought against Fated before, so how about we go and invite them in together?”

Ling Xue thought about it before saying with a smile, “Un!  If they are from within, then we can invite them without caring about their levels.  Moreover, Xue Yue has only taken less than three thousand out of the ten thousand places, so it would be a waste if we didn’t take them in.  Let’s go!”

I nodded with a smile and brought Ling Xue out of the city, heading to the Gentle Breeze Forest.  Looking into the distance, we saw the people from Flying Fire Link City lined up waiting!

I looked over and was surprised to find that Flying Fire had hidden Flying Fire Link City’s power before.  There were over a thousand people here and there were two hundred of them that were above level 40.  This kind of power wasn’t below Sword Flame, Flying Fire Link City really had hidden most of their power!

Seeing my surprised expression, Flying Fire gave a proud laugh, “Boss, how about it?  It’s a small pleasant surprise.  I’ve been busy gathering this group of experts who are quite good.  Half of them are my brothers that have been gaming with me for many years!”

I gave a nod of praise, “It really isn’t bad!  You will be the backbone of Xue Yue in the future!”

Flying Fire didn’t say anything because he had seen Ling Xue behind me!

Ling Xue was wearing a deep blue cloak and a silver glowing armour, but the girl under the armour was even more enticing.  When Ling Xue slowly came over, it was like every step she took was stepping on the hearts of people, causing all the Flying Fire Link City players to be stunned seeing this.

Flying Fire couldn’t help saying in a surprised voice, “Knowing a person’s reputation can’t compared to seeing them, Gentle Breeze Flying Snow’s beauty really knows no bounds……”

Ling Xue wasn’t embarrassed as she said with a smile, “Your praise is too much……”

Flying Fire laughed, “Un, then should we start?  After joining Xue Yue, we will be in the same organization.  There will be no more Flying Fire Link City, only Xue Yue.  Our brothers will finally be able to fight against Fated and Bloodthirsty as equals with the banner of Xue Yue!”

Ling Xue said with a happy smile, “Naturally!”

Flying Fire suddenly asked, “Boss Bookworm, after we join Xue Yue, with this big organization, will there be someone managing core guild members like us?”

I asked with a smile, “Do you want me to do it?  Or do you want Gentle Breeze Flying Snow?  Or, do you want the beautiful guild master Gentle Breeze Embracing the Moon to manage Flying Fire Link City?”

Flying Fire paused for a second before saying, “We are willing to follow beauty Gentle Breeze Flying Snow, being her horse and dying for her!”

I said in a speechless voice, “Alright, it’s disgusting me.  Since it’s like this, I’ll give you to beauty Snow, you can just listen to her orders in the future!”

“Yes, boss Bookworm!”

I revealed a faint smile and softly said in Ling Xue’s ears, “How about it?  I’ve found you a pretty good personal guard, you can lead them out to cause trouble in the future!”

Ling Xue revealed a sweet smile and also said in a low voice, “Then you can lead the people from Sword Flame to go find beauties?”

I quickly explained, “How could I be that kind of person……”

Ling Xue said with a smile, “Then how do you want me to thank you?”

My body trembled, the chance was here!

So I said, “We can talk after the meal, I haven’t thought it through yet.”

Ling Xue said with a smile, “Alright then……”

Then we pulled Flying Fire into the guild and Ling Xue gave him the right to recruit people, letting him pull everyone in.  Ling Xue and I recruited people while talking, which really was low efficiency.

Half an hour later, it was almost twelve.  On the other side, Ling Yue and Bing Cha had pulled in Sword Flame’s people and Flying Fire Link City’s thousand players had also been pulled in.  Xue Yue’s total number of players had reached over five thousand people!

Among them, Sword Flame had close to two thousand people and Flying Fire Link City had a thousand people.  The remaining two thousand were all high level players that we had just recruited!

In the team chat, Ling Xue let out a sigh of relief before saying with a laugh, “Today’s work is done, let’s end it here for now.  Everyone log off and get ready for a midnight snack!”

When Ling Yue said this, I really could feel my empty stomach.

The system prompt came after: The server will now shut down, please exit the game!

So everyone logged off together.

In the living room, the two Ling sisters were already prepared.  What made me happy was that Ling Yue wore blue clothes while Ling Xue wore the dress that I bought for her, so I could easily recognize them apart.

In another room, Zi Yue and Summer came out wearing miniskirts, which were so short that I bet that I could see their underwear with a single breeze.  Especially with how Summer was swinging her butt around, it really made people…..want to send out a kick!

Qin Yun was wearing her formal clothes and looked very graceful.  She looked at me with a smile and said, “Bookworm, I really don’t know where you got that Guild Establishment Token from.  You shouldn’t be able to kill a level 80 boss by yourself by common sense……”

I knew that I couldn’t hide it, so I told them about Delicate Rice Fragrance giving me the Guild Establishment Token.  The girls couldn’t help talking about it as Ling Yue said, “I always found it strange.  That Delicate Rice Fragrance doesn’t seem like a bad person, but why would she help an arrogant b*stard like Fated Madman.”

I said, “That’s hard to say.  Delicate Rice Fragrance has some hidden feelings, but since she’s not willing to tell me, I can’t keep asking.”

Ling Yue revealed a faint smile, “Actually, Delicate Rice Fragrance’s Soul Magician Job really is powerful.  If we can pull her into Xue Yue, that would be good……”

I shook my head with a smile, “That will be very hard.  That girl seems like a dedicated person and she won’t change her mind on things that she’s decided on.  Since she’s helping Fated Madman, she wouldn’t change her mind that easily.”

Qin Yun said in a thoughtful voice, “Sentiment, this really is hard to grasp……”

Bing Cha said with a smile, “Big sister Qin Yun is quite profound……”

Qin Yun gave a laugh, “It’s just that I’ve experienced a lot, I can’t see through it either.”

Ling Yue said, “We don’t need to talk about this now, we should get some food.  I’m a bit hungry!”

So everyone went downstairs together, but eight people in an elevator were cramped in.  There was no other reason, other than Summer, the other girls had good figures and took more space.  It was pushed into a corner and Ling Xue was pushed against me, with her hand on my shoulder, but not letting me approach.  Seeing the two peaks on this little beauties chest, I was about to die!

It was late, so the restaurant was about to close, but the chef had to work overtime because our group came in.
