Its been a week since the training and Moonlight still keeps on returning back here to help me with the mana meditation. She said that to properly enhance the magic and keep on using it to battle is to constantly practice magic and meditate daily. Itazura is also well behave now and I no longer thinks of her as a fox but a human. Still, she has trouble speaking and can only say "Yay", "Yes", and "No". "Hmph, magicians do not have money problems. Go to the chat group and ask for a beginner job that yields money. They surely have those in there," Moonlight said and once again, return to the room she coveted.

Job in the chat group? I seemed to remember one of the channel seems to be for the jobs. I pick up my phone that is resting on the table and opens the chat group. Aside from checking the groups messages and trying to catch some random items being sent, I did not bother anything and else.

Now that Moonlight said it, I suddenly had my eyes into the Job channel.

"I seemed to miss it when I am checking this chat group," I mumble as I saw the #jobs server.

I click on it and before I can enter, Zacharias messaged me.

Zacharias: Moonlight messaged me that you are looking for a job.

Kazuma: Indeed. I am in the red so I am in a very urgent need of money.

Zacharias: I see, then I will allow you to go to the #job channel. However, you need to expand your experience before you can fully take all quests. You can only get the first tier quests.

Kazuma: That would be good as long as there is money involved. I will do my best.

Zacharias: Then go and choose. There are wide varieties of quest there.

"Patrol The Streets"

Tier 1 Job

Description: The city is getting dangerous day by day. Patrol the streets around Hachiko Statue and check if the streets are safe.

Reward: Level 2 Monster Core and 20,000 yen.

This should suffice. 20,000 yen is quite big enough and I also get to have a level 2 monster core added. That would be a great thing. I immediately accepted the quest. With a bit of danger on this mission, I looked for Moonlight on the next room and saw her arranging the piles of books from her backpack into the bookshelf by using magic. When I entered the room, Moonlight looked at me and smiled.

I really want to ask her again if she is planning on occupying this room since she is redecorating it herself but I stopped since I know I won't get an answer.

"Is it safe for me to take the patrolling quest outside? I know that I can do that but what about if there is a monster attack? I know that I am a Magician but I still can't take the monsters properly by myself."

Moonlight stopped arranging the books after all of it was arranged in the bookshelf and looked at me before she held her hands into my forehead again. This time, she did not flick me but my head became filled with memories naturally not mine.

"I imparted you the knowledge to use Telekinesis. It was the most basic and with your capabilities, you can use it without complications. Small fry monsters would be easy for you to take in experience but if you ever run into trouble, just use this," Moonlight explained before fetching out a peculiar flute in the size of a ballpen.

"Blow it once and I will immediately come into your aid."
