This is very weird. I am getting confused about what was going in. What was really happening to that girl and why is she not being able to be noticed by anyone? Is she some sort of hidden character or she is just a mere ghost? I am not freaked out if I see ghosts because according to Moonlight, magicians can see ghosts. But is she really a ghost? I think not because the teacher actually tried to call her a few times but once the teacher started to look on the direction beside me, he or she would suddenly just drop it and move to the next student making it weirder.

"Hey Kazuma, are you alright? You are spacing out, did you somehow feel to go and poop?"

"Wait, what? Hey, I don't space out once I am about to poop, and it's none of your business so don't poke your nose around."

"Hmmph, like you can earn anything in your business," Erina pouted.

"Busybody..."

After lunch, Erina left because she wanted to cram up knowledge for now in the library since the Periodical Exams are about to begin next week and many students are on the rush to pile up their minds with terms and formulas for the upcoming tests.

Although I am a transfer student and should be exempted from the exam at the moment, I begged my teacher to let me participate in the exam. Transferees would be in a different exam after the normal students' exams which would occur two weeks after the periodical exams. It would take a lot of time and I don't want that exam to be the one that would ruin my mission that is why I asked for this approach instead.

Most students are busy right now in the library or in the classrooms doing their studies and cramming their brains with knowledge as much as they can. Even the students who are not serious in school are also busy stuffing their faces with books and notes. The school ground is now less crowded due to that which would make you wonder the reason these people unite in studying.

Without a much better job to do, I decided to just head to the rooftop of this school. The rooftop is off-limits to students and only the guy in maintenance holds the key to the lock. However, nobody knows that you can get in there without opening the door. There is a secret passage on one of the rooms in the school and I heard that it was made by one of the senpais who already graduated here. Not many uses it and the maintenance guy did not know the existence of this passage, that is why it is still an unknown place for those who never knew about it.

However, when I arrived on the rooftop, I saw that the chains and lock is broken. It is ni longer binding the door anymore and it is no longer stopping anyone from entering the place. What made me surprised is how the lock was broken. It was bashed and reduced to broken pieces which are no longer available to be used. From what I can see, this guy has broken the lock without picking it, more like he hit it again and again with a blunt object.

I am curious to who the heck did it because even I would not destroy anything that is a school property without any reason or command from an authorized personnel to do so. As soon as I entered the doorway, I found the one who caused it.

There are 15 delinquents currently loitering around the rooftop and 7 of them are carrying baseball bats. These delinquents are my old acquaintance and someone I truly hate to see. The group of delinquent thugs who bullied and almost ruined my life.

The leader of the group, Sou Akiza noticed me and grinned.

"Well, look who is here? Isn't he the great transferee who just made a show-off entrance today?"

As soon as he said that, all of the guys started laughing like they heard a funny joke. Does that quote he just said funny? Is my vocabulary so rich that I can't understand a peasant joke?

He stood up and crack his fists slowly while he licks his lips in anticipation. If it was in the past, I would be cowering in fewer on what would happen, however, now that I have seen him do it in front of me, I feel... nothing. It was like it didn't even matter to me whether he does that or not. Is it due to the fact that I already became a magician? No, it is not that. Even when I became a magician, I am not this tough. Then, what caused me to become like this?

"I am you and you are me. We are the same..."

I remembered that guy in my repressed memories. Is he the cause of this? What is he really?

Sou looked at me with mockery on his face. That look that feels similar to the people who are on the top looking down on others. Though he looked so intimidating, he didn't even manage to tick off a single tinge of fear in me.

"What are you doing here, do you think you can just waltz in in our territory?" Sou said with a mocking smile.

"Your territory? Why? Did you pee in here that is why it is now your territory? Damn, you should choose where to urinate alright?"

Hearing this, the other delinquents burst out laughing. Sou was immediately infuriated and grab my collar hard and glared at me.

"You got a backbone now eh?"

"Ha! You think I was an invertebrate animal? If I was, I would be flexible enough. Can't you be more specific when you are talking?"

Once again, the delinquents started laughing hard causing Sou to get redder in anger. He quickly raised his hands and throw a punch on me. The only thing is that I am not the same guy anymore. That punch is just too slow. Before it actually connects to my face, I kick his crotch before giving a palm attack on his abdomen. This action caused him to break free from clutching my collar. He rolled into the ground while clutching his crotch but I am not worried. I know his eggs are not brittle.

After doing so, I gave him a few kicks on his face.

"You motherf*cker..." Sou glared at me as he winced in pain.

"Hmph, serves you right. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. Wanna lose a real tooth this time?"
