Chapter 45.2: Acknowledge as Master

"My good disciple, get up quickly."

When Situ Kong saw Duanmu Xi had paid her respects to in such an earnest and solemn manner, he was so excited that tears started welling up in his eyes and he quickly supported her up.

"Ha ha… This old man here finally has a disciple."

He must definitely bring this good disciple of his back to the Alchemist Guild and let those old rascals there be filled with envy and hate.

….. Everyone was speechless.

Wasn't it easy for him to accept a disciple? Did he have to say it as in such a manner and made it sound as if he had suffered so much.

The moment he finished his words, he did not even wait for Nalan Xi's reply and immediately brought Duanmu Xi out of the hall.

These old rascals were still eyeing his little disciple, he better leave with her first.

…… everyone still remained silent, this Elder Situ escaped really fast.

Situ Kong led Duanmu Xi out of the hall and walked towards the main entrance of the Sacred Gold Academy.

"Lass, what is your name?"

He had already accepted this disciple yet he did not know her name yet.

They both had their eyes only for Duanmu Xi and did not notice Situ Kong who was walking behind her.

"How did it go? Has Your Highness met Elder Situ?"

"Master, please have a seat."

As she invited Situ Kong to have a seat, she poured a cup of tea for him.

"Little Xi, this esteemed senior should be Elder Situ?"

"That's right."

Duanmu Xi nodded her head slightly, as she introduced him to Xuanyuan Mo and Phoenix Fifth.

"This is Elder Situ and I've acknowledged him as my Master."

She turned to Situ Kong and introduced, "This is my friend Xuanyuan Mo and this is my guard Phoenix Fifth."

Xuanyuan Mo cupped his hands and greeted Situ Kong.

"Senior Situ, nice to meet you."

He turned out to be Elder Situ, it's no wonder that Her Highness would acknowledge him as her Master.

Phoenix Fifth quickly paid her respects to Situ Kong.

"Elder Situ, this subordinate has offended you just now, please forgive me."

"It's not a problem." Situ Kong waved his hand and dismissed it casually.

"Lass, were you looking for me?"

Situ Kong turned and looked at Duanmu Xi curiously, he remembered hearing something like that just now.

"Yes." Duanmu Xi nodded her head, "I entered Sacred Gold Academy the intention of seeking you as my Master and Alchemy from you."
