Chapter 43.1: First round, garnering attention

"Little Xi, after you pass the test, I have to make a trip back to White Tiger Kingdom first. I have to return the Tiger Seal to my Imperial Father."

When she heard Xuanyuan Mo said that he had to leave, Duanmu Xi's mood sank and unhappiness was written all over her face.

When he saw Duanmu Xi's expression change, Xuanyuan Mo's heart tightened and he gently caressed her face.

"Little Xi, don't be like this, I will definitely come back soon."

The average person would have a stronger affinity in one element, it was either that they were stronger in fire or in wood but there weren't many that possessed the talent to have a strong affinity to wield both elements.

Although Alchemy was mainly based on the fire element and supplemented by the wood element, the more pure one's affinity to wood element was, the more one could increase the success rate of refining.
