Underdog Versus Boss Chapter 7

‘Are you sure we don’t know each other?’ Feng Kai Ze asked.

Da Tian Ting checked out the man in front of her. She had no interest in brooding handsome men like him.

‘Sir, I’m sure we don’t know each other,’ Da Tian Ting said.

Since Da Tian Ting was eighteen, she had no interest in men who wasn’t Shang Duan Hua. Shang Duan Hua was the prince in her heart. But that day, he was no longer her prince. She had no other choice except let go of the pain in her heart.

‘Miss, now that you’re sober, you need to settle your debt,’ Feng Kai Ze said.

‘Debt?’ Da Tian Ting asked. ‘Do I owe you money?’

Da Tian Ting put her heartbreak aside. When it came to money, she wasn’t an easy target for scammers.

‘You owe me money and an apology,’ Feng Kai Ze said.

‘Sir, we have never met,’ Da Tian Ting said. ‘How can I owe you money? What have I done to provoke you?’

Da Tian Ting got out of bed, and stood opposite the tall handsome man. No one was going to scam money off her, not even the tall handsome man.

‘Miss, did you pay for your bottle of wine at the bar?’ Feng Kai Ze asked. ‘Did you drive yourself to the hospital? Now do you remember?’

‘Oh,’ Da Tian Ting said.

Da Tian Ting’s dizzy head only clearly remembered Shang Duan Hua and Da Ming Sheng’s betrayal.

‘Sir, tell me what happened,’ Da Tian Ting said.

‘Miss, I can forget about paying your bill,’ Feng Kai Ze said. ‘But I can’t forget you mistaking me for Shang Duan Hua. You cursed me, and vomit on me. You owe me an apology.’

Feng Kai Ze’s heart softened a bit because the crazy woman was dumped by her boyfriend. So he would be satisfied with an apology.

Da Tian Ting heard Feng Kai Ze mentioned Shang Duan Hua’s name, and understood she must have mistaken Feng Kai Ze for Shang Duan Hua.

‘Sir, I’m really sorry,’ Da Tian Ting said. ‘I don’t remember what happened at the bar. But if I offended you, I’m really sorry.’

Da Tian Ting didn’t want to apologise to the stranger who acted high and mighty. But she was raised to apologise if she did something wrong.

Feng Kai Ze acted like the bigger person, and forgave the crazy woman.

‘Since you sincerely apologised, everything is good,’ Feng Kai Ze said.

Feng Kai Ze turned around, and took a step to the door.

‘Sir, wait,’ Da Tian Ting said.
