The Evolving Stealth System Chapter 18: Observation Mode

"Enna, are you okay?" Dustin laid somewhere as a pile of bones, and two notifications about Wormy and Phoenix made him a tiny bit worried…

[Ding! Flesh Worm has received an unknown type attack for -580,000 health, and Phoenix ducked before being destroyed by a similarly powerful attack…]

[Host had been shielded by forcefield of Enna, and has been buried in the ground… If host knows what's good for him, he'll not summon flesh worm, or Phoenix until the armies leave the surrounding area…]

[However, it may be possible to use observation mode… Would host like to lose one level to activate observation mode?]

"Fine, activate observation mode, and locate Enna!"

Averna appeared by her side, and behind Enna a large burst caused the flesh of orcs to blast up into the air…

For miles, everything that was around stopped moving to watch, and to survive…

This included the friendly cave dwelling skeleton bats that were looking for materials for their children…

They would never find anything because Enna blasted into them and killed them instantly, so Averna then grabbed her by the head and began squeezing it…

"You're a shitty liar… Devil scum… Why do you look so pretty?"

Averno, her brother sighed, and looked at her up and down… "She's a devil angel… a top tier weapon that I wouldn't like to meet in battle, so learn your place Averna."

"Yes, we got to take her to boss…"

Enna squirmed trying to get out, but she couldn't escape…

It was so much pressure, and she felt weak in the mortal fragmentation realm… She only needed to create her domain to reach the demi-god rank, and it seemed hopeless because she was running out of breath...

In her mind, her brother appeared as he was slaughtered in front of her, and she screamed starting to light up…

"Let me go! Let me go!" Enna found her head thrusted into the wall before Averno pitied her and kicked her in the gut…

This one little move caused her to escape his sisters grasp, and she flew off into the distance…

"What are you doing, idiot!" Averna swung five times as Duncan breathed a sigh of relief…

Perhaps… some demons weren't bad, but… then Enna didn't leave…

"She was going to self-destruct you fool! Her bloodline is precious, and we got to get her in one hit, or what's going to happen to us?"

Their high ranked demi-god boss wasn't very friendly he meant, and Duncan kept wishing for Enna to have some kind of lucky break…

However, a second later, her body burst like a dazzling set of fireworks, and Averno's plan back fired…

Their demi-god compatriots body parts fell to the abyss below, and Duncan couldn't believe his eyes…

Sadness…

Immense, indescribable sadness washed over him, and this couldn't be it!

He wondered how she killed such a powerful being, and then everything went black….

[Ding! Hosts observation mode has lost all traces of Enna… Hosts level has now fallen to level 8…]

[Enna appears to used illusion technique to high effect, and even system cannot locate her...]

[Regardless, current power level is at 150 / 900 because hosts body parts are missing…]

Duncan felt surprised and shocked underneath the ground in which he laid… It seemed all demons knew how to do was kill, and did she really fool them with that fake self destruct?

When he thought about it, would he have been able to pull it off?

[Ding! Host has 65 days, 22 hours, and 15 minutes until it is safe to reform…]
