“Maupay, what kind of person do you think Blood Owl is?”

Maupay was startled by Payne's sudden question.

“Your Majesty, why did you suddenly ask this?” Maupay self-consciously lowered his head, avoiding Payne's gaze.

“Do you also think he's very powerful?
