“To be under one and above everyone else. The most powerful person, other than me, would be you.”

Prime Minister Lu swallowed hard, “This subject's power was bestowed by your Majesty!”

“Actually, it would be a nice story for a son to succeed his father, but if Major Lu does become Prime Minister, his young age may cause the other ministers to be dissatisfied.”

“Your majesty speaks facts.”

“But since I've already made the promise, I must follow through.” Payne slowly said, “I still have a position next to me that's empty, and I think Major Lu would suit it very well. I'm just not sure about Prime Minister Lu's opinions?”

“What position?”

“Empress of the Empire.” Payne smiled at Prime Minister Lu, “You might not know, but Major Lu is already pregnant with my child, so he must be my Empress.”
