Thinking of introductions, he really had never introduced himself to any girl in his life. As for the rest of the women, he never needed that... still, something bothered him about Mei Xing. No doubt, Mei Xing is an exception from exceptions. Even if Mei Xing knew his name there is no way she can know the face behind that name.

For a while, they sat silently.

There is no way Mei Xing can identify him through his name. The possibility of her knowing his name is also the rarest thing, on top of that, knowing his face is just impossible. And just a few minutes earlier, due to her lack of responses, he was almost convinced that she is Mei Xing and doesn't have Li Na's memory if she had then she wouldn't have behaved so freely.

But if she is Mei Xing then how could she correctly identifies Lu Jianjun by just looking at his picture on Lu Jun-hui's phone. Moreover, Lu Jianjun himself never shown his face to her nor anybody else has mentioned his name in front of her either.

She called out his name first.that so in a single look at his picture. That's impossible for Mei Xing.

Lu Jianjun frowns deepened. He hasn't considered this before because it's acceptable if she is the real Li Na, but Mei Xing can't do so without Li Na's memories? But if Mei Xing had Li Na's memories then she would have never overlooked Little Tiger for so many days. Even she had asked about a kid only after seeing Little Tiger on the window and enquired the maid and everyone else.

Now confused, he didn't know what to believe or what to trust. Does she has Li Na's memories or not? Did I miss something about her? How does Mei Xing know me? He doubted he might have missed something to notice.

Wondering, Lu Jianjun began to think over Li Na's behavior since she was shifted to Versallies Manor. His mind consumed each event after he became suspicious of her while doing so, all of sudden and unconsciously Lu Jianjun's gaze landed on her hands fully tucked into her long sleeves. Because she was pulling down on her sleeves just a while ago.

Silence fell on the room for too long, as Li Na was expecting Lu Jianjun to question her on the tattoo. But to her surprise, he didn't. What's taking him so long to ask? Little did she grasps that the man is yet to know, that his name was engraved on someone's body. Did Lu Jianjun really not know that Li Na has permanently engraved tattoo of his name, not only in her mind and heart but also on her body?

Understanding that could be a possibility, Li Na began to massage her temples. She stared at him in pure disbelief and doubt. But before she let herself drown into an abyss. Without any delay, her mind began to browse all of their encounters and to be on the safer side she focused on if she has ever exposed her tattoo to him.

Their first encounter was in the rain. Her eyes flickered. That time, she had a bandage safely wrapped around her bruised wrist. And bandages remained there and she only redressed the wounds in her room where there is no camera or him gazing at her.

Over that bandaged time, she faced Lu Jianjun twice before he left for more than a week and they meet again after she learned about Little Tiger's existence. But what about the days in between that? He kept an eye on her through cameras. even after her wrist was healed still she had kept the bandaged on because his name tattoo always bothers her so much that she didn't even want to look at it accidentally. His name is as much as of a distraction to her as his handsome face.

And the previous night when she had worn the blue dress she couldn't bandage her tattoo because she wanted to look perfect in front of Little Tiger. Since she was going with Lu Jianjun the man himself she doesn't even wish to embarrass herself if probably he had asked about tattoo so she wore a wristwatch around right on her wristbone, entirely hiding his name.

Luckily, now she has worn a long selves sweater today.

Li Na saw his gaze dropped on hands and stayed there for a long while now. Tension began to rise rapidly between them yet they couldn't let it displayed to the opposite individual. Besides, at the same time, Li Na's body couldn't remain too casual or stable for this long as anxiety incited into her due to stretching mental stress. Maybe, that's what he is waiting for.

Li Na smiled after she gazed at his tapping fingers for a while and looked at his profile again. Gradually, folding her legs on the couch. Li Na grabbed the side cushion as she asked. "Does she know you like me?" Placing it on her laps she hugged the puffed pillow and rested her head on it innocently as if waiting for his response.

His simple 'yes or no' answer can resolve many things for her. If he is talking about Mei Xing or not.

Reluctantly, Lu Jianjun's eyes returned to her facial expressions. She looked like an earnest girl waiting for his official and explicit response.

However, only she knows, how braced up and stiff her muscles feel. She was forcing her body, not to tremble or to move on its own.

She didn't know why but Li Na's body seems to have its own emotions and reactions whenever she appeared in front of him. And surely it doesn't match with Mei Xing's state of mind or emotions.

"I don't know," came his low- doubtfully voice. But he was sure they never had any linking together at all.

'Is it possible she isn't Mei Xing and I'm overthinking about her? She surely doesn't have Li Na's memories otherwise she would have known everything.'

Could it be, If she's not Li Na then she can't be Mei Xing either, then who is she?

Li Na smiled wickedly. 'Did Mr. Lu was ever told by anyone, that Mei Xing is a tough nut to crack!! Nah!' she clicked her tongue.

"Okay, forget about her. Let's move on to my personal interest in CEO Zhang," She has addressed Zhang's ever so gently for Lu Jianjun to snapped back from his stance and look at her.
