He started to resist violently throwing his hands and legs. Li Na was baffled by his sudden attack, reflexively her grip gets tightened around him feeling that the little boy began to slip from her embrace.

Straightening his back, Lu Jianjun frowned and his expression became gravely serious as he observed the calm Little Tiger became violent again. Li Na looked at Lu Jianjun and saw him staring at them but he didn't look like he was going to interfere, instead, his shocked eyes were locked on Little Tiger with disbelief.

Li Na understood what he might be thinking as she hugged the Little Tiger's back and crossed his both hands in front of him tightly making him defenseless with both of her hands. Little Tiger was easy for her to manhandle. Although Little Tiger was showing aggression yet he would just let his tears to flow out silently glaring at her stubbornly as if she had tried to murder him. Little Tiger has been so headstrong and unyielding which wasn't normal for a kid of his age.

Helplessness making Little Tiger frustrated and more angered as his father was also not helping him, right now, he was as mad as a bear with a sore head. His teary eyes persistently pleading to his father to take him. He felt insecure and was vulnerable. He was crying at thought of being abandoned by his father and left with Li Na? Naturally, he knew his father's repulsion towards women, especially for Li Na. It's a miracle for him to see them together today.

Because Lu Jianjun wanted to give some space to let them revived the bond of the mother and son as he didn't interrupt before but he could no longer bear to see Little Tiger's tears and that doubtful look in his eyes as if the little guy's been abandoned by him which were like a painful stab of Little Tiger's wet eyes on Lu Jianjun's heart.

As she lifted her head and her eyes were blurry still saw a hand extended towards her. The man hadn't moved an inch, he was still stood near her with an open arm.

Silence fell in the room, besides Little Tiger's low sniffs nothing was heard. Curtains swayed along with the gentle breeze arousing a crisp ambiance. Missing the warmth in her embrace, she doesn't why but she too wanted to burst out crying yet she gathered herself not to be tense before giving her hand in his hands as she slowly stood up.

But in the next moment, just as she found her balance and regain her footing, she gasped when Lu Jianjun suddenly left her hand and grabbed her wrist as he drew her into his arms.

Li Na stood frozen in his embrace.

When Lu Jianjun's steel-like strong arm wrapped around her slender waist as her whole body shivered in hysteria. For a few moments, Li Na couldn't understand just what happened and Lu Jianjun was doing by twisting her wrist on her back while keeping her close.

She looked up to his alluring up close handsomeness as her eyes went as wide as they can. She glared at him for the proximity between them but the man was far less bother about their closeness than her to even glance at her. Her eyes narrowed oddly only to cooled down later grasping that Little Tiger is also with them she knew he won't do anything inappropriate only to get his feet stomped by her.

So she stayed obediently as she bites her lower lips when she hears Littler Tiger's low muffled sobs buried in Lu Jianjun's chest instantly her heart dropped in a beat.

She couldn't help raising her hand touching the trembling boy's back and caressing him. It was then griefed Little Tiger seems to notice her. Alerted, instantly his head turns to sides, a pair of red-rimmed, swollen, deep chocolate eyes stared on to another pair of same chocolate big eyes, moist but truly gently on him.

Whether broken or torn, Li Na inherently leaned on to Lu Jianjun's shoulder pressing her cheeks lightly and silently occupied the space there in his arms next to Little Tiger. It was no wonder Little Tiger felt safe here as she can also sense that strong assuring security.

Seeing her leaned on to his father alarm ringed in Little Tiger's head as if she was trespassing his property. His grasp on Lu Jianjun's shirt tightened as he knitted his brows displease, for a while before he circled his short arms around Lu Jianjun's neck.

Little Tiger did it in such a manner as if she is going to steal or corrupt his father if he didn't react. It had Li Na laugh. Where did he get those shades from? His temper is changing rapidly than her.

She chuckled and to make the little guy clear and aware of her true intentions Li Na kissed his chubby fist holding Lu Jianjun's collar on her side and wrapped her arm over his soft body as if telling him that he's the one she eyeing and wanting to have and not his father.

Little Tiger pouted and wanted to push her hand away which was over him but Lu Jianjun seemed to have sensed it that he gave away Little Tiger.

Instantly, little fella clutched on to his father and remained half-lean like a panda hugging a tree. Little Tiger became startled he can't even start crying when he just wants to laze out in his father's embrace and rest.

Lu Jianjun's threatening action as if handing the baby over to her made the girl felicitous.

She felt so fortunate as if a sense of comfort sealing her discomfort deep inside so she latched on to Little Tiger and placed a warm kiss on his head. A comforting warmth possibly she needed while feeling dejected and discouraged.

She closed her eyes to stop her unwanted tears lifted her one hand and wrapped it around Little Tiger whereas the other one encircled behind her back in Lu Jianjun's grip.

She hugged Little Tiger and felt better. Having a tempo with Little Tiger gave a sense as if she had stepped into a battle to conquer the world.
