Registering her own words, Li Na's eyes widened instantly, her mind began to wander on its own. Perhaps her ability and expertise in attention to detail are what make her think something which she feels is horrible if it's the truth. H-He...have my eyes? She sat still as though trying to shake off her horror thoughts and focused to think rationally. What rubbish is she thinking? It's not like that she is the only one who has those colors of eyes in the whole wide world.

The next moment, Li Na chuckled as she shook her head and brushed off her wandering thoughts.

"Who's his father?" Although, she doesn't need to ask that as the Little boy's features were indicating who else it could be other than him but still better be clear.

Bai Tian smirked as he clicked his tongue in disdain. "Tsk, Don't bother he's not going to marry you at any cost."

Li Na's pupil shrunk sharply. Why would she even think to marry a man who has a child? 

Her eyes lifted up to see the young man standing not too far from her and the child in her grasp while he too stared down at her piercingly his gaze move from her hands to her eyes he observed her as if she intended to hurt the child. " Don't butt in if you don't know how to answer properly but before that did I asked you, Mister?"

"Lu Jun-" And before Bai Tian could open his mouth to get back to her, Lu Jun-hui interrupted hurriedly. "He's my child."

Spontaneously, All eyes moved towards Lu Jun-hui.

Whereas he looked at Li Na confidently with a wining expression which is relating to her words she just said to Bai Tian. 'Don't tell me you didn't ask me either?'

Li Na's hand itching to beat the hell out of Lu Jun-hui. How dare he lie barefaced?

"Your child?" The woman sounded like she was repressing her rising temper not wanting to scare the child further and still Lu Jun-hui nodded shamelessly agreeing to her. "Yes, my child." and repeated it.

Instead of answering him, Li Na turned towards Little Tiger she looked at him worriedly and said worriedly. "Sweet Baby, I think your father doesn't love you enough that he leaves you with such inconsiderate fools." Lu Jun-hui was still nodding his head in agreement when he grasped what she said to Little Tiger. "Hey!?"

Not wanting to fight with Lu Jun-hui Li Na ignored him as she only focused on Little Tiger and said coolly. "Sweet baby. Don't mind fools. Not to worry, I like you. If you agree then I'll take you with me. Will you come with me, love?" Little Tiger didn't know how to react. His eyes roam between Li Na and Lu Jun-hui's bickering. His uncle was surely brave enough to oppose even after knowing he was about to be beheaded earlier.

As Li Na was still holding Little Tiger's waist, when he didn't say anything, he felt her grip weakening on him. He blinked a few times while staring at her face. The twinkling light in her eyes and the alluring glow on her face was something he never saw before. Their proximity seems unrealistic like he was dreaming. He wanted to touch her face to feel if she was real. But Little Tiger remembered something and didn't dare to, he just stares at her face to imprint this beautiful image of his mother in his mind permanently.

On the other hand, Li Na didn't have the slightest sense of little fella's internal conflict. She could sense he was restricting himself but she didn't know why. She could see the pain in his eyes but she doesn't know why he was hurting so badly.

Surprisingly, he resembles Mei Xing so much, she felt phantasm as if she was his real mother.

Li Na chuckled at her own senseless imagination. Only if he was really her son. How perfect they would have looked together? The resembles of his deep chocolate eyes with hers not to forget the perfect round glasses amplifying them the same as hers when she was a little girl. And when he pressed his lips together stretching into a thin line, it forms the cute little dimples on his cheeks. His skin complexion is light rosy, not pale white.

Little Tiger's eyes moved up when Li Na lightly tousled his hairs amusingly. The color and soft texture of his jade black hairs were perfect. Mostly, he has that charisma of her to easily captivate someone's attention at first sight.

Still, It's very unrealistic to conclude that he was her child.

It'll be ridiculous to say she could be his mother? Not that Mei Xing was ever been so deeply intimate with a man to even consider the possibility of being pregnant before but it's a bitter truth that she couldn't birth a child. It's just a coincidence...or a miracle that he resembles her so much.

For an instance, she got confused and thought of this baby to be of Mei Lein's child but putting them together in one frame one can feel as there's such a contrast in their vibe and personality. Just like it's between Mei Xing and Mei Lein. Aside from those little similarities, this Little Bun has taken every feature from his father except for his eyes. And his magnified eyes aren't evident enough to think that anyone from Mei Sister's could be his mother. She didn't even know why she was thinking so irrationally.

'Seriously, What the hell I'm thinking? This is insane. How could I mess up like this? He's someone else's child. Not mine.' While her thoughts getting ghastlier for just once Mei Xing thought of Li Na who the child can also resemble but she didn't dare to imagine her own stuff further. Whereas, she entirely overlooked the young girl thinking that Li Na is too young to be the mother of around three to four years old kid. Not only young but knowing Li Na's depression and drug addiction is mainly what makes it impossible for her to believe that. Even if she did that child won't be able to survive knowing how much addictive she was.  

Confused, Li Na really didn't feel like asking this to the boy but she couldn't expect Lu Jun-hui and Bai Tian to answer her honestly when they don't even talk to her properly so she has to ask the kid instead. " Baby, I can guess that Lu Jianjun must be your father but could you tell me who is your mother?" She is indeed curious to know.

Oblivious to the truth, Li Na stares at Little Tiger curiously whereas the boy stood fixed.
