Fully dressed, Lu Jianjun appeared fresh and subtle but he seemed serious than usual.

She stood at her place thinking when did he return. It's been hours from noon to evening that she was at the west wing. The night began to fall whereas the light white clouds turned gloomy and dark as if anytime it will be poured heavily.

Furrowing her brows, Li Na darkly looked at him. Meanwhile, He stuffed his phone and walked towards her holding the car keys on the other hand as he came to stand before her and said curtly, "Come with me."

Her frown deepened by his words, she turned to see a car parked down the stairs outside as she also noticed Butler Wu hurriedly marching towards them from the west villa's direction.

Down the stair, Lu Jianjun quietly waited for the old man to come with his back towards Li Na. Butler Wu greeted him after which Lu Jianjun said something to Butler Wu as the old man nodded and replied back. She didn't clearly hear what they said but she did overhear that they were talking about Little Tiger.

After their short conversation ended, Lu Jianjun went ahead and opened the door of the driver's seat and when he was about to get in he noticed Li Na was still standing at her place without moving an inch, he also stopped. Butler Wu turned to follow his master's gaze and spotted Li Na intensely staring at Lu Jianjun. Out of courtesy, Butler Wu opened the passenger door of the car for Li Na to get in without much delay. Her intense gaze shifted from the man towards the Butler.

Li Na hasn't expected to encounter Lu Jianjun like this as she was also confused about where he might be taking her? She stared at the opened door in a daze.

Dark clouds were hovering above the sky, thunderous lightning flickering with loud growls of dense clouds. Soon, the heavy cloudburst began to shower ruthlessly.

At the same time, inside a speeding Maybach Exelero, rolling down the streets and dashing through the rainwater has a similar ambiance inside the car when compared to outside pouring.

Li Na sat on the passenger seat, absentmindedly staring out of the window while watching everything along the road rushing backward whereas she found herself in absolute chaos.

It's not been long enough as she got to know about the bitter truth of their ambiguous relationship and now they were, together, sharing the same brief space with Lu Jianjun. Right now, Lu Jianjun was the last person on this planet Li Na wants to see or talk to before she gets to wrap her head around the circumstances she found herself in. With the Little Tiger's existence, nothing has remained as earlier. A lot of things and aspects have changed for Mei Xing. Whatever she has planned for her future now it felt somewhat unmanageable. She never felt so unsure and doubtful in her entire life as if she was from another world. She belonged to where her family was and eventually, she'll go there, at least that's what she was believing a few hours ago. But Little Tiger changed everything.

Leaving that kid behind for Mei Xing's personal goals and family didn't seem appropriate when Li Na is his real mother.

Li Na's expression became sullen when she thought about Little Tiger.

What is she going to do next? She can't ignore that kid no matter what? She really liked him.

Looking at the downpour becoming heavy as the car drove away from the villa, Li Na pressed her throbbing temples. Before she could think or plan any further she needs to know more about Li Na's family. Who were her father and mother? Where are they? What do they do? At least she needs to know about the important and relative people in Li Na's life. She doesn't want to miss anyone of the close persons, just the way she almost missed out on Little Tiger. She was profoundly anticipating that maybe the old lady could be a good help for her.

Meanwhile, the journey felt like a never-ending road. Li Na closed her eyes as she felt unwantedly disturbed. Even the slightest movement from his driving side like changing the gears or his quick glances on rear-mirror was actually frustrating her to no avail.

Now, Lu Jianjun's mere presence felt as endless torture to her.

She does wonders how quickly things are changing for her? These changes were far less bearable than the hormonal mood swings she usually has.

She didn't know what to anticipate, whatever past, Lu Jianjun and Li Na had was similar to the sickness and side effect of Li Na's drug addiction. She didn't do it but she is going to live with it. Why?

There are many mature and beautiful women, he could have found for that purpose? then why does he have to do it with a teenager? She doesn't even want to imagine them together. Li Na was not only too younger but she was struggling with depression-fighting with her drug addiction basically a traumatized girl mentally and physically. This is pathetic... why an adolescent?

The more she thought about it, the more intolerant she felt towards him.

The gritting of Li Na's teeth made Lu Jianjun throw a glance at her. Certainly, He can sense her indifference and ignorance towards him. He can tell she was irritated.

Li Na let out a heavy breath as she closed her eyes to stop tormenting herself. At the same time, she was not only feeling repulsive towards Lu Jianjun but also towards the dead Li Na. That crazy girl even gave birth to a child for him. At least Lu Jianjun adequately took care of the boy.
