"Should I call you Li Na or...?"

'Mei Xing, call me Mei Xing. That's who I am?' Li Na screamed in her mind as she bites her tongue hard and held her breath. Scared that the words will be rushing out of her mouth and creating a greater mess.

Lu Jianjun also suddenly stopped as if his lips were sealed and saying her name will only bring a bad augury though he doesn't believe in that sort of thing yet can't help assuming what if does.

Whereas, Li Na sat there quietly, nor accepting or denying any of Lu Jianjun's allegations on her. His sudden silence was not expected but his cloudy dark cryptic eyes were peering something into her dark-chocolate, brown eyes. In that instant, she didn't know if she felt despair or anxiety deep inside as his ardent eyes were keen to a lion gazing at his prey.

Li Na wavered slightly before settling the ripples of fear, uneasiness havocing her. From this encounter at least she was more than clear that he's not the one she could mess with easily. With his overbearing, oppressive aura, he's extremely proficient in been self-calm and composed while his words conceive thunders and shaking grounds. He certainly knows how to raise and make someone's blood boiled, and raising the temperature before shoving them into the freezing zone as if pulling the life out of lungs and throwing a dead out stack of human flesh. He's too good doing this.

Lu Jianjun's pupil shrunk as his eyes were fixed on her but his mind was somewhere else still processing on facts and events. A tiny insight bothering him immensely, rationally he still couldn't believe it could actually happen. Just as something strikes him, he sat frozen for some ten seconds. As if dispirited, he cast his head back on the couch and slowly shut his eyes down as pondering over something.

Li Na took a deep breath as in a swift movement, she pulled out the woolen cap she was wearing all along. As the tiny mist of sweat layered on her forehead and little strands of her hairs stick on her temples. She doesn't know if it was her own thinking or just a reflection of his thoughts that she felt like she hears her name from him as if he was about to say her name. What's that her hallucination?

Shortly, her exhausted and weakened body sank deep on the couch as if the whole time she was sitting on the edge while holding her breath. With her gloomy expressions, Li Na fanned her face with the cap in her hands. The jammed gears started to turn in her brain.

From the side shores, Lu Jun-hui was entirely dumbstruck and puzzled. He couldn't believe what did he just hear now? His big brother gave some advice to Li Na before saying something which is definitely out of his intelligence limits. But what made him dumb shock was the later part.

His brother was speaking to Li Na about the real Li Na? And asked her to tell him, 'Who is she?' How does that make sense?

But his brother was more confident and convinced when he said that last sentence. 'Should I call you Li Na or...' Or what? What else!

What the fuck! was he teasing and scolding some random girl. Lu Junhui horrifying and accusingly stared at the girl, who was somewhat lying and somewhat sitting on the couch, tired and worn out.

After a long muteness and stillness, Lu Jun-hui was finally able to ingest his brother's ominous words. Even if he couldn't, Lu Jun-hui still chose to blindly believe Lu Jianjun's words, regardless of truth or lie. His brows deepened as his eyes wide glared with confusion at the unknown girl. "Who are you?" he asked as shock, fear, and anxiety clouded his face and his expressions were like someone has given him a deadly dare to talk to a living ghost.

Hearing Lu Jun-hui's anxious tone, stirred his senses and Lu Jianjun slowly opened his eyes, his face remained impassive, his blurry gaze directed towards the ceiling as though some thoughts were bugging him, but on the surface, he appeared to be resolved. His ears were prepared to perceive her response. Though he was in no rush to hear her true confession cause Lu Jianjun himself didn't how he'll react.

Li Na rolled her eyes at Lu Jun-hui's question seemingly annoyed to hear the same words again. She motioned him to bring his ears closer before she glanced at Lu Jianjun and turning to Lu Jun-hui and slowly whispering to him, so only the two of them could be heard. "Will you please keep quiet for some time, and let me breathe in silence. Can't you see I'm busy? As I and your brother are already in between our serious conversation. So, shhh! I'm focusing... and let me mediate for our peace." She replied with a plastered smile whereas Lu Jun-hui replied with an 'Ohh' sound and nodded for her to continue the process.

Li Na grabbed a side cushion and buried her face. She also threw her head on the cushion behind her as worry and dark lines formed on her forehead.

'I'm totally screwed!! How am I suppose to fix this without getting caught?'

Lu Jun-hui's face instantly changed, seeing her choking and sandwiching herself. He couldn't help but whisper to her. "Aren't you supposed to be taking long breathes?"

Li Na clutched the cushion tightly like choking someone's throat. She gritted her teeth and said, "Aren't you supposed to shut your freaking mouth?" Lu Jun-hui was taken back from her change of expressions, which were replaced by an icy cold with a lethal glare. He retreated for his own welfare.

Undoubtedly, she has to give Lu Jianjun all the credit for cornering her to the point that she was convinced by him, to just confess everything and put a stamp on his assertions. Easy way!

After all, he had questioned her intentions not said that he'll sentence her to death if he knows who she really is. It was all just her heedlessness and him accumulating her knotholes. This is probably what she would have also done if she was him but not the way he did effortlessly.

Amid the frustration, her lips curled upwards. If he was really pointing her to be Mei Xing then it's going to be a tough battle. After all, she isn't an easy deal to crack.
