Cho Jigen no Maou Vol 5 Chapter 3

Saneko and Pikku were walking along the rocky terrain when they saw a large army approaching them with killing intent. The army was vast, and their weapons glimmered in the sunlight, showing their strength and power. Pikku trembled with fear, but Saneko remained calm, unfazed by the approaching danger.

She turned to Pikku and spoke in a firm but reassuring tone, "Don't worry, Pikku. I'll take care of this army."

As the army drew closer, Saneko stepped forward, ready to face them head-on. She summoned her powers and her eyes glowed with an ominous light.

Before Saneko could take down the crowd, a sudden explosion of fire and heat caught her attention. She turned to see a fireball flying past her and slamming into a group of the advancing soldiers, causing chaos and destruction in its wake. Saneko's eyes widened in surprise as she realized that it was Pikku who had unleashed the powerful attack.

"Wow, Pikku! That was amazing," Saneko said, impressed by the display of strength.

Pikku smiled, clearly enjoying the thrill of battle. "Thanks, Saneko. I've been practicing my fire magic a lot lately. It's always good to have a few tricks up your sleeve."

"Where did you find the time to practice your magic?" Saneko asked, knowing they hadn't been apart for a while now.

Pikku smiled mischievously as she explained to Saneko that while she was fighting Cadaza in the void, she found a secluded area and started practicing fire magic.

Saneko couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of Pikku sneaking off to practice during their battle.

Saneko turned to Pikku and asked, "Want to take down the rest of the army?" Pikku nodded eagerly, her eyes bright with excitement. She raised her hands and summoned a stream of fireballs, hurling them at the charging soldiers. The fireballs hit their targets with precision, exploding in bursts of flames and smoke.

Saneko watched in amazement as Pikku continued to unleash her fire magic on the enemy. The soldiers were caught off guard by the sudden barrage of fire, and many of them stumbled and fell to the ground. But some of the more experienced soldiers managed to dodge the flames and continued to advance.

As Pikku continued to fire more fireballs, Saneko noticed that her power was growing at an alarming rate. However, she also noticed that Pikku was starting to weaken quickly. She knew that Pikku was still an amateur in using her powers, and that she needed to be careful not to overexert herself.

"Are you okay, Pikku?" Saneko asked, concern etched on her face.

Pikku nodded, but Saneko could tell that she was struggling to maintain her power. She decided to step in and help her out. Saneko used her own powers to create a protective shield around Pikku, allowing her to rest and regain her strength.

"Take a break, Pikku. I'll handle this," Saneko said reassuringly.

Pikku gratefully stepped back, panting heavily. Saneko stepped forward, her eyes blazing with determination as she prepared to take down the army.

Saneko raised her hand and instantly, the remaining soldiers of the army were lifted off the ground and sent flying into the sky. They disappeared into the vast expanse of the cosmos, never to be seen again.

Pikku chuckled and shook her head in disbelief as she watched the soldiers disappear into the void. "It's funny how you can effortlessly take down an entire army with just a wave of your hand, while I'm exhausted from throwing a few fireballs," she said with a grin.

Saneko took down the shield around her and smiled. "You did great, Pikku," she said, patting her on the back. "Your fire magic is getting stronger by the day, and I have no doubt that you'll become a powerful mage in no time."

Pikku nodded, her eyes filled with admiration for the Demon King.

Saneko smiled and looked up at the sky. "Well, let's continue."

Before Pikku responded, she suddenly came to a realization, realizing that with Saneko's powers, she could just recreate the world like she did in the second layer. She turned to Saneko and asked, "Saneko, can't you just recreate the world like you did before in the second layer? That way, we can end this endless cycle of battles and conflicts."

Saneko looked at Pikku and smiled gently, understanding the depth of her request. "I could," she said, "but it won't necessarily solve the problem of conflict. People will still have their own agendas and desires, and they'll still find reasons to fight. In the second layer I had already rid the world of those people."

Pikku looked crestfallen, but she understood what Saneko was saying. "I see," she said quietly.

Saneko pulled up her detector, scanning the surroundings for any potential threats. The detector , indicated that this layer had the most concentrated source of evil she had ever encountered.

"This layer is infested with darkness," Saneko said, her voice low and serious. "We need to find the source of this evil and eradicate it at once."

After a few moments, Saneko located several locations marked by high concentrations of dark power. She turned to Pikku and said, "There are more armies approaching. They seem to be gathering in these locations."

Pikku frowned, trying to make sense of the situation. "But why are they gathering like this? What are they planning to do?"

Saneko shook her head. "I don't know, but we need to stop them before they cause any harm.

Saneko once again took Pikku's arm and teleported to the location. Saneko and Pikku appeared in the midst of an army that was marching towards a nearby city. Pikku's eyes widened at the sight of the heavily armed soldiers and their intimidating war machines. Before she could even ask Saneko about the army, one of the soldiers turned around and spotted them.

Saneko acted quickly and raised her hand, causing the entire army to vanish into thin air. Pikku looked around, bewildered at the sudden disappearance of the army.

"Saneko, what just happened?" Pikku asked, confused by their sudden disappearance

"I erased them from existence," Saneko replied nonchalantly.

Pikku couldn't help but laugh at how absurdly powerful Saneko was.

Saneko pulled up her magic detector again, scanning for more armies. "We need to keep moving. There are more armies out there that we need to stop."

Pikku looked at Saneko with determination in her eyes and said, "Can I try to take down the next army by myself?"

Saneko shook her head, "I'm sorry, Pikku. Your powers drain too quickly and you're still weak from just a few moments ago."

Pikku looked at Saneko with determination in her eyes. "I know you can do it, Saneko. You can raise my stamina while I fight," she said.

Saneko looked at her with a mix of surprise and concern. "Pikku, you don't understand the risks. I could raise your stamina, but that wouldn't make you immortal."

Pikku nodded. "I understand the risks, but I'm willing to take them.

Saneko sighed and looked at Pikku with a small smile. "You're brave, Pikku. All right, I'll do it. But you have to promise me you'll be careful, okay?"

Pikku nodded eagerly. "I promise!"

Saneko teleported herself and Pikku to the battlefield where the next army was advancing.

Pikku was ready to unleash her fire magic again.

Saneko closed her eyes and focused her energy on Pikku, sending a surge of power through her body. Pikku felt a sudden rush of strength and confidence, and with a grin on her face, she began to unleash her fire magic on the army.

Flames erupted from Pikku's fingertips, engulfing the soldiers and their weapons in a fiery blaze. The soldiers tried to retaliate, but Pikku was too fast, dodging their attacks and blasting them with more fireballs.

As Pikku's fiery magic blazed through the enemy army, Saneko watched in pride. She had never seen Pikku fight with such determination and power before. The ground shook with the force of each explosion, and the sky was lit up by the fiery blasts.

After a few minutes had passed, the last of the soldiers fell to the ground defeated. Pikku turned to Saneko, jumping in the air happily. "Did you see that?" she exclaimed. "I did it! I really did it!"

Saneko smiled at Pikku's excitement. "Yes, you did," she replied.

While Pikku was celebrating, one of the soldiers she believed she had killed was still alive, waiting for the right moment to strike. As Pikku turned her back to leave the scene, the soldier got up and swiftly sliced her in half without her even noticing.

As Pikku collapsed to the ground in two pieces, Saneko's eyes widened in shock and horror.

Saneko's hands began to shake with fury as she looked the soldier dead in the eyes.

As the soldier looked towards Saneko, he tried to use an ability he had that lets you see someone's true self and find any weaknesses within them.

The soldier suddenly stumbled back, his body paralyzed with fear. He had never encountered anything like this before.

Saneko looked back at him with her empty gaze, and he realized that she was nothing. True nothingness that resided beyond everything. Her true self was beyond yes and no or true and false, it was null.

The soldier could feel his mind unraveling as he tried to comprehend what he was seeing. He had never felt so small and insignificant before.

The soldier's heart was pounding with fear as he tried to run away from Saneko, but he quickly realized he was no match for her. With each step he took, his legs felt heavier and his breathing grew more ragged. He looked back over his shoulder to see if she was still chasing him, but instead, he saw a vast darkness engulfing everything around him.

He was in a pitch black abyss, where he couldn't see anything. The soldier's panic grew as he frantically tried to find a way out, but the darkness seemed to swallow him whole. He could hear his own heart pounding in his ears, and the sound echoed eerily off the walls of the void. He tried to call out for help, but his voice seemed to be swallowed up by the darkness as well.

Something inside Saneko had changed. She felt truly empty, as if her entire purpose in life had been stripped away from her.

Saneko no longer cared about justice. She no longer cared about the well-being of others. Her hope in humanity was lost, and she had become something else entirely. She was no longer the righteous warrior fighting for the greater good. Now, she truly was the Demon King.

The soldier could feel her presence everywhere he went. He felt her shadow looming over him. He could feel her presence even the depths of his very soul.

Suddenly, the soldier started to scream as he felt sharp pains all around his body.

The soldier's screams echoed through the abyss as he felt his body being torn apart, piece by piece. His skin, muscles, and bones were all being ripped apart in the most excruciating agony he had ever experienced. He begged for mercy, but there was no response from Saneko, only the echoes of the soldier's voice.

Saneko had gone mad with hatred, and her rage knew no bounds. All she wanted was revenge. She had become like Cadaza.

As the soldier's screams faded into silence. Saneko's hope in humanity was lost, and all that remained was a hollow shell filled with nothing but hatred and despair.

The soldier's fate was sealed the moment he crossed paths with Saneko Sarakana, the Demon King. And now, his lifeless body laid in the abyss.

Saneko's heart was heavy with grief and anger as she destroyed the abyss and gazed upon the lifeless remains of Pikku. She turned back time, trying to save Pikku's life, but alas, it was too late. Pikku's soul had departed, and no amount of power could bring her back.

"You idiot! I told you not to fight alone." Saneko said, tears rolling down her face.

In a fit of desperation, Saneko unleashed an absurd amount of her power. She absorbed the Hyper-World layer by layer until all of it was a part of her. The entire world became nothing more than a dream that she could manipulate as she pleased.

She created new worlds, new dimensions, and new forms of life. She experimented with time and space, twisting them to her liking.

Saneko concentrated on manipulating the dream, drawing on the immense power she had absorbed from the Hyper-World. Slowly, she began to feel the dream bend to her will, shaping and twisting under her control.

With a sudden burst of energy, Saneko created a perfect replica of the world that she and Pikku had once inhabited. She opened her eyes and saw Pikku standing in front of her, looking just as she had before she was torn apart.

Overwhelmed with emotion, Saneko ran towards Pikku and embraced her tightly, feeling the warmth of her body and the beating of her heart. For a moment, it felt like everything was right in the world again.

They continued their journey through the Hyper-World in an infinite time loop that Saneko had created.

"Let's go to the next layer" Pikku said in the dream world."

Saneko and Pikku adventured for weeks, and when they finished their journey, the loop restarted. The amount of time Saneko restarted the dream became immeasurable.

As they journeyed on, Saneko slowly began to realize that this dream world was not reality.

Despite her incredible power, Saneko knew that she could not truly bring Pikku back to life. The dream was merely a temporary illusion, a bittersweet creation that allowed her to experience the joy of being with her friend once again.

After many loops of time, Saneko broke down. The dream world dissipated, and Saneko was alone, her body appearing completely dark with celestial bodies floating inside her.

She had created the dream to bring Pikku back, but in doing so, she had destroyed the entire Hyper-World and the human world. She had been so focused on her own selfish desire to bring Pikku back that she had not considered the consequences of her actions.

As Saneko was being attacked by the realization of the damage she had caused, she couldn't help but feel a sense of despair and disgust at herself. She had become worse than any person she had ever killed, manipulating the world to bring back someone who was gone forever.

Saneko closed her eyes, taking a deep breath, and then she made a decision. She would reverse time, undoing all of her actions and returning everything to the way it was before she had absorbed the world.

She gathered all the power she had left, focusing her mind on a single point in time and space, and released it all in one massive burst. The world began to exude out of her, warping and reconstructing itself.

RESTART

Saneko stood in the midst of the original Hyper-World, staring at the familiar surroundings around her. Among those surroundings, Pikku was standing there, alive and well.

Saneko stood frozen in place as she gazed upon Pikku who was standing before her eyes. Her heart was filled with a mixture of shock and happiness, unable to fully comprehend the reality of what she was seeing

"I can't believe it's really you," Saneko whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.

she realized that when she had absorbed the entire world, she had also taken in all of the departed souls. This meant that when she reversed time, everything would be back to normal, including those who had lost their lives.

Pikku's eyes fluttered open, confusion etched on her face as she looked around. "Wh-what happened?"

Saneko smiled gently at her, placing a hand on her shoulder. "You were hurt, but you're okay now," she reassured her. "Don't worry about it."

Pikku looked at Saneko with confusion in her eyes, but Saneko didn't say anything more about what had happened. Instead, she turned around and began walking away.

"Pikku," she said, turning back to her. "From now on, you are never fighting by yourself again."

Pikku smiled in understanding, nodding her head. She knew that whatever had happened, Saneko had saved her.
