Leaves crumble under the feet of his exhausted body, as the wind howls in laughter all around him. This was life or death, and he knew this. The tree branches whipped his body as he pushed past them with more scars appearing, faster and faster the further he ran. He didn’t want to die, he couldn’t die right now, not when he was finally getting his life together with his lover. The young man reached the edge of a cliff as his breath spewed a cold fog into the air. His dark skin glowed under the moonlight as he felt his body push down on him as the adrenaline of his fear wore off. His empty black eyes stared at the edge of the cliff as desperation soon became faithfulness. In front of the cliff was a large ocean of water with a spot of land nearby, before he could even think more about it, he could feel eyes glaring behind him as the autumn leaves crush under his foot. The man in a suit. His face was covered by a malice grinning mask, as in his left hand was a small yet sharp dagger. The man in the black suit walked slowly towards the man as a newfound spark of adrenaline exploded before him. He knew he couldn’t survive the fall, which only left one option left in his arsenal of ideas. Defeat the killer. The man gritted his teeth as his veins grew visible. His fire-lit eyes stabbed the killer as he stopped in his tracks. The moon’s light surrounded the young man almost like a whirlpool of hope and strife, as the aura whipped and lashed wildly around the young man’s body. His pupils grew more dense as he opened his mouth with determination. “Bring it you century old bastard! I finally have a reason to live, and I won’t let you take that away from me! So bring it! The man shouted as the atmosphere suddenly skyrocketed in terms of mental pressure. The killer’s body suddenly started wobbling as he collapsed onto one knee as he looked toward the young man. He launched his fist straight toward the man as he yelled with anger and spite. Suddenly the earth began to shake and crumble, the edge of the cliff slowly collapsed. The cliff that once was on the tallest peak of the mountain trail, was now laid to waste along with the young man who watched as the the killer watched him fall with nothing but transparentness in his eyes which could only be described as one thing Darkness.
