Chapter 7: Order Up!

The car came to a stop as the fall wind blew smoothly across the air. Akil opened the door as he walked up to the front of the house.

“You sure you can handle the heat, boy? You still limpin pretty badly.” Aaron said as he grabbed a taser out of his glove compartment and tossed it to Akil.

“You think I need this?” Akil said as he stepped onto the porch with humor written all over his face



Aaron didn’t respond as he took out his gun and took a deep breath as he leaned closely toward the door. His ear slightly pressed against the oak door as silence was the only thing his ears heard. He backs up slowly as he nods towards Akil as he steps out of the way, as Akil kicks the door down without much effort. They swiftly dash into the house as they find cover behind a wall. The house was silent as a foul stench washed over their body. The stench was strong as it was similar to a rotten fish being left out by a bear. They two men felt as if they were on the brink of throwing up. The smell was too strong for the both of them, but now they knew they were forced to find the source of the horrid stench.



Akil yelled out for the woman, but there was no response. He reached the kitchen as an immense sent kicked Akil right in the noise. He covered his nose as he looked around the kitchen and noticed the oven was still running. He walked towards it and turned it off, and as he did that he opened the door to it, and saw something gut twisting.




There was a body in the oven.
