"If it was her mother then all the more reason to have gotten them. I am glad I got the flowers and I am glad that you asked for lavender so that I could get you some flowers as well. What is your favorite flower, Cindy?" Carlos asks out of curiosity.

Cindy places the boxes on the table, my favorite flower is lavender. It has a wonderful fragrance and can really freshen up a place. So your gift was perfect for me. One more trip and then we can unpack the cooler and bags." She walks back to the car and grabs a few more packages.

Carlos follows behind and grabs the last of the packages. "At least Kitty will have something to do tomorrow. All these packages need to be opened at some point in time. I bet she will open all of them just to see what has come in." He placed the last of the boxes on the table and headed into the kitchen and started to unpack the cooler.

After placing the boxes down she went into the kitchen and opened the first bag on the counter. "Cola bottles? Is that a snack for Luke?" She places them on the counter.

"Ah, no. Those are for me. I thought since everyone else had a request maybe I could grab myself something to snack on. Maybe I shouldn't have grabbed cola bottles but they are so good." Carlos was facing the fridge putting some of the chocolates that they had gotten for Kitty in the fridge and the tips of his ears were red.

"There is nothing wrong with wanting to get yourself something that you want." Cindy walked up behind him and gave him a hug. "When you blush your ears turn red. It's really…..very cute." She releases him from her hug and starts to walk away.

Carlos grabs her hand and pulled her into his arms. "Cute is not a word I would use to describe myself. If anything you are the cute one." He lowers his voice and whispers in her ear, "if you continue with these actions I may get the wrong idea from you but if you continue do remember I may take it as an invitation to pounce on you." He releases her.

Cindy's face turns a deep shade of red and when he releases her she whispers. "What if I do not know how I feel and I am acting on instincts alone?"

"I won't do anything you don't want me too but please leave the kitchen before we cross a line that neither one of us are prepared to cross yet. Think about how you feel and I will reflect on my myself. We can discuss how we feel after we calm down." Carlos grabbed more of chocolates and placed them in the fridge. He could hear her retreating footsteps. 'Damn it. That was the hardest thing I have done in a while I do not normally turn down advances but I can not afford to hurt her. Kitty would kill me if I hurt her.'

Cindy bolted from the kitchen and ran up to her room. 'What was I thinking? Could it be because of the full moon that I did that? I can not believe that I was so bold. That is not like me at all. I am once again grateful that Carlos is not a bad person. If it had been any other male I would have been taken advantage of." She closed her bedroom door and laid down in her bed. She passed out as soon as her head hit the pillow.

Carlos worked in silence putting the food away. He let out a big sigh and then closed the fridge door then when out to his place on the property. 'That was close I am glad that I was able to restrain myself. I am in the mood and if I wasn't careful I would've done something I would've instantly regretted in the morning.' He opened his door and walked to the bathroom and ran a cool shower. He hopped in to cool his mind and body. After he calmed down he sat on the floor in the shower and let the water run down his body. His clothes were soaked and sticking to him but he didn't notice as his mind was trying to piece together what was going to happen next. After he finally got his thoughts in order so he got up and turned off the water. He took off the wet clothes then went and laid down in bed. He fell asleep still wet.

Kitty woke up the next day and went down the stairs carrying her sketchbook and pencils. She set them down on the table and looked at all the packages and she picked up a small box and opened it up. 'It looks like this is only the art supplies and I think that bigger box will be the paint so I shouldn't lift up that box.' She walked into the kitchen, "good morning, Carlos." Carlos jumps a little in the kitchen and looks over at Kitty. "Good morning. You startled me. I was not expecting you to come into the room."

"What happened? You are acting strangely. You would not normally jump just because I entered the room. I doubt you did something you would regret but something did happen." Kitty looks at Carlos and she had grabbed a pair of scissors.

"Sorry, I was thinking about last night and how strange Cindy was acting. She was not like her normal self and I wound up almost losing control but I did not. I gently pushed her away and left to my place. I am not sure how I should face her today." Carlos admits to Kitty.

"Aizen, once your mission is complete you can have her but only after that is complete. You still have to hunt down the kid and his family. Have you gotten any leads? As for Cindy do not worry she will treat you the same but be a little embarrassed but when you two are alone I suggest that you talk it out." Kitty looks at Carlos and leans against the wall. "Besides the influence of the moon last night was stronger than normal so there is nothing you could do about it."

Carlos sighs, "can't just blame the moon though. I have to own up to my actions as well. I may have found a lead but I was interrupted yesterday with that accident that happened."

Luke came and stood by the door and listened in and then came into the kitchen, "are you talking about when you were asking me about my parents? I never did get to give you their names. Roman and Evangeline were my parents and they were killed by hunters when I was five. What is this about you having a mission? Is this why you started to ask me that question yesterday?"
