"You worry too much, Cindy." Kitty leaves the room and heads to her new office. 'I really like this room as well. I want a very traditional look. Maybe a French oak stain and the floors a rosewood stain. I can always purchase a carpet and furniture.' She looks at the walls.

Leo and John came up the stairs. Leo walked into the room and walked up behind Kitty. "What are you thinking about, my sweet?" He wraps his arms around her and rests his hands on her belly.

John walks in front of Kitty. "Hello. My name is John. I am the contractor that will be renovating this room to your liking. If there is anything that you require feel free to ask me and I can help you find it. I do also build furniture. So if you have any requests please feel free to ask me." John held out his hand.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, John. My name is Katherine but everyone calls me Kitty. I will take you up on that then. I am rather picky, so I hope that you do not mind catering to my requests. This room is needed to be turned into a study for myself. I have a lot of old books and some new ones. So I would like wall to wall bookshelves. For the color scheme, I was thinking French oak stain and the floors a rosewood stain. I am however open to suggestions. I would like there to be doors on at least half of the bookshelves." She shook his hand and smiled. "I will take you up on the furniture after the room in completed."

"Thank you very much. Your requests are not unreasonable. I will work on the stain colors that you have requested and show you before we go ahead with them. That way you can see them and decide if you think they blend well together. Also, do you want the ceiling to have a design or do you want it to stay white?" He looks go of her hand and pulls out his measuring tape. He starts to measure the room and whites the numbers down on a small notebook he pulled from his tool belt. 'I will do this perfectly and earn the right to make the furniture for her.'

Kitty looks up at Leo. "Darling, anything I want to get done to this room is allowed, correct?"

"Of course. If you want to change the light fixtures or even the windows you could do so. I won't stop you. Just remember that John can only do so much so try to not be too unreasonable." He looks down at her smiling warmly.

Kitty watched John start to take measurements. "I would like to design the ceiling with the same wood as the bookshelves. I can do a rough sketch and give it to you when I have finished it. Also, I would like to change out the windows. I want them to match the new look of the room. Not that the windows are bad. I am just peculiar. If you have any window designs or know where I can order some new ones from please do suggest them and a chandelier too." She looks around the room and can now envision how she wants to look.

If you don't mind sketching out the look that you are going for I will do my best to accommodate you. The sketch would also, give me something to work with and I can hunt everything down to replace the old fixtures with the ones that you are looking for. In the meantime, I can take down measurements and hunt down some new windows. I will also do some sample wood stain pieces." He finishes taking the measurements. Leo takes the paper and looks at it. "I will send you half the amount and then when the work is complete I will send you the remaining balance. If it goes over the quote that is okay. Just let me know." He lets go of Kitty and pockets the quote. "I will give her your email and phone number so that you can communicate with Kitty."

"Thank you, Leo. I will take my leave and await your drawing of the room design." He bows and leaves the rooms. He heads down the stairs in a rush and heads to his car. 'I have a lot of work. I should head out and get the pictures of the windows.'

Kitty watches John leave. "You have found an interesting contractor. So, should I ask you or should I ask Luke what he did that has made you put a price cap on his spending?" She turns around and looks up at him curiously.

"I will let Luke tell you. Luke has the supplies for art so you can borrow the items you need from him. I am going to head out soon. As, I do not want to be late for my return." He looks down at her sadly. 'If I could stay home I would.'

"Ahhhh. Yeah, it is already that time of the day. I will miss you and eagerly await your return. Please, have a safe trip home and call me when you arrive back. Can you give me your phone? I will register my number into your phone." She hugs him and gives him a quick kiss on his cheek.

He grabs ahold of her chin and kisses her passionately. When he lets her go, she is breathless. "Sorry, love. You are too irresistible. I will miss you so much. If I didn't have to go I wouldn't bother." He pulls out his phone and hands it to her.

She takes his phone and adds her number and for the name, she types in Wifey. 'I wonder how long it'll take him to notice how I entered my name?' She hands the phone back, "come say goodbye to the others and then you can leave." Her transformation comes undone and she takes his hand leading him back to the nursery.

Cindy and Luke worked as a team and got the crib assembled. They got the crib mattress placed in the crib. Cindy started to pull out the baby clothes and laid them down in the crib and looked at each article. "Baby clothes are so adorable. I think my favorite is this dress. I was worried Kitty would only pick out one gender of clothing but each piece is neutral except for this dress. She must really want a girl."

Luke watched her take out the clothing. "I think it would be wise if it all gets washed. I know that they are new clothing articles but you never know who touched them before." He hears the door open and he turns to the couple. "All done for now? We have finished setting up the crib. I was just saying that we should take the baby clothes and wash them before they get used."
