Once they reach the kitchen Kitty walks to the kitchen and pulls out the tray of chicken. 'This was about the amount I was expecting it to be in here.' She looks around the fridge to see what else they could whip up. "What do you think about caesar salad and mushroom risotto?"

"I was thinking a risotto would be nice. I am glad that we are on the same page for dinner. There is a lot of steps for the risotto but I can handle that while you make the chicken parmesan." Cindy pulls out a wok size pan and starts to make the risotto.

Kitty smiles and starts to set up the ingredients for the chicken parmesan. Once everything is set up she heats the oven up and lines the baking sheets with parchment paper. Slowly she dips the chicken into flour, eggs and then into the parmesan bread crumb mixture. After the chicken is coated she even spaces them on the cookie sheet and does this until she runs of room on the cookie sheets. 'I will bake these first and once they are done then I can bake more. I can not get too ahead of myself but this is pretty simple to do.' Kitty opens the oven and places all the cookie sheets that will fit in there.

Cindy starts the risotto and watches Kitty out of the corner of her eye. "Do you think the people in the car will be okay?" She slowly stirs the mixture in the wok.

"It is hard to say as I did not see the accident for myself but I think that Luke is right in helping them out. He is supposed to be the adopted son of Leo so it would look really bad if he did not help them out. Kitty went to the sink and washes her hands. After her hands are clean she goes to the fridge and pulls out the romaine lettuce and goes to the kitchen island and starts to chop the lettuce up. She puts the chopped lettuce into the salad spinner and pours fresh water over the lettuce. After that, she leaves it in the spinner and washes the knife off. She starts to chop mushrooms, bacon and grates parmesan cheese. "I will leave the lettuce for you to pour the water out. If I did it you would get angry at me as it will probably be over the weight limit I am allowed to lift now." Once the chopping is complete she walks to Cindy's side. "I can stir this while you empty the water for me."

Cindy smiles, "I am glad that you understand that you can not do what you want all the time now. You know that I would've freaked out so here take this and I will pour the water out for you. Do you need me to spin the lettuce as well? You know what I will do it in case it is heavy and afterward, I will pour the lettuce into the bowl on the counter." Cindy does what she said she was going to do and then takes over the risotto.

Kitty lets Cindy take back over and goes to the fridge to pull out the salad dressing. "It looks like Carlos already made the dressing earlier. I bet he made it so that I could eat it. I am not supposed to have raw fish and I know that it is supposed to contain anchovy paste. I am willing to bet that he made it without the paste." Kitty smells the dressing, "it definitely smells like it is not in there. I will not add the dressing until they come home. So I will place it and the cheese back in the fridge for now." Kitty puts it back and then sits down on the chair at the island. "I only have to add more chicken to the oven but I can not do that until the rest is done. By the time the chicken is done,4 I suspect the guys will be back."

The risotto was looking nice and the chicken was almost done when the front door opens and Luke rushes to the kitchen. "Kitty we're back. This was an eventful trip. I am glad to be home and the food smells good. I will go and set the table." Luke garbs the table settings and sets the table.

Carlos comes into the kitchen. "It is amazing how fast you work. Thank you for cooking dinner girls. I will finish the rest of the chicken. Although it really isn't much work as you have them all breaded and ready to go for me to into the oven. I will ask Leo if we can upgrade the oven so that I can cook more. Before it was cooking just for the Kid and sometimes Leo so it was easy to do in this kitchen."

"I will take my leave to the dining room then. I will await the food and then you can inform me of what happened at the hospital." Kitty got up out of her chair and walked to the table.

Luke set the table and saw Kitty come and sit down. "Is there anything that you would like to drink Kitty? I will grab it for you while I am still up."

"If you do not mind some fruit punch and a glass of water will do. Thank you for the offer, Luke." Kitty sits done and relaxes in her chair.

Carlos lets out and sigh and pulls the chicken from the oven then places it on a platter and then start to place the raw chicken on the empty trays until the last piece is placed. Once the chicken is on the trays he washes his hands and then places them back into the oven.

Cindy takes the risotto off the heat and carries it to the table and places it down on a potholder so it doesn't damage the table. She goes back to the kitchen and mixes up the salad. "I am glad that you came back safely."

I like that the two of us have a project to work on together." Luke smiles and server some salad on his plate.
