Unknown Prey 157 157 Battle in the House

Kitty smiles, "the food is wonderful, I am just going to use the bathroom." Kitty got up and then entered the bathroom and shut the door.  Kitty glared at her reflection and then concentrated on where Leo and Ketan were. She focused her thoughts in the bathroom over there then appeared in the bathroom of the house.

Leo and Ketan had only waited fifteen minutes before the first few showed up. Leo quickly stabbed the last one through the door. "Good evening, today we will be giving you guys enough entertainment for the evening. The other two tried to attack Leo and Ketan rammed his fingers into the chest of the second one and grabbed ahold of the vampire's heart. He squeezed his fingers and felt the heart get crushed under his grip. "Leo, did you know that deranged vampires will not be able to handle the sunlight and that their bodies will burn up in flames and won't burn anything else?" 

"Interesting fact. I had thought that all vampires would sleep during sunlight hours but I didn't know that they would burn. Deranged ones are fun to torture. I am learning some new valuable information from you and I hope that we can continue this collaboration." The last vampire dodged the spear and rushed towards Leo. Leo moved left and right as he was reading the vampire's body language. Dodging the blows but only barely. Leo reached into his back pocket and pulled out a knife and stabbed the vampire in the neck. 

The vampire turned to run but was grabbed by Ketan. Ketan smiled and then twisted the vampire's head and didn't stop until he heard the cracking of the bones. Ketan let the body fall to the ground and then found some rope and tied the bodies together, "there is a small chance that the last one might not be dead. It wasn't a killing blow I dealt but that is alright I am kind of looking forward to a little torture time." 

Without much of a break the front door opened again and six more vampires showed up. Ketan heard the back door open as well. "Well fuck. Leo we have visitors both in the front of the house and the back of the house."

"You can start on these ones. I will go to surprise and entertain our guests in the back now." Leo moved quickly to the back of the house. He stood by the entranceway and waited for his targets to rush through the door. The first one stuck his head through the door to which Leo brought the tip of the spear down like a guillotine. The vampires head rolled forward and Leo paid it no mind then swung the spear while entering the room. The vampire that was behind the one that got it's head severed let out a yelp in surprise and then was stabbed in the heart with the spear. The vampire looked up at the Leo and tried to warn the others but instead of words he coughed up blood and his eyes clouded over and his body went limp. Leo stepped over the body and counted the vampires he could see in front of him. 'There are still five more vampires in this room. That is a lot of targets but on the bright side they don't seem to be all that bright.'

Cliff one of the vampires watched Leo's movements from the shadows. 'Hmmmm a hunter with great skills I will let the small fry wear him out and then I strike once he is weakened a bit. The four left in the room should be able to do just that.' He leaned against the wall and observed the vampires closing in on Leo.

Leo noticed that four of the vampires were closing in on him but not the fifth one. 'I will be wary of that one as he seems to be more intelligent than the rest. Could he be a half-vampire or even a full blooded vampire? Nevermind such thoughts right now I need to deal with the small fry.' Leo moved his spear and clicked on a button changing the shape of the spear to become a two handed sword. "Come, let's get this over with." 

The first of the five left charged at him. "Your killing my friends I will not let you get away with this." He ran straight to Leo and didn't notice that the spear had morphed into a sword. 

Leo held his sword steady and they predicted where the vampire would go then swung the sword downwards and chopped off the hand was trying to reach for his heart. Leo's shirt tore but with his honed skills, he was able to leave that attack physically undamaged. He felt the other three try to corner him at once Leo quickly stabbed the vampire with no hands and brought the sword up in a swing arc. It sliced the vampire across the chest. The vampire's heart was exposed and Leo wielded his sword with one hand and throws a dagger from his pocket while blocking the attack of the second vampire. The third vampire jumped on Leo's side and took his nails than slowly dragged them down Leo's body. 

With the scent of blood hitting the last vampire jumped on Leo's back while Leo flung the vampire who cut him off his side. He then felt the vampire attempt to bite him. Leo flipped the vampire off his back and stabbed that vampire through the heart. Leo quickly jumped over the body and turned to the left where the other vampire was trying to attack him from. Leo swung his sword that he had brought up as he moved and sliced through the vampires neck. Leo was covered in vampire blood and when the blood touched his wound it hissed shut. 

Cliff walked forward clapping his hands, "excellent, marvelous, What a great display of skills you actually have. I thought that you wouldn't even survive but just because you could kill some small fry doesn't mean that I will be an easier target."

"Ah, for that question I should tell you who I am. My name is Cliff and I only came here because I heard that there was a potential of killing some hunters. Hunters are a nasty creature. The only reason I don't actively seek to kill them is because that would make me a target for their little books. The ultimate prey for me is a hearty vampire." Cliff shrugged his shoulders. "I must say I am pretty famished and your blood smells appetizing but there is another target that has arrived that has even blood better than yours." Cliff turned his head to the upper floor.
