She then moved her gaze to his right hand on her shoulder which had blood on it. She saw the wounds and her hearts began to ache for him.

She didn't know why Li Yun would provoke Si Weimin and why the latter also did the same. She was really flabbergasted and speechless. She tried to meddle but still the fight between the two men happened.

The pain she felt when she saw Si Weimin left was akin to her heart getting pierced. At that moment, she just wanted to go after him. She loved him and even though she never told him, she just couldn't let him go without taking care of his injuries.

"I- I ah, ahm…" she coughed as she stuttered. Not knowing what to say. She was caught red-handed this time.

"You can continue to look. I don't really mind." Si Weimin's face was full of naughtiness as he continued to tease her.

"I-I'm n-not looking at you!"

"Okay. I'll just pretend I didn't see you gawking at me. Ha ha ha!"

'Did he really laugh? It was the first time that I heard him laugh so at ease.' Xu Jia Li couldn't help but stare at Si Weimin, her heart swelled with happiness. His carefree laugh was a melody to her ears. She almost giggled but before she could expose herself, she retorted,

Seeing the pain on his face, she suddenly felt guilty. Concern filled her heart. She totally forgot that he was hurt and wounded. She immediately caressed the spot where she pinched him and began to slightly rub it.
