It was another cold autumn day in Beijing. The air was crisp from all the raining the past night. The sun rose and set as if on fast- forward. Though the sun was still bright, it was much cooler.

Si Weimin arrived at 12 noon in the company. He was in a perfectly good mood as he entered his private office, the smile never leaving his face.

He was really in cloud nine since Xu Jia Li was now his girlfriend. Earlier, when he saw her standing on her apartment, looking gorgeous, he lost all his self- control as he kissed her. When he asked her if she could be his girlfriend, he knew that it was only wishful thinking. He wasn't really expecting her to agree. So, he was beyond happy that she agreed.

He loved her dearly. He wanted to shout it to the whole world and say how lucky he is for having a woman like her in his life.

Wang Guo quietly followed behind Si Weimin. He was really mystified why his boss was smiling. It was such a rare sight! 'Did something good happen?'

He was really curious as he stood in front of Si Weimin. Then, he expertly briefed him of his schedule for the day and the important details about the company.

After telling him everything, Wang Guo asked, "Boss, you seemed to be in a really good mood."

"Is that a problem?"

"No boss. Not at all. He he!" Wang Guo awkwardly laughed.

"How long have you been with me?"

"Ah, boss…" 'What is going on the devil's mind? Am I in trouble?'

Wang Guo felt his forehead started to sweat. He looked at Si Weimin with complicated look. 'Will he fire me?'

After the overjoyed Wang Guo left, Si Weimin gazed outside. Sitting on his Wegner swivel chair, he quietly and calmly observed the bright sky. Earlier, he couldn't help but admire the beauty of autumn. It always reminded him of Xu Jia Li's eyes.

The earthly color, the vibrant hues, and the russet leaves made him feel warm inside. Suddenly, he remembered that it would be Xu Jia Li's birthday three weeks from now.

She received envious gazes while driving and even when she parked her car. There were also people who admired it when she arrived at Si International Corporation.

She walked elegantly as she entered Si International Corporation, feeling all too proud. She was wearing a black long sleeve bodycon mid- thigh dress that accentuated her silhouette under a white knee-length coat.

She wore her wavy hair loose. She also had a pair of black Christian Louboutin's ankle boots. Even her bag was a limited edition Hermes cross body bag.

The employees all looked at Zhou Bingbing with admiration while some women felt an unspeakable jealousy.

They all knew that Zhou Bingbing would be the endorser and new face of Si Cosmetics but they were really surprised to see her in the company. Since Si International was the main headquarter, there were other two branches that mainly managed Si Cosmetics.

"Woah, why is she here? Do you think the rumor that CEO Si will marry her is true?"

One of the employees whispered to another.

"Who knows? Anyway, she's really beautiful and she comes from a good family. She's the daughter and heiress of Zhou Corporation."

"She's even a really popular actress. Look at her. I feel even uglier after seeing her. How can life be so unfair?"

"I feel you. She has it all – beauty, wealth and fame. She even has our CEO as her future husband. I couldn't ask for more. I will trade anything in exchange to that."

Zhou Bingbing smirked after hearing the employees. She felt even prouder as she raised her chin. She entered the elevator and was irritated from not being able to use Si Weimin's private elevator.

Fortunately, the employees didn't ride with her. Upon reaching the CEO's office, Zhou Bingbing walked directly towards the door. Without knocking, she turned the knob.

She was really impressed with how beautiful it was. Saying that it shouted luxury was an understatement.

"What are you doing here?"

"Weimin-ge…"

Zhou Bingbing was startled when she heard his voice. She was busy admiring his office that she didn't notice Si Weimin's deathly glare.

"I'm not gonna ask again. Why are you here?"

"I just want to ask you out for dinner. I will be flying to Europe later this night to attend fashion week as Si Cosmetics' new endorser. I was thinking if maybe we can – "

"I'm sorry, Ms. Zhou but my schedule is full and can't accommodate you."

Zhou Bingbing had an awkward smile on her face as she spoke, "It's really just a simple dinner, Weimin-ge. Just friends having dinner together and also as a congratulatory dinner since I – "

"My job is to make sure that you're getting paid, not treating you to dinner, Ms. Zhou."

Si Weimin's cold and distant voice tore Zhou Bingbing's heart. She was about to respond when she heard him say,

"And… we were never friends and we never are."

She saw as Si Weimin pressed the intercom, "Assistant Wang, please assist Ms. Zhou outside."

Zhou Bingbing could only clench her hands as she stared at Si Weimin who was now focused on the documents on his table.

"Ms. Zhou, this way please."

Zhou Bingbing ignored Wang Guo as she strode out of Si Weimin's office. She was shunned once again by him.

She was furious. Never in her entire life was she embarrassed like this. Because of what happened, Zhou Bingbing promised to make Si Weimin pay hard.

"I will make you mine! You will regret this day!"
