"No, no sir! I wouldn't dare," said Tory while shaking his head furiously. He had no intention of messing with these people. Especially Richard. He was playing poker with Baal for fuck's sake. As for the white-haired dude, Tory turned to see Linri looking at him. He was smiling towards him, but then he made a cutthroat gesture. Tory shivered.

Linri, on the other hand, was kinda sad. He just wanted to break Tory mentally, but he made him stronger instead. If he did not remember it wrong, Tory did not have any abilities and Diego was talking about him getting his powers when Brie dies. He had enough points to evolve Tory, but he was just waiting for Brie to die in one of the events. Unfortunately, she never did, so Tory just stayed as an attribute character. He wondered if he gained any abilities from this deal or just a boost to his existing attributes.

"*Ahem* Boss?" said Lance while holding out his hand. Linri threw the card he got from that guy whose name he couldn't remember. What's up with that? Usually, he had a good memory but this was the second time he couldn't remember him. Hmm, better investigate that.

"Password is six zeroes. I think it has 10 million Yoki on it. That should suffice, right?"

"Of course, boss! You can always call me when you need anything. My lady," said Lance and left the room after kissing Jaime's hand.

"Oh, Hayato, before you go, can you spare me some time tomorrow? I have another project we might work on," said Linri to the Hayato who was leaving with all the others.

"So, what now?" asked Jaime. She still looked angry and looked at Tory like she was going to eat him alive.

"Nothing, I achieved my goal. You can do whatever you want. We have nothing to do with each other, remember?" Jaime squinted her eyes but didn't say anything. She grabbed Tory and dragged him out of the room.

"Tory, don't forget: if you touch a hair of hers you are dead. Jaime, don't kill him, besides that you can do whatever you want," Linri shouted behind them. He turned back and was greeted by Mary-Ann's creepy face.

"Jesus Christ!" Linri yelped and jumped. That was scary as hell.

"Who?" she asked.

"Nothing. Anyway, why are you still here?" Linri asked.

"I have nothing to do," said Bloody Mary and lowered her head. Damn, she looked like a sad little child. It was almost enough to make Linri forget that she was a homicidal glass demon. The keyword being almost.

"Big Bro, save me!" Brie yelled from Richard's embrace. Thankfully our dear old pervert here was not doing anything worth calling FBI over. He was just patting her on the head, but Brie was still struggling to escape.

Actually, now that he thought about it that looked fun. So Linri sat next to Richard and started pat Brie on the head.

"You traitor!" yelled Brie with tears on her eyes. She looked like she was about to cry.

Mary-Ann also decided to join them since she liked cute things. She imitated Linri and Richard patting her on the head.

Brie was about to cry for real. She even stopped struggling just sniffing her nose holding back her snot. Her antics actually made Linri remember a song about lolis and he started to murmur.

"~I am a little loli, small and flat,

My cheeks are for pinching and my head is for pats,

The FBI will find you no matter where you at~"

Brie's face became as red as a tomato. She was furious!

"How dare you call me a loli!?" she said and started to bite Richard's hand.

"Who said the loli song was about you?... Unless you consider yourself one" Linri donned an innocent expression. This made Brie bite even harder.

"We had our fun, but I think I should leave now" said Richard and let go off Brie. He was shaking his hand. This feisty little girl had some sharp teeth.

"Wait! Can you help me with the blood?" asked Linri. It was the first time he was going to clean up blood, so he didn't know what to do.

*Snap*

Richard snapped his finger and, for a split second, the whole room was covered in darkness. It vanished quickly afterwards and he left the room, this time through the door of course. The only people left in the room were Linri, Brie and Mary-Ann.

"Ummm, so you are gonna stay, or..." Linri wanted to ask her to leave but was too scared say it.

"I have nothing to do," they kept on sitting awkwardly.

"Actually I had something private to talk with Brie..." Linri tried to hint her to leave one more time.

Mary-Ann looked left and right and turned towards Linri before speaking again.

"There is no one here. You can go on"

Linri had heard of denseness before but this was a first.

"I would ask you about how you were feeling since your brother arrived, but I am too self-centred to care for that. So let's talk about me instead!" Linri said.

"Can we not do that?" Brie said downtrodden.

"What you wanna talk about that here?" Linri sneakily reminded her about Mary-Ann. He was sure that Brie wouldn't want her to hear about her private thoughts, but Linri didn't mind.

"Fiiiine, so what was it that you wanted to talk about before you knew what happened?"

"Do you want the long version or the short version?"

"Short version, please. I really don't want to do this. I would just rather go to bed and snuggle up to my blanket and sleep."

"Okay. So your sister likes me, I like her, but I can't date her because I have a fiancé. She is also angry at me for constantly not telling her about my plans. There is also another girl that I am destined to fall in love with and I am trying to avoid her."

"What do you mean destined?"

"You know, since in the club I dated her first. The moment I met her my heart fluttered, but I hate that. I don't like doing something just because it was written in somewhere stupid!"

"Oh right... what was the question again?"

"I don't know, dude. Apparently, she is not my sister in the first place," said Brie with melancholy.

Linri did not show her any mercy and just hit her on the head.

"She is more like your mom. She is the one who conceived you so show her some respect. On another note, you should have noticed by now, but her personality is extremely close to your sister, so stop getting salty over it and help me!"

"Stop hitting me, you brute! It's just hard to process this stuff okay?" Brie said while rubbing the spot Linri hit.

"Fine then go to your room to sleep. If you see your sister don't forget to put in a good word for me okay?" said Linri while helping her to get down. Now that Brie had left I guess he could sleep-

"Jesus Christ!" Linri jumped back again after seeing Mary-Ann's creepy face.

"Who?"

"Nothing. Anyway, don't you like have to go back to your room. You know, to sleep since it's quite late *Yawn*" Linri did not forget to fake a yawn.

"I got nothing to do and I don't sleep."

"What, are you going to watch me while sleeping, then?"

"Do you want me to?" Mary tilted her head.

"No no no, that's not what I meant. Anyway, what's your real purpose?"

"Friends."

"What, you want to be friends with me?"

"No, with her"

"Her? You mean Brie? Now that's hard with you know... this" said Linri while pointing all over her.

"But you just pointed to all of me," said Mary.

"Yes."

"What should I do?"

Linri thought for a second before going to open his bedside drawer and taking something out.

"Turn around"

Mary turned around and Linri gathered her hair into a ponytail and tied it together with his hairgrip. His hair was on the long side and when he sweated it would stick to his face, so Linri usually would tie his hair together whenever he exercised.

"Okay turn around again"

Linri was surprised to see her face. It was actually cute! Still, he wasn't affected much since he was surrounded by a bunch of supermodels. At this point, he was way past the point of caring about women's looks.

"Okay, now go after her, but before you sneak up on her say 'hi'. She should know that you are coming, otherwise, you will scare her. Secondly, don't talk about gory stuff. You should talk about cute things like rabbits or ducks. What are you doing?"

"Taking notes" At one point Mary had taken out a notebook and was writing everything Linri said.

"Anyway just do these two things and you should be friends now go on then," said Linri before pushing her out of the room.

Phew, he had finally gotten rid of that demon.
