"First I am going to shuffle the cards till you ask me to stop. Then you are going to pick six cards and I will tell you about yourself and your life. I would tell you about your future in more detail but somebody told me it would be inappropriate" she said while glancing at her brother who was sitting next to her.

"You know full well that we shouldn't look at other people's future willy nilly. How would our ancestors think of us if they knew what you were doing?" Akira seemed like he was the serious one in their sibling dynamic. I guess that made sense. He was balancing the childishness of Natsumi. Once Linri said stop she slowly laid down the cards, in front of her and gestured Linri to pick them. He picked six cards and slowly turned them around one by one.

The first card had a blindfolded lady. She was holding a sword in one hand and a scale in the other.

"The Justice. She is the lady that judges our actions. Justice means you are a logical person. It is inverted so it might mean either you are guilty of something, a deceitful person or you are running away from your responsibilities. It was the first card you drew so your life should have countless crossroads forcing you to make decisions that will have a great effect on those around you" Linri raised his eyebrows. He usually did not believe fortune-telling as it was just another form of conning others. What they usually did was to tell you something vague and let you fill in the blanks. However, he was willing to believe Natsumi's as it was on her biography that she had the ability to predict the future. Also to be fair everything she said was somewhat true. The third card had a woman dressed in white. The sun was shining upon her almost like she was blessed by its holy light.

"The High Priestess. She is the voice of God and guides others in the right direction. It means you have a good side to you. It is in an upright position so you are intuitive, sometimes act impulsively and there is an inner voice inside of you pushing you to the right direction. This was the third card you drew but it came right after the devil so in the future, you will have to make a decision. That decision will signal the start of the path you are walking. Either you are going to be someone who will sacrifice himself to save others or one that pushes others into danger to save himself. It might also signal that you can be a religious person. If you pick this road everyone will be safe together with you. So you are two-faced. Depending on the situation you might be a good person or a bad one then again who isn't, am I right?" said Natsumi while playfully punching him on the shoulder. Linri was not paying attention to her. He was intently looking at the fourth card.

It was a couple hugging together lovingly.

"The Lovers. This card represents the purest of emotions. It means you are a romantic person. It also might mean you will soon meet with someone you love. It is in an upright position so that means you are compatible with each other. However, this card also means reunion so it might also signal a family member will appear before you. It came right after the major decision so your love life will be complicated. There is going to be more than one choice and you are going to have to pick one of them. That's interesting, you didn't seem like the playboy type. Looks like we have a casanova in our hands" That was bullshit. It probably meant Arkady was coming to Autumnfall to be a teacher. Sorry" Contrary to her expectations Linri did not seem that bothered. If he was not wrong the out of balance part should be about his bloodlines and he already knew how to fix that.
