As the voice faded further, the warm scorching feeling had completely disappeared. Before their eyes was now a red colored world that they had travelled through space to.

The two daughters of god who had lost their past—Tong Xin and Ning Xue. Were the two of them really the White Winged Angel and Black Winged Angel that Chu Cangming mentioned? Those words, “indeed it was you” from the Heavenly Fire Dragon had almost cleared all the hesitation and doubt in his heart.

This moment, it was late afternoon and nearing dusk yet it looked as if this place wrapped in shallow night, very dark and very quiet. The sky was full of gloomy clouds, and atmosphere was dead all around, giving off a kind of invisible depressing feeling. The surroundings had thinly spread trees, each of them thick and solid. It was obviously autumn, yet the grass and trees appeared to be a dark sea green, dried leaves were rare. The ground was slightly dark, moist like it had been through the rain and not a bit of dried earth could be seen.

Like the Heavenly Fire Dragon said, this must be Kui Shui Nation situated in the southern part of the Heavenly Star Continent. Ye Wuchen did not know much about this nation, he only knew that it was rampaged by a lot of ferocious beasts. The number of beasts greater the number of humans, much more than the other three nations together. Their comprehensive strength might even be greater than that of humans. Due to the frequent occurrence of the beasts, it had resulted in the emergence of a lot of experts. Aside from those young women who were not used to going out of their homes, almost everyone had different levels of cultivation.

Compared to them, Tian Long Nation’s environment that was so comfortable so it lead to lesser number of martial experts.

Ye Wuchen looked in all directions, yet he could not find the figures of Ning Xue and Tong Xin. His eyes focused and concentrating his mind, he released his own breath to the highest level, permitting Tong Xin to easily locate him. He believed the three of them were sent to this strange place together but in different spots sp they should not be very far from each other. The only thing he worried about was that would Ning Xue and Tong Xin who had been together, still stay together?

He did not walk around and just silently waited for Tong Xin to arrive.

However, the first to arrive was not Tong Xin, but a strange wild beast with purple light surrounding its body. A living human’s breath was an attractive force to majority of the savage animals.

Its external form was like that of a wolf, yet its body was more than two times larger. It half-opened bloody mouth and terrifying eyes were releasing vicious air. Its entire body was surrounded by purple electric light that proved that it was a magical creature with the power of thunder, which were quite rare. When Ye Wuchen looked at it, his mind automatically supplied him the information about this wolf.

The Cursed Thunder Wolf, Spirit-Level middle ranked thunder enchanted beast. Savage and blood-thirsty, with a flexible body, frightening wolf claws strong enough to break rocks into tiny pieces, and it was able to produce middle range thunder and lightning strikes.

Was this the “Spiritual Eyes” bestowed upon him by the Heavenly Fire Dragon? Indeed it made use of spiritual power to gain the target’s name, characteristics, even its weak point!

This Cursed Thunder Wolf was really worthy of its cruel name. It showed no unnecessary demonstrations or probing movements. With a cruel roar, it immediately dashed towards Ye Wuchen. Glittering like frost and snow, its claws bore a frightening cold ray that was going towards his neck. Ye Wuchen was not alarmed and easily evaded with this his feet as he leaped up. Jumping into a huge tree with almost a half meter of thickness, he stood on the lowest tree branch as he gazed down at it.

The Cursed Thunder Wolf did not the ability to take to the air, and its ability to jump was also incomparable with Ye Wuchen. Purple light flickered in its eyes and two threads of lightning suddenly emitted, directly hitting Ye Wuchen high above. But the moment the lightning was released, Ye Wuchen threw out a Heaven Shaker Bomb just in time.

The Cursed Thunder Wolf knocked against the tree trunk once more, preparing to topple it to the ground, when Ye Wuchen jumped down from the tree trunk. He landed on its body while his hand carried the Southern Empire Sword that he rarely used.

With a loud noise, the huge tree collapsed and the Cursed Thunder Wolf looked upward in an instant. Its vision was filled with golden light that slowly grew larger in its pupils.

Shunk.

The Southern Empire Sword pierced right through the Cursed Thunder Wolf’s right eye. Ye Wuchen then leaped off smoothly, abandoning the sword and fleeing to a distance to avoid being counterattacked by the cruel Cursed Thunder Wolf.

Whether human or beast, normally the weakest part of the body was the eyes. For the Cursed Thunder Wolf, the eyes were not just the weakest part, but also the source for its lightning. With its right eye directly pierced through by the Southern Empire Sword, the Curse Thunder Wolf rolled in pain on the ground, producing miserable howls that could tear one’s heart and break one’s lungs.

Ye Wuchen slightly relaxed and reached out his hand. The Southern Empire Sword automatically flew into his hand, the sword blade was still bright and clean like mirror and did not contain any bit of contaminated blood or filth. Not even a counterattack, the Cursed Thunder Wolf might have already forgotten the existence of its prey as he was in middle of the immense pain.

But the problem did not end there, because the place where Ye Wuchen was standing in was the so-called “Lost Territory.” During those days, Ye Qi had told him about the most terrible places in the Heavenly Star Continent. One of them was the forbidden area of the Kui Shui Nation that nobody wanted to set foot on. Within this area resided numerous savage and powerful ancient wild beasts, the Cursed Thunder Wolf which Ye Wuchen had just encountered could be regarded as the leader of the enchanted beasts compared to the creatures of the other places in the Heavenly Star Continent. Yet within this “Lost Territory,” it might just be the most ordinary creature around the area.

With the miserable howling of the Cursed Thunder Wolf which did not seem to weaken or stop, Ye Wuchen already felt a few powerful breaths approaching from different directions. He released his breath with the aim to let Tong Xin discover his location, but he also attracted a lot of these terrible beasts.

Ye Wuchen knitted his brows and was about to find a place when his heart suddenly went cold. He sensed danger approach his body and before he could think of anything, with all his strength he jumped all around. A black shadow had nearly brushed against his chest as it flew by, then with a ‘whoosh’ it bore into the bushes and disappeared. In that brief a moment and while he was caught off guard, Ye Wuchen had not been able to clearly see it. He had only seen a thin black line around half meter long.

Ye Wuchen stood still, the danger he sensed came around once more. He narrowed his eyes and dropped his body low as a black line shot out from the bushes swept past the top of his head. The speed was incomparably fast, Ye Wuchen could only feel a gloomy and cold wind blew past overhead.

This black line rush out and landed quite far from where it had jumped from, which happened to be the spot near the Cursed Thunder Wolf. It changed it target because of this and attacked the Cursed Thunder Wolf, hissing as their bodies collided.

This time, his spiritual eyes explored its information.

Soul Snatcher Line, Heaven-Level rank snake enchanted beast. Expert in concealing its breath and extremely poisonous. When one below God-Level is bitten, they would immediately lose consciousness and certainly die within a minute. Because its speed was fast like lightning, not many people would be able to evade from it or strike its body. When someone who knew of this creature saw it, they kept away from it and would run far away. Its weak point is its extremely weak body. Currently there was only one that existed in Heavenly Star Continent, yet it was still so incomparably frightening.

Ye Wuchen had seen its entire appearance—as thick as a finger and less than half meter long snake with a pitch-black body. The Cursed Thunder Wolf, a middle rank Spirit-Level middle enchanted beast was completely unable to resist under the extremely poisonous venom of the Soul Snatcher Line. Within a few seconds, the poison had spread through its entire body.

Unless one was God-Level, if one got bitten by it, they would certainly die… This was a terrible characteristic. And apparently, it did not hunt just to feed, rather it hunt for the sake of killing as well. It separated itself from the body of the Cursed Thunder Wolf and turned. Two tiny eyes released a terrible dark light when it shot its glance at Ye Wuchen.
