“Why should I marry you? If a man whom you have never met before went to your house to propose marriage, would you agree?” Ye Wuchen retorted.

Zhuge Xiaoyu slightly stared. Afterwhich, she nodded, then happily said, “You have your point. Now that we have already met, will you agree to marry me now?”

This silly girl’s logical thinking was indeed quite strong.

Long Huang-er feels discontented at being ignored. She tightly held Ye Wuchen’s arms, pouting her lips and said, “He is my husband, as my father promised. He will not marry you!”

Zhuge Xiaoyu was not offended even in the slightest bit, but she lowered her face and happily said, “Princess Fei Huang, after me and Wuchen get married, we will be like sisters.”

“Who-who wants to be your sister? I don’t want to be your sister. My husband will never marry you!” Long Huang-er feared that Ye Wuchen would be taken from her, so her mouth was left without any trace of politeness as both arms tightly held onto his arm.

“Hey!” Zhuge Xiaoyu, with both hands on her waist, looked at Long Huang-er in dissatisfaction. “Who would think that you intended to get married only after three years. My Wuchen wasn’t in a hurry, but you, tiny thing, ares being anxious. Me and Wuchen will get married not very long from now, and when that moment comes, I will be the elder sister. I will surely discipline you, little sister. Humph!”

Ye Wuchen’s head was spinning upon hearing these words. He did not know where Zhuge Xiaoyu got her self-confidence from. He hurriedly spoke to diverge the topic, “Lady Zhuge, the way you had spoken to Lin Yan, are you not worried that he might remember you for it?”

Zhuge Xiaoyu wrinkled her nose, snorted softly and said, “I’m not afraid of him. Besides, you will surely protect me, right? Furthermore, just call me Xiaoyu. Calling me lady Zhuge feels like we are strangers.”

“Hey! You wait and see… I will surely make you marry me! Humph!” She yelled at the direction of Ye Wuchen with a great effort with not a care how many would hear her shouting. When his figure could no longer be seen, she then pouted her lips unhappily and returned to the institute.
