/ Celestial Peak 318 The method of 'Killing' Someone Stronger
The surge of the Culling River made the tall man jump back in surprise. The pressure of the killing intent made him warry of Wang Ling and as the sword qi gradually emerged from the sword of Wang Ling his eyes widened, "Quintessence?"
Wang Ling's sword reeked of danger and the crowd who gathered around this pleasant surprise of an event could see it. The sword cultivators thought Wang Ling was just a Divine Sword, but he was more than that.

So, as he gritted his teeth and used his own sword to meet Wang Ling's, "Do you think such feeble means will scare me? DIE!" The tall Immortal retaliated with his own sword qi and Immortal Qi. The sword qi he possesses was at pseudo-divinity granting him immense sharpness, but it was nothing in front of Wang Ling.
Clang! A sharp sound of metal clashing, but what followed was the other sword getting devoured by the overwhelming strength of the other. The sword of the tall guy flew out without disturbance solely because Wang Ling's Reaper had was slowly turning reddish as Wang Ling's intent radiated without stop and as his short sword cut through the opponent's own weapon it was finally the time to start the slaughter.
Wang Ling's mind saw the opportunity, three patters entered his mind as he analyzed the situation thoroughly and objectively. His Grayish but crimson eyes saw things in slow motion but the movements that corresponded with Wang Ling's next movements was not something that can be considered as slow or sluggish for it was — precise.
Using the momentum of his slash Wang Ling twisted his body and went low to make his enemy lose his balance. It was a sudden turn of events and the Immortal tried to fly away but Wang Ling was not an idiot so he will not let that happen so easily.
He grabbed his enemy's right shoulder and then dragged him down to the ground, "Who are you?" Wang Ling asked, but the Immortal did not answer with words as the left hand that was left open grabbed Wang Ling on the face while still on the ground.
It was quick and as the Immortal lay on the earth, his Immortal Qi exploded in retaliation. The aura he now possesses was comparable to that of an eighth meridian Immortal.
The hand tightened and Wang Ling could subtly feel his skull hurting but there was creating a fracture or any significant damage is much harder than what it seems.
The Immortal found this weird, this person was not someone normal, "You are a Freak." The Immortal commented.
Wang Ling did not try to say anything witty and merely had his sword stab the wrist of the Immortal, "I don't care who you are, but you no longer have the advantage." Wang Ling could see the pain emerge on the face of his opponent.
He felt something pull him towards the Immortal on the ground and as he did, he tightened his grip on the sword before getting thrown away. The throw was strong, the strength of that man seemed to be unreal.
The Immortal rose from the ground and with his eyes releasing dangerously terrifying glint. Holding the sword above his head with both hands, the Immortal's eyes glowed even more dangerous as his qi rose another level, now, he was already capable of dishing out ninth meridian Immortal level of strength.
[Not good, I must not that hit me.] Wang Ling saw this and he quickly registered the danger of his opponent. His left hand held the short sword tighter than before and he began pouring his Immortal and Chaos Qi to his feet in order to get away with a burst of speed.
The Immortal saw the changes in Wang Ling and he did not hesitate to unleash the sword skill he had been keeping. Supported by ninth meridian cultivation and a pseudo-divinity sword intent, the Immortal roared, "[Severing the Northern Clouds]!" It was a loud shout that echoed in the ears of many.
And soon enough a sword slash was unleashed in its full glory. Wang Ling's eyes widened at the sight of an ethereal sword slash coming towards him. It was getting bigger and bigger as it flew towards his direction.
With his left leg alone, Wang Ling kicked the air and sent himself flying to the right. He wanted to avoid the sword slash at all-cause, but he was not fast enough and his left arm with his Reaper was devoured by the sword slash gravely injuring him.
Blood flew out but Wang Ling's expression merely changed minutely. This pain was nothing, he planted the thought in his head and then with his right leg that also gathered qi, Wang Ling kicked the air and the chaos qi he managed to collect enabled him to traverse hundreds of meters in a fraction of a time needed for anyone to blink.
It was fast and this speed was used by Wang Ling to its full glory. He may be weak, but his opponent had dropped its guard against his sword as his left had been gravely injured already.
But with the left hand injured, the right will take its place. A white sword emerged and what followed was a chain of the finest movements not anyone could do.
Slash*
A single slash echoed in the ears of the crowd who watched Wang Ling's polished and flawless movements. From the way he made sure to make an opening to how terrifyingly sharp the blade of his sword was, it was a magnificent gore to behold.
"Agh! My arm!" A howl of pain reverberated in the ears of the crowd and as Wang Ling heard it he did not stop in the name mercy as he proceeded to stab one of the legs of the bastard.
The hand of the opponent had been cut rendering it unable to unleash its full strength, the leg had been stabbed and a gaping sword wound replaced the perfect form it previously had.
And with these two, the neutralization was mostly complete, "2,000,000 kilograms."
He had the Heaven's Will change its weight and as he had the Immortal brought down to his knees, Wang Ling then threw the Heaven's Will to the body of the Immortal having it press down against him making him unable to breathe properly.
Trying to catch his breath as the pain of having such a heavy thing press down upon made his injuries worsen by having his Immortal Qi ran erratically.
Wang Ling then took the Reaper from his left hand and held it against his opponent's chest saying, "Move and I'll pierce your heart."
The movements of the Immortal gradually became subdued and as he stared at Wang Ling with hateful eyes; Wang Ling ignored him and asked, "Who are you and what do you want from me?"
The Immortal did not answer and only glared at Wang Ling prompting Wang Ling to bury his Reaper just before his skin. Bloodstains appeared on his chest but the Immortal said nothing.
The crowd was in bated breathe. The previous scene was enough to make them be warry of Wang Ling's existence, and as Wang Ling held his sword against the Immortal they were thinking if he would truly do it or not.
To those who knew the identity of the Immortal, they were on the side watching what this newcomer would do.
Wang Ling did not hear anyone speak the name of his opponent. Everyone was anticipating his next move, [No one is going to move? Let's see how you take this then?]
Wang Ling raised his Reaper, saying, "You won't talk? Then, goodbye!"
"Senior Pesa, help me!!" The eyes of the Immortal widened as he didn't think Wang Ling would actually try and do it and as he panicked, he screamed out the name of a rather familiar name.
Wang Ling's ears twitched and his hands stopped. Not that he stopped it, but someone appeared adjacent to him and stopped his hands with his own, "That is enough."
"And if I don't want to?"
"I will not do anything, but his family will make you die a horrible death. He's a promising junior."
