It took thirty minutes for him to finish contemplating. He turned around and waved his hands. As he did, another twenty or so men clad in black appeared, the twenty or so Shadows bowed before him respectfully.

"Good! It has been a few years since I issued a brand new mission so listen. The Demon Blood Cult has dared injure young master of the Wang family. The Wang family is the Grand Master of the Shadow Pavilion so the young master is your young lord. As retainers of the Wang family carry out a mission for its honor.

"Seek out the fourteen branches of the Blood Demon Cult and slaughter them all. However, you will leave the main headquarters they have in the Hideous Ghost Valley, for that is the place of my and the master's anger.

"You are ordered to kill any member of the Demon Blood Cult but never touch any civilian or hostages they may have. Obliterate the Cult but avoid any unnecessary casualty.

"I will give you until dawn to complete this mission without fail. Do it quickly and destroy the lands of the Demon Blood Cult before dawn, I shall head to the Hideous Ghost Valley to meet the master as soon as I settle it with the young miss. Now, Go!"

With a wave of his hands, the Shadows in front of him vanished and disappeared into the night. They blended into the dark and left the Kingdom without anyone even noticing their presence.

"Is the General really going to step down from being our General? Isn't he still young? He even looks younger than my son-in-law so how come he's retiring already? Did the Kingdom somehow screw him over?"

These two were the Vice Generals of the southern army, they were hailed as the Silver General and Golden General respectably.

The Silver General stepped forth as he spoke with amplified voice.

"I know that all of you must be aware that the General is going to leave us today. The General would have left already but he wishes to first speak with his army before he departs."

After finishing his piece, he and the Golden General made a path for a somewhat young look man. The man looked really simplistic as his clothes contained no design. His bearing and external looks were the only things that made him look exceptional.

However, as soon as this man came out, the air of the whole army change. In front of this man, the army had the image of a tiger ready to pounce at their enemy if they are given the chance.

They had to look good in front of the general, or so did their mindset went.

Wang Shu Qing looked at these men and nodded his head in approval. With this he felt that even if he left, his promise concerning the raising of an elite army is complete. He smiled as he spoke in a loud and amplified voice.

"Good day to you my soldiers! I know you have your concerns and opinions about me stepping down but it I must do this for I have a battlefield of my own, I know some of you might wish to join me but this other battlefield of mine does not concern you soldiers.

"The Azure Skies Kingdom southern border is not my battlefield and I am only a temporary General. I have promised you king that I will create an elite army that can protect his Kingdom and after twenty years, I have created it. My job here is already done so I must go back!

"This is my last address to you as your general! I will be stepping down from my position and will let the Golden General Hosu take over! I shall bid you farewell and I hope to meet you again in this life!"

With that, he disappeared from the sight of his soldiers before they can even make an uproar. Golden General Hosu and the Silver General looked at one another and smiled as they nodded at one another.

They started settling the matter for the General. The newly appointed Golden General Hosu was made to address about the truth for the General's sudden action of stepping down from his position.

Of course he did not know anything about the contract and only knew about the stuff about the thing with his son. He explained how the First Young Master was attack and how General Wang Shu Qing had to take him somewhere else so he can help him get better.

The soldiers took their words and somehow merged it to what Wang Shu Qing had said. They took what General Wang Shu Qing had said to them about going to another battlefield and the issue about him taking care of his son.

In the end, the soldiers thought the battlefield the general will be going to is… "Fatherhood".

He drew back his arms and made his muscle bulge. He looked ahead and then smiled.

"The slaughter for the young master starts… NOW!" he threw the spear towards the direction of the Demon Blood Cult's headquarters.

Shiiiiii! Boom!!

A path was cleared and the front gates of the headquarters were busted open. The surrounding hill became ruins. Sun Wu controlled his strength so the whole Hideous Ghost Valley was spared.

Nonetheless…
