Touching the injury she had received with her paws, Bai Xue circulated the Phoenix bloodline and let it heal. Her bloodline had been strengthened several folds and her healing capability had increased at an insane rate.

Bai Xue's wound disappeared quickly. Wang Ling stared at Bai Xue and nodded his head.

He was amazed at her show of strength against a Dragon. But he knew that the fight was not over because the Elders had yet to announce the results of this bout.

[This lad should still have some kind of hidden potential or card he had yet to bring out. Speaking of cards, this little fox actually managed to absorb and ignite bloodlines partially? I have to make her teach me that.

Having such a card is going to help me significantly. Having complete control over that thing is interesting… how about I try it now?] With that thought he sat down cross-legged and began observing his blood.

The idea of creating a technique passed his mind and without minding the weird looks he was getting, Wang Ling sat there and continued his meditation. The fight had yet to actually finish so he had time.

Bai Xue saw him act like so and found out that the Elders had yet to truly announce the winner. Instead of showing looks of disappointment, the Elders were looking at Ye Chuan with expectancy instead. It was weird.

Bai Xue looked at Ye Chuan who was bleeding on the ground and called out, "Get up, else I would truly kill you. Resting is not something you can take."

Ye Chuan said nothing, this caused Bai Xue to find the current event weird. But what caused her attention become even more heightened was the fact that the wind was gathering around Ye Chuan.

There was no lightning, there was merely wind quickly gathering around him.

[This is not good, something is wrong. I have to take him out fast.] Bai Xue felt that something was wrong and moved as she kicked the ground with the intent of fully incapacitating Ye Chuan.

It was bothersome to try and keeping an opponent alive, but that was one of the few general rules of the Academy. No death must happen between two students. Bai Xue can't risk being kicked out from the academy and getting chase by this guy's Clan.

She needs to finish this without killing or crippling him.

Bai Xue lowered her body more and more before she was practically touching the floor with her nose. With her lower half pointed to the sky and her claws protruding as if it was ready to reap a life, Bai Xue was quickly absorbing and circulating qi.

And as she circulated her qi, certain aspects and affinity began to surface. Bai Xue began emitting a kind of qi that was wild and unmatched by most people. Her rising qi was matching the pace of the raging wind around Ye Chuan.

As Ye Chuan's body slowly rose from the ground with the help of the wind and soon turned to Bai Xue with a face that is both calm and enraged, Bai Xue also stared at Ye Chuan with her eyes turning fiercer by the moment.

Crackles was heard coming from inside her body and another kind of element was rising from beneath her feet. Frost was beginning to gather and the entire floor she was standing on was turning to ice.

Ye Chuan stared at Bai Xue with all seriousness and with an oddly deep voice, he questioned Bai Xue, "Is that your all? If that's it then I will be ending you now. I will punish you for being too arrogant, just like I promised."

Ye Chuan called the wind and made it gather around him. His opponent was a mere fox that size of an ordinary house cat, but as he stared at Bai Xue, the intent to beat her was so intense that he was not holding anything back.

"[Black Storm: Bloodline Ignition]!" With a roar, a gust of wind appeared surrounding Ye Chuan. He brought out his sword and the wind that was quickly congregating around him gathered at a single point... at the sword, he held over his head.

Ye Chuan was bleeding but no blood hit the floor as every drop evaporated, as it did, the wind became more intense and it began turning black. He continuously does this and waited for his qi to reach its peak.

Bai Xue saw this and knew that she had to quickly make her move. She had her qi circulate even faster and after a few seconds, Boom!*, the air began to rumble at the rhythm of the serpent of lightning gathering around her.

Snake-like lightning was crackling and making sounds around her. The ice underneath her feet began to grow colder by the second and soon, a blast of white mist exploded out and cause for the white mist to cover the area.

Bai Xue exchanged looks with Ye Chuan and with a smirk, she kicked the ground and threw herself at him with her claws gathering the two different qi.

"[Fox Form, 1st Special Stance: White Rogue]!" She shouted aloud.

Ye Chuan was not going to lose as he gathered his qi and soon made his sword as dangerous and ravaging as a true storm. A black storm was forming around his sword and as it did, he roared, "[Black Storm Descends]!"

The world began to whirl with the descend of a storm. It was a terrifying mass of wind and as if a tornado escaped from his sword, a massive cyclone exploded towards Bai Xue who was coming for him.

Boom!

A direct hit!

He smirked, even if Bai Xue was some kind of freak, she would be too injured to continue fighting later on. But against his expectation, something unbelievable unfolded before his eyes.

Instead of cries of pain, a cry of an enraged beast was heard and a blast of white cloud mixed with white mist engulfed the entire stage. Ye Chuan became aghast and could not react all too well against the sudden event.

As if the world came to a standstill, everything became silent inside the mist. And as he began looking around, a beast that is bigger than him by a couple of meters stood.

A magnificently beautiful white fox with glowing claws was seen. It stared at him in irritation and he began to shake in response.

[Is this fear!?] he questioned himself.

He tried to act tough, but Ye Chuan could feel the killing intent that lingered in the air and it almost made his heart stop.

The white fox lowered its head and stopped in front of Ye Chuan, it looked at him in annoyance and before speaking, "You… Give Up!"

A resounding roar that made Ye Chuan's knees to turn soft. Bai Xue saw this and smiled. She didn't expect she would show a portion of her size to Ye Chuan and it made her displeased, but seeing his terrified expression made her day.

But before she turns and had the mist and cloud surrounding them vanish, Bai Xue added one last command to Ye Chuan, "Speak none of this to anyone or else I will come for you!"

Ye Chuan merely nodded his head in response.
