Celestial Peak 250 Wang Ling wakes up

His mind returned to normal after his comment and noticed his body was in flames. He saw this and smiled and thought, [She can already move about without my command. That is good.]

For some reason, he could tell that he was calm. Too calm in fact. He could not tell why but Wang Ling was surely beginning to change once again. Knowing if that change is good or bad is something up for debate even to himself.

He was awake, but he chose to close his eyes and enter his mindscape. After waking up he suddenly remembered a time when he saw a grey figure inside his mindscape. He wanted to see if the grey figure was there.

But to his irritation, no one was there other than the two walls. He felt disappointed and went out of the mindscape but he still did not open his eyes and began to think, [No matter how long I have been out the Ten Year Bout should have ended now. The next thing I need to do now is clean up before moving. My plans to reveal my race has gone to shit when I drop out, but that might have been a good thing in the long run. Now, I have to move along with some differences in the plans I have charted.]

Wang Ling's calmness could not be shaken off and when he woke up, he did notice there were two people right beside his bed snoozing away. It was Wang Yue and Wang Hong, the two had already fallen asleep and when Wang Ling turned to the side he noticed that it was already night.

He noticed this and whispered, "Suzhen, extinguish the flames I have already recovered." Wang Ling commanded and Suzhen readily obliged and extinguished the flames surrounding him, "You have gotten better at controlling the flames."

"Thank you, Father." Suzhen replied.

"How many days have been out? What is it that you know?" Wang Ling knows that Suzhen and he does not completely share the same mind. They may have the ability to speak through their minds but that does not mean their minds are one and the same.

Also, Suzhen's qi is unique and from what Wang Ling knows, she already has a working order of meridians in her body making her some kind of Ghost Cultivator. A being that can cultivate without a body and only a soul.

"You have been asleep for three days, you have been given different pills for recovery and Bai Xue has won the Ten Year Bout. The other girl known as Yan Renhuo has yet to recover her consciousness or so I have heard." Suzhen gave out a detailed explanation.

Wang Ling nodded his head and slowly examined the situation. He did not say anything for a while. His minute movements caused ruffling on the bed and the two children sleeping with him woke up.

"Big Brother, you are awake, how are feeling?" It was Wang Hong who woke up.

"I am fine, thank you and I apologize for worrying you. Have you been here all this while, Hong'er?" Wang Ling asked with a soft voice as to not wake up Wang Yue.

Wang Hong lowered his voice as he said, "How long I have been doing here does not matter, what matters is the fact that Brother has woken up. Wait here, I shall tell Mother and Sister Bai Xue you have woken up."

With that, Wang Hong left and went to find Xiao Fei'er and Bai Xue. Moments later, the manor came alive with the awakening of Wang Ling. With him awakening, he had Xiao Fei'er asking him a lot of things with Wang Yue. Sun Yuwen was also there, she had yet to come back to the Yan Manor as Yan Renhuo was in the place of the Wang's and right after Wang Ling woke up, Sun Yuwen went to say thank you to Wang Ling.

She would have gotten on her knees and kowtowed if not for the fact that Wang Ling and the rest insisting such a gesture was not needed. But nonetheless, her sentiments had been delivered to Wang Ling.

It was nearing midnight when they left Wang Ling alone after considering he had just woken up. In his room, it was Xiao Fei'er who left last said, "Ling'er, we have to talk about the thing regarding the Heaven's Will and the True Devil Academies."

At midnight, it was only Bai Xue and Wang Ling left in the room. The room was lit with nothing other than moonlight coming from the window. Wang Ling got up to watch the moon and Bai Xue stayed on the bed saying:

"I have said the things you 'tell' me when she begins asking questions. Though I added my own twists on them, their essence is still the same. I have also told your mother about the plan regarding the True Devil Academy and the Heaven's Will Academy, but considering the plan have been messed up with your disappearance in the competition making the reveal at the end of the Bout official invalid, how are we going to move now?" Bai Xue asked.

Their original plan was the make Heaven's Will Academy accept that those of the Devil Factions are not so bad by showing that he, the strongest of the youngest generation and the Son of Heaven holds the blood of a True Devil. If the plan goes well and they move on further into it, they would have half the realm under their control and the extension of the Wang Clan's business stretched throughout the entire realm without a problem. And in the middle of this, they would have eradicated those who oppose or is a liability to the 'peace' and these people would be those who have become a nuisance to the Wang Family.

But now, all of those are ruined thanks to a misstep. Right now, the Shadow Pavilion should have delivered the message to Butler Sun letting him know of his blunder.

"The plan shall be restructured and will undergo an overhaul. We will move and we will be destroying the liabilities and threats ourselves before seizing their treasures and resources. We need to improve our strength quickly, and we will have another target, Qin Ao and the rest of the Xie Clan, which means we have to move quickly."

"Oh, did he infuriate you? And why are you being so hasty with the Xie Clan? We can take care of them if we wait long enough."

"The Xie Clan is a problem and Qin Ao is someone who has the biggest level of threat to us right now. Xue, do you know of Nobles?"

"Nobles? Do you mean those aristocrats?"

Wang Ling said everything he needed to say. He recited the words of the grey figure but purposely let off the part where the hellish and angelic qi mixed to form one power as it was not important.

Bai Xue listened to his words and let out a long sigh, "If your words ring true. Those beings should be dwelling at the highest level of Heaven Realm. Alright, we shall now begin to hunt once more."
