Shen Ya knew that all of this that happened here was not the thing they were discussing. She didn't like it that her best friend is hiding something from her and even sharing her feelings with that bastard Wui.

Shen Ya: "Tell me, what was all this?"

Zhen Xiu was quiet for a moment and was confused whether to tell her about everything she knew about Shen Rui. It must be difficult for Shen Ya to know this disgusting side of her sister. She might not believe her.

Shen Ya noticed that Zhen Xiu was conflicted.

Shen Ya: "Shen Rui, she is the reason for your conflict."

Zhen Xiu was surprised at how calm Shen Ya was behaving while exactly guessing her true thoughts.

"It is regarding her but please trust me this is all true that I am going to tell you." Zhen Xiu said patiently. She doesn't want to hurt Shen Ya in her revenge.

"You don't have to worry about me. I am always here for you." Shen Ya gently smiles at her.

Zhen Xiu was happy to see that Shen Ya was not biased towards her family and was even choosing her over her own sister. She decided to take a chance and tell her everything so as to not cause any misunderstanding between them in the future.

"My accident was orchestrated by your sister Shen Rui and my mother in law. I want to return the favor back to them." Zhen Xiu explained calmly.

Shen Ya was stunned for a moment but controlled her expression and asked her, "You remember this."

Zhen Xiu: "Do you know about this?"

She asks surprised at her statement.

Shen Ya nodded: "What are you planning against them? Do you need my help in any way? I am way better than that bastard Wui."

Shen Ya recommended herself. She wanted to help her friend because for her Zhen Xiu was more important than her so-called family that only cares about reputation and status.

Zhen Xiu was again surprised at her selfless reaction and even chuckled at the mention of Jiang Wui.

"Why are you jealous? I can use both of you since you are both a team now." Zhen Xiu teases.

Shen Ya blushed and even smacked her behind.

"Zhen Xiu, you are turning bad now. You tell me what I am hearing about Lu Jian and you from that playboy weren't you here for your revenge then what is all that you and him being intimate with each other." Shen Ya retailed against her teasing.

She wanted to know the truth behind all these new situations. She was worried that Zhen Xiu will again lose her sanity because of Lu Jian. Before when she told her that she was here to torment them, Shen Ya knew that it must be in the moment and when she really comes in front of Lu Jian she will forget all about her grievances. It was a matter of course.

Shen Ya doesn't want her friend to go on that stupid path again. Lu Jian doesn't deserve her affections. He is a cold-hearted jerk that only cares about him; he knows all this first hand after interacting with him in the past two years.

Zhen Xiu laughs at her attempt to tease her. It is humorous to see this ice princess trying to joke like this. Shen Ya felt somehow closer to her than before.

"Why are you planning to enjoy a daily soap?" Zhen Xiu asked.

Shen Ya rolled her eyes at her stupid joke. "I want to know so tell me."

"You can't even laugh at my nice jokes. You are behaving like that stupid Jiang Wui. It's nothing."

Shen Ya didn't believe her: "I am your best friend and you are hiding things from me. Are you acting to gain Lu Jian's favor and then leave him as your revenge? If you are doing this then it is a good plan. I support you."

Zhen Xiu was shocked to hear this conclusion because it was nothing like this but it looks like her luck was not that good after all as Lu Jian was silently listening to their conversation.

Shen Ya noticed him as soon as he arrived and that's why she questioned Zhen Xiu, she wanted to hurt Lu Jian as from Jiang Wui's narration she knew this time Lu Jian was also interested in Zhen Xiu but she can't help but hate him regardless of his changed attitude.

It was because of him that Zhen Xiu suffered all the injustice and suffering in the past two years. He was her husband but never took responsibility for her. Shen Ya knew that it was not something he wanted but it was not like somebody was pointing a gun at him to marry her. He could have said no if he didn't want to instead he agreed and then made her suffer all the humiliation and injustice.

She really can't take his hypocrisy. It was similar to her family members. Shen Ya hated these people who try to act like superior just because of some money and power.

"What? It is not like this." Zhen Xiu explained and the sudden chill from her back disappeared after her confession. She felt like she was covered in ice when Shen Ya mentioned about acting in love with Lu Jian.

"I am giving him one more chance truly because I think he deserves one more last chance. I know you may think I am stupid but I seriously think that he deserves it. I can't be like him and behave indifferently. I didn't get a chance when I wanted it so badly; I know the pain when you love someone and they don't reciprocate it and I don't want to become like them. I am way better than them." Zhen Xiu explained her. Although it was not the complete truth this was her true feeling.

Shen Ya was disappointed at first that her plan didn't go the way she wanted but she understands her point of view. For her, Zhen Xiu matters the most and if she has to give Lu Jian one more chance for her she will give.

On the other hand, Lu Jian felt suffocated and silently left them alone.

Jiang Wui& Shen Ya is going to be volatile pairs and Xiu & Lu Jian will have slow building romance. Lu Jian needs to learn how to be human first and feel what love truly is? If there will be fast forward romance in between them this soon then there is no point in the sacrifice of original Xiu.

It would be unfair and even weird if he suddenly acts like a most perfect husband. He will learn and heal this new Xiu with his love.

Be patient you will get enough fluffy chapters before the main romance.
